Easily our new favourite restaurant. We had the chefs tasting banquet ($95 ea) and it was incredible food, great portion sizes and a great mix of flavours. Their signature cocktails are amazing too, which is rare to say around Brisbane - worth coming here. This would be my pick of date night spot. The service is incredible. And with Anna as the new owner, this restaurant is destined for greatness! We’ll definitely be back! 10/10

DEVINE. Everything we drank and ate was bursting with flavour! Hands down the best cocktails I’ve had in Brisbane. The chefs tasting banquet did not disappoint. So much variety, great portion sizes, fantastic value for money. Beautiful rooftop dining and impeccable service. I’m already planning my next trip back to try the rest of the menu! A hidden gem. I cannot recommend it enough.

Last month I visited the beautiful Melrose Restaurant and it far exceeded expectations! New owner Anna Adams has really put her mark on the venue and it shows! From the house made Bao to the incredible mouthwatering desserts… I was genuinely impressed. The staff went over and above and big thank you to chef for accommodating the pregnant lady! ☺️ If you’re after a gorgeous place to dine for lunch and dinner, Melrose is located in Bulimba, Brisbane and is worth a visit! Mocktails we’re also the best I’ve had so Im sure the cocktails were even better! 🥘🍹🍴

We dined here at the weekend, our first time dining here since the new owners and new head chef took over. Pleased to say the food and service were as good as our previous visits. Excellent food and service. The beef short rib and green curry were my favourites. Nice time of year to enjoy the open roof too.

Had a glorious Sunday lunch here. Our first time visiting since the change of ownership and we couldnt have been happier. The atmosphere and vibe is now so much more friendly and happy whereas previously it felt quite snobbish and pretentious. Stunning food and the service team led by David were fantastic. Cant wait to go back.

Lovely ambience in the main restaurant and bar area. The food is beautiful. Very refined. Don't expect large servings _ just quality dishes elegantly presented. An amazing drinks menu with something for everyone. Service is very good. The only downside was the weather. A very windy cold evening and the roof was half open. A welcome gesture was the wraps to warm our shoulders but unfortunately that wasn't enough for us to stay longer for the desert.

Wow what can I say, last night my friend and I dined at Melrose to check out the new menu and it did not disappoint. The cocktails were delicious, wait staff attentive, warm and efficient but the food is what for me was the highlight. I’ve eaten at many a restaurant both in Australia and South East Asia, both fine dining and street food and this food was some of the best I’ve ever tasted! But the prices were so reasonable for this standard of food. It was modern but captured the authentic Asian flavours. As my friend is Pescatarian we tried the Scollop Betel Leaf, Sticky Eggplant, Barramundi and Asian greens. I can’t even tell you which one was the best I loved all of them! And I’m left wanting more…I will be back for round 2 very soon for the red meat edition! Thank you Melrose for a great dining and food experience.

Lovely place for dinner!! The food was delicious. Only thing was the floor was vibrating the entire time like there was train tracks underneath us but it didn’t bother us. We got the banquet one vegan one normal

Girls lunch was a hit. Even though our group had all different types kf food intolerances we were all able to order off the menu. Each dish was a hit from the scallops in betel leaf to the beef shirt rib. My personal favourite was the tuna tatiki. Delicious 😋 Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. She was invisible but always there when we needed help or to order. She is a magician. Thanks to all the Melrose team for helping us to have a great day out. ❤️

I recently tried a banquet from the pan asian menu and the quality of ingredients, the flavours and presentation were so impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, shout out to Benya for taking such great care of us! Dishes I'd recommend are the caramelised pork and peanut rolls, the pork belly bao buns, the sticky eggplant, DIY duck rolls and the brocollini. They are accommodating of dietary requirements even with the gorgeous desserts. With an open rooftop (retractable cover if it rains!) the atmosphere is breezy and laid back. I cannot wait to come back next time with my partner as this is the perfect date night spot.
