(Edited to reflect they are 100% vegan and don't have dairy milk) Dicki’s at New Farm is a great place to spend a relaxing afternoon eating delicious vegan food. They serve some classic comfort food like burgers and waffles. I especially love the breakfast burrito which is loaded with delicious ingredients. Another great choice is the build your own baos. The sticky duck included has a chewy texture, which is great with the soft fluffy baos. Dessert is also great. Other than the pastries and cakes on display at the cabinet, they also serve waffles and smoothies. Their waffle has great soft texture. The flavour changes regularly.

Mind-blowing vegan food, I'm not fully vegan but really appreciate the skill required to make vegetarian food taste great. I'm reconsidering whether every other 5 star review I gave is too high as this would be six stars. World class 🌏

This place is really fun! The staff are super friendly, the vegan food is delicious and the coffee is really yummy! I had one of the yogurt bowls and it was delicious! It could have done with a bit more fruit, but otherwise super yummy! Also spotted a little furry friend enjoying the ambiance outside! Pet friendly! :-)

Food was delicious, everything we ordered was amazing. Staff were lovely and looked after us. We went for my sister's birthday today as her and her partner are vegans. My partner and I are not but still thoroughly enjoyed the food. Would recommend this to anyone, vegan or not. Food is amazing 😃

The vibiest of vibes are found here I loved my eggplant burger the eggplant slices were fried to perfection GOLDEN AND CRISPY SO GREAT :') vegan shredded cheese was also delicious and that sauce on the burger man kind of sad this was my first and last time eating this in Brisbane I wish I knew about this place earlier I wish I could come back for that burrito and scramble. Friend's scramble looked absolutely amazing I was floored. Presentation is also fantastic. Also the coffee? Amazing. Got an iced latte and loved it. This place was super cute/had so many cute dogs lounging around in the outdoors seating. I'm a fan! Also spotted so many wonderful lookin' pastries in the pastry cabinet WISH I had more stomachs like cows to digest everything (I don't know if that was bovine physiologically accurate)

Fabulous little vegan cafe. The food was incredibly yummy and beautifully presented. Can thoroughly recommend the zucchini fritters, and the scrambled tofu. Excellent coffee and lovely staff too. We'll definitely be back!

Dicki's is my fav plant based café in BNE! Have been here many times over the last few years, and have never had a poor experience. Specials are always bomb, the regular menu is always bomb, the coffee is delicious and strong, I can bring my dog, and the store has such a positive, welcoming vibe. 10/10 :)

Soooo good! Food was amazing, both eat in and takeaway. The menu has lots of variation making it hard to choose! The cabinet is full of vegan treats like croissants, danishes and cakes. Service was very friendly and not over the top. Really good value too, food was filling and everything felt reasonably priced for portion size etc. Non-vegan enjoyed his acai bowl and iced coffee too

The breakfast here was delicious. Service was prompt and seamless. The breakfast burrito was really good, and my friend had the tofu scramble which was also great. The cabinet full of vegan cakes and sweets looked amazing, something to come back for another day. Recommended.

Excellent service with extensive menu. I loved that there were lots of savoury breakfast options. The food was presented beautifully and so was the table set up. Meals are generous portions. I ordered the matcha latte but it just tasted like milk without the matcha which was disappointing. The breakfast burrito was delicious and packed with flavour. The salsa on the side really complemented the burrito. The mushroom arancini balls were so creamy and flavourful paired with the truffle aioli. I shared the pistachio croissant for dessert and it was divine.

It’s that place you keep going to because of the fast consistent service and standards. It’s by far the best place on the block for food and coffee!

I'm not plant based or Vegan myself but I ate here with a (very) picky Vegan friend and we both loved it! The food is so flavourful, service was quick and all the staff were so friendly. We'll definitely be coming back. :)

One of my favourite cafes, Came in this morning for a cheeky coffee and ended up staying for food too. The staff were so friendly! Always checking in to see how everything was and if we needed anything. Coffee was magical and the avo smash was so good, loved the caramel slice too 🙌🏻😍

Love the food, it's so yummy and flavoursome. Friendly and attentive staff. One of my favorite vegan/plant based Cafes. I'd rcommend the Duck Baos and the mince and beans, both are delicious.

Tofu eggs had consistency of regular eggs which was surprising. Peanut butter smoothies was delicious, undeniabley.

I had the apple waffles. They were excellent.

Had lunch here last weekend. Great atmosphere, fantastic food, excellent & friendly customer service. Highly recommend. Will be going back to try more menu items - great varied vegan menu too. 10/10!

Cute joint. There are more seating inside. Parking maybe tough but worth it. Cute menu and super friendly and energetic staffs. Green richness were yummy too.

Good customer service, very friendly. Had a delightful "Eggplant Parmigiana". Could have been more prompt with checking on progress, as I had to go to the counter to order something that I previously ordered. Otherwise a great place!

The coffee with oat milk was amazing. So was the food! Very different to any other place I've been and that's a good thing. Staff was really friendly as well. Very enjoyable!

Booking process was nice and easy. Staff were polite and professional. The service could be a bit faster... My iced long black too 40 mins. Looks like it was forgotten. Food also took a long while to arrive. Food was good and tasty but nothing exceptional. Mushroom arancini balls were amazing. All in all it was a good experience so would definitely go back but wasn't an exceptional 5 star experience for us as such. Still good enough to visit again. Thanks for having us.

Amazing place. Stopped for a takeaway burger and chips, best one I've ever had in my life, staff were really great too, very warm and genuine. I really appreciate a place like this, where everything is spot on, will be returning again asap!

Easy access and lots of on street parking nearby. Great costumers service and friendly staff. Food and coffee okay but not exceptional. Food was quite plain in taste (specially mushrooms) - being a plant based cafe I was hoping for more flavour.

We recently visited Dicki's New Farm, conveniently located at the river end of Brunswick St, a short walk from the beautiful New Farm Park. Upon arriving, we received warm and attentive service from the gentleman running the cafe. He was friendly and quickly had us seated (at a table of our choice) and, within minutes, table water was provided. Dicki's is proof that vegan dining can be enticing, offer great variety, incorporates global influences and, best of all, has amazing flavours. We ordered a range of items, including the Grains & Greens Salad, Green 'Eggs' on Turkish, Mushroom Arancini Balls, and a serve of fries & aioli. To wash it all down, a Mango/Lime/Coconut smoothie, Chai Latte, and Flat White were ordered. In a nutshell, everything was hugely impressive. The Arancini Balls, in particular, were divine and I could have devoured another three plates! They were creamy on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and the truffle aioli was spectacular. Both meals, and fries, were also of a high calibre, with my only subtle criticism being the mild flavour of the Green Eggs. They were well prepared and much enjoyed but, perhaps, faded into the background when compared to the other delights served. Our drinks, I'm pleased to say, were excellent. My Chai Latte was the best I've had in many months. It had a unique aniseed/licorice edge to it, which was perfectly complemented by the bite, spice and warmth also present. It was so good that I ordered a second to take away. My wife, the fussy coffee drinker, was very impressed with her Flat White. Again, better than she'd had for some time. The smoothie was thick, creamy, and loaded with flavour. It reminded me of a Mango Weis bar, which is always a good thing! I will say that Dicki's NF, in my humble opinion, rates as one of the best plant-based establishments I've ever visited. Location, service, food, and drinks were all of a superior standard. I rarely say this, but I am excited about going there again, and soon.

Such yummy coffee and food, and friendly staff!! I don’t usually seek out plant-based cafes, but this one is just delicious. Had a macadamia cappuccino and the “cheese” sticks- both amazing. Thank you to the nice staff too!

Usually wary of places in or near new farm because of pretentious vibes and not many interesting vegan options BUT walked in with my partner for a late breakfast and met with a lovely cosy, clean and friendly atmosphere. Staff are really nice! Do try the zucchini fritters and the classic burger 😍 we also took a slice of caramel cheesecake away and I can't say how delicious it was. You must try it. Will be back again!

Beautiful as always! Really good food and portion, 💯 % vegan 🥑 this occasion was Avo on toast with cup of cappuccino. The only thing is the “service”, no busy and empty and I have to go to the counter to 3 times for 🧂 and pepper, napkins and my knife was dirty. The res all good 👍

A staple vegan cafe in New Farm! The food is always so good and I’ve never been disappointed. Just had a cappuccino and a pistachio pastry this morning but was super delish 🫶🏻

Had a delightful breakfast here and the food was delicious. We sat in an airy and relaxing corner inside taking out time to savour vegan food, knowing it had not been cooked with non-vegan products. Highly recommended. As the arancini balls were not available that day, we will be back to try them another time.

The best vegan cafe we’ve ever been to! Amazing vegan food and wonderful vibes! The green egg and the BLT were absolutely beautiful, our mocha and matcha latte were also fantastic. Service was also great, and everyone was super friendly. I’ve eaten here many times and highly recommend them!

Had a superb lunch at Dicki's. The menu was so appealing I had trouble choosing. Shared 3 different dishes with a friend and all were amazing. Fantastic friendly service and a lovely atmosphere too. Highly recommended. I will be back. A lot. Everything is nice and clean.

I've been here a few times now and the coffee has always been superb. What really makes the place sparkle is the friendly smiles from the staff and welcoming nature of the place. It is a pretty tiny cafe though... so perhaps book ahead or arrive early if you're wanting to guarantee a table.

I had brunch here on new year's day. The place was packed and I expected the staff to be frazzled and hurry me. They were the opposite. So warm, welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and the coffee was soooooooo good too. Can't fault a thing!

Couldn't sit in as we were short on time, so got take away from the cabinet. The apple crumble muffins were so good. The lemon yoghurt cake was amazing and the carrot cinnamon cake was the best.
