The place is crazy dirty. The tables are dirty, the floor is dirty looks like no one takes care of that. Some of the employees have a very chaotic way of doing things. It feels like a place that is being runed by teenagers without any regard for what happens outside the counter.

I'm sorry to say but the KFC in Breda is the most miserable location, it's always been like that, I don't understand why there's so much mess, any explanation? the manager is sleeping? send people to clean it

Overall KFCs all over the world do not disappoint !Due to covid restrictions one may not eat here but only takeaway …which is fast , superb and tasty 😬.Always in favor of zingers and the newest must try is cookie shake with ginger breads.Keep up the good work!

If a prize to be given to the world’s worst service I believe this branch would won it well deserved! Worst staff I have ever seen, always wrong order or missing items. Very impolite and rude personnel.

Large restaurant, good location, free parking, the toilets are undersized for the size of the restaurant and are very dirty, the tables and floor are dirty, the quality of the fried chicken it's not the best, the wings still have feathers, it's horrible to eat something like that. The service is a maximum of 3 stars. The children's playground is not cleaned and disinfected regularly.

Horrible food and even worst service. They have poor customer service skills, uneducated, impolite. Food always cold and bread from the 90’s. Always making order mistakes and giving customers smth else or missing 2 sandwiches.

Should be just another kfc, but this time the chicken was real good, and the menu had 5 big strips instead of the "normal" 3 small ones.

Food was good, but the service was a bit slow. The reason I am giving such a bad score is that the tables were very dirty. So off-putting that we had to eat on such dirty tables.

We got our food cold. We waited 30 minutes to get served cold food. Everything is dirty the employees dont notice you. We got missing stuff in our order that they just did not have. So they just decided to not say anything and give u a order with alot of missing items.

I was there today. I ordered new burger,zinger and twister. I don’t know what happend but zinger was always very delicious burger, today there was no sauce,no tomato,and meat was raw. Twister was half empty,no tomato and sauce as well,just one piece of meat that was very small. That was the first time when I ate new burger,it has to be similar to zinger but again no sauce and bacon was raw. there is ALWAYS a big mess,no parking space,just everything went wrong. People that are working there are looking at you like they hate you because you came to them to eat something. I loved to come there half year ago and order zingers and twisters but now it’s just crazy how it is looking

worst kfc i have seen in my life. they serve cold food. while inside, pay attention to how long the finished food waits to be served to the customer. 4 years ago it was ok. After changing the crew from 5 stars it drops to ZERO. once I saw a saleswoman poking her nose with her finger and then correcting the fries one gave out of the bag. straight from the nose to the fries and fries to the customer's bag. I do not recommend. The health department would shut it down immediately. but in this country, sanitary standards do not exist

The food is great, but the self ordering screens are not easy to use. The ordering workflow is difficult to understand and use. It also tries to sell you extra things. It can be done more user friendly.

When I eat in it’s as good as any other KFC but when I ordered to take away I came up short 3 burgers which is a lot. The women in the till didn’t play attention at all and closes the bags and send people away with half the food missing.

Every weekend ..Nice and Helping staff Today on Sunday evening was not so pleasant experience at 7.30 pm Too much waiting time. May be they were understaffed. Blocked the upstairs sitting space..Non clean tables ..was not so good.

As usual, great variery basket and very fast service. Parking in front of the shop is also handy.

I picked up food at KFC yesterday and got cold fries and half cold chicken. I live 2 min away from the restaurant and went by car. There is no way that it got cold so fast. Also no sauces were packed.

At 17:45 on October 17th I went through the drive at this kfc. I needed 10 seconds to talk to my friend what she wants, the lady started screaming at me that “her drive time goes down”. ‘Amazing’ customer service. For sure this lady satisfies all her clients.

i have ordered the Colonel deal twice, in return i recieved a incomplete colonel deal once. and i was missing the COMPLETE second bag. tried calling the store phone dies, no one picks up. had to call the person that dilvered the food just for her to hell me that this is apperently a thing that happens more often than not. last time i ordered at kfc i was missing parts of my order as well. i dont want my order to be fixed. im hungry and im missing abt 90% of what i ordered. this is insane how little you guys care about your customers. i really was hungry i was looking forward to eating. me and my girlfriend had to share half a meal instead of a full meal each
