I would give my experience here 0 stars if i could. Asked for 3 chipotle quesadillas, the guy didn’t even know how to even make it or what goes in it. He made the first one and didn’t put any mozzarella cheese on it. I immediately noticed and asked if he was gonna put it after the sauce, he said the quesadilla does not have cheese but he can add it if i want for an additional price, i rectified that the quesadilla does have cheese in it but he denied. I even showed it to him on the app that i says it has the cheese, he still did NOT put any cheese on my quesadilla. He doesn’t even know how to properly fold or grill the quesadilla (Pictures included for proof). When asked if i could have salt and pepper on it he ignored and packed up my order and asked me to pay. I’ve been coming to this Subway for 3 years now, this has never happened before and is not acceptable. Also i should mention this while I’m at it- i had to wait 10+ mins while the guy was busy packing an Uber Eats order when the driver wasn’t even at the store.

Subway at this location is always pretty good. I work very close to this location and I come regularly. The food is fresh and doesn't have much wait at all. The staff are really friendly. The food is well priced and great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Ideal if you want something quick to eat. Restaurant is conveniently positioned. The place is kept clean. Plenty of parking outside also. This SUBWAY IS OPEN 24/7

Stones Corner Subway is the BEST one in the entire world. Indy went above and beyond for my order, she is literally amazing and she deserves a massive raise and also 10 weeks paid holiday. She is the kindest and best sandwich artist to ever grace this galaxy. 10/10.

0 stars if I could. Waited for 40m for a 15m estimated wait time (business was down the street). Got an uncooked chicken sub, not even toasted.. will not be returning here and will be reporting this business to the relevant authorities for food safety concerns. Maybe then the manager will care about doing something about it.

Worst subway I've ever been to. The guy who works overnight must have some agenda to make the worst subs he can get away with. Last two times I've been he can't even be bothered cutting it in half. Sanitiser also left empty which was dissapointing both most recent visits.

Went there on 27th June 2023 at around 6:45pm. The lady who served me put most the salad outside my sub. When I asked her to make sure the salad was inside the sub, she said there was nothing she could do about it. I was also charged an extra $2.50, as the lady charged me for the wrong sub. When I pointed it out, she said it was too late and there was nothing she could do about it. So she didn't refund me for her mistake and not given any other sort of compassion. I'd be curious to know what consumer laws says about it... I DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY!!! Many better Subway around the area.

Worst subway I’ve been to - terrible service, the woman today wiped her nose before making my sandwich then didn’t wash her hands. Also didn’t cut the foot long sub in half. We’ve had other issues with Uber Eats orders from this store before as well.

The bread was stale, wrong fillings and the staff were rude and unable to understand my request. I returned my sub and another customer also felt the bread and agreed that it was stale, not “extra toasted” as the lady serving me said it was. If you can avoid this store, stay away !!

This placed used to be ok. Not sure what happened but it is an absolute disgrace now. Long wait times, poor quality subs with bare minimum servings and no idea how to manage online vs in store orders. Do better.

Never follows Uber delivery orders inspite of mentioning multiple times. I have ordered multiple times from this store on Uber eats and everytime something is missing from my order. First it was cookies that they had not given . I had accepted it as human error . Today they forgot the chicken tariyaki in the salad inspite of mentioning in the note. I have paid for a 6 inch double meat salad and mentioned clearly about tariyaki for which I have paid. I had ordered for two meats and received only one meat . I recommend that the managers train their staff in understanding and reading instructions clearly for orders.

Just terrible. I've been sick from this place multiple times and have stopped going. I am not going to go as far as to say it was food poisoning, but without fail it's gone through me the last four times I've ordered. I've switched to another local store and this doesn't happen. So yeah not sure what's going on with this store but something needs to change.

I honestly don't know why I keep coming back to this subway. They always say they don't do sub boxes anymore despite still advertising them in-store and online. They never put enough sauce on the sandwiches. They generally get the order wrong. My most recent order was dead cold despite ordering a sub with hot filling and for it to be toasted. My partner's sub was made on what seemed like stale bread. I really hope this subway can turn itself around because at the moment the only reason to go there for me is the convenience and location to my home. I don't think I'll be returning any time soon.

Staff very slow hard to understand very poor communication skills Speaking own language not enough filing. Give them training before start job. Sorry to say cheep labour no good for business & for customers value able time thanks.

The staff here are awful to deal with and consistently make sandwiches that are substandard to what you’d get at any other subway. Minimal filling and huge wait times when nobody is in the store. Staff told me prices on the board are wrong when I queried my total and were trying to charge more because HO hasn’t updated their boards…. False advertising!

ordered from uber eats and got a salad, it was made really badly it wasnt mixed together and there were just whole tomatos and cucumber peices chucked in there and they didnt add the avocado I paid extra for. they put sauce on half of the salad. also got a garlic cheesy toastie and they barely put any cheese on it and it was cold by the time it arrived. also ordered 6 cookies but i only got 2 cookies that i actually ordered, and the rest were rainbow cookies which i did not order. will not be ordering from stones corner subway again, i recommend the nearst one in wooloongabba. has lovely staff and efficient service.
