Very disappointing. I got the long weekend lashes. I booked the lighter version and when consulting I really emphasised how I wanted a natural lifted look. I got given a heavy very full lash set. Was not even at all. Lashes were very clumpy and not symmetrical. The glue was applied so poorly it scratched the waterline of my eye when I blinked. I didn’t complain because they had already been working on my eyes for 50 mins for a 30 min service and I was late to see a friend. I only paid $20 because I used a $50 giftcard but if I paid the full $70 for that appointment I would have been appalled. The ladies said out loud “I don’t know what I’m doing” and “I don’t know how to do this” while working on my lashes which made me incredibly worried. It is 3 days later, I have washed my face with water and my everyday facewash. I have applied micella water and all kinds of oil to my lashes to dissolve the glue and they will not come off. It is hurting my lashes so badly if anyone has advice I would really appreciate it I have already lost so many of my natural lashes.

Iv got mixed feelings about this place as I'm left with no money and will struggle for the rest of the week . I had volume lashes done for 189$ paid the deposit online and had 117$ remaining to pay in store . Once service was finished the lashes wernt like what I showed in photo or would usually get . I get there's lashes on there, my eyes look better but for almost 200$ I'd wanna be look dam hot uno and anyway she said she will add more which are supposed to be 10D but I'm not sure im very unhappy the fact the store offers after pay and that was my means of paying but when they had made a mistake I'm left standing there with anxiety feeling guilty when yous don't have things sorted properly states on the site that afterpays available and I'd be assuming thats instore as I couldn't use it to make the for booking fee. What would of been appropriate is saying look we understand this doesn't happen often you've paid the deposit well let it go this time and hope to see you again soon but I had to transfer the only 100 onto my normal account which had 16.60$ in there so there was basically the right amount they let me off 1$ so I didn't have to run to car and back . Disguted as and literally use afterpay for a reason . , Edit- you didn't do my eyes to the satisfaction that I wanted for 189$ I paid the deposit off my debit card happily that's not the issue but when thinking I can pay the reaming 117$ on afterpay then you not having it for me to use is pretty pathetic. Then to have me standing there awkwardly with only 100$ in my savings account and 16$ in my general acc so with 2 ladies staring at me with me like err she's like can you wait another 30 minutes and we'll get after pay machine in . Iv been here for almost 2 hours I travelled 40 minutes or so to get there and I had work so no waiting is inconvenient and you'd like as a business you'd take the loss and say bbe just don't worry about it you've paid the deposit next time we'll make sure we have it here! You didn't do me any favours you discounted me 1$ from the total price it was 117$ Nd I paid 116$ . Silly. Iv had my lashes done for 3 years now I get volume lashes extensions 3-5D and that's always so don't tell me that it's not . Thanks most nonsense iv read word

Had a wonderful experience at Lash bar Milton! Staff were polite and accomodating and most importantly, I loved my lash lift. My lashes didn’t curl properly the first time so the booked me in for a next day to fix them, for no extra charge, which I thought was very kind. Will definitely be returning ☺️

Happy customer after a bad experience on my first visit. My second visit was with really low expectations but it turned to be a great and extraordinary outcome on my eye brow service! I can't be happier than that. I only need to thanks Charlene, the manager, who made a courtesy call after my first visit and understood my disappointment. She offer me to return and re-do the treatment with her and the new team. I could notice the changes she made with staff and service. The place now feel so calm and peaceful with professionals workers. I highly recommended Bar lash Milton NOW! Thank you!

Wish I could give them 10 stars! All staff are lovely and make you feel welcome as well as always taking the time to explain what your options are and answer any questions. Quality of their work (along with the lovely salon) is so professional. I’ve managed to get last minute appointments when needed and it’s so easy to book online. I Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was on holiday in Brisbane and my lashes were falling off from my previous set I had done before I left. I messaged Lash bar and conveniently got an appointment so I didn’t have to walk around for the rest of my holiday with only half my lashes on! The lashes I had done have lasted amazingly! Charlene made me feel very comfortable as well! Would definitely go back next time I’m in Brisbane! Worth every dollar spent!

I had a lash lift with Charlene and thus far I'm loving the natural but eye-opening results! The business itself is very clean, air conditioned, and well-styled, and you get a complimentary drink which was really nice. If you're really attached to one lash professional, it might be helpful to know that they seem to use a collaborative approach for services - for instance, Charlene started, but another professional(who was also lovely!) finished my lash lift. I found this process to be efficient, effective, and pain free. Would recommend to a friend :)

I have been to the Lash Bar three times. Highly recommend if you havn't had lashes before to 1) get an allergy test and 2) go to Lash Bar Australia. I have been happy with all the times. The lashes lasted and looked great. I went to Lash Bar so they could do my lashes and eyebrows for my wedding and they gave turned out amazing! I rang them in advance and they recommended a good time to come just in case I needed a touch up before the wedding. Thank you Lash Bar :)
