Ordered the lemongrass beef salad and poached chicken roll. Food was nice, nothing special. The place was messy and disorganised. I saw one girl washing dishes and then handling rolls for customers, wearing the same gloves for both tasks, c'mon, you can't do that, its not hygienic...You should be using thongs to handle customers food.

I ordered a roast pork banh mi - by far the worst I’ve ever had. The roll was stale, the limited pork was horribly dry, the crackle soggy, no sauce basically just pickled carrot. I cannot understate how bad this roll was.

So many horrific reviews here… why isn’t head office taking note? This is the saddest Vietnam salad I’ve ever ordered.

My partner and I went to the store on Thursday late night. Food was below average. Have been to multiple stores before and never had this bad experience till now. Our rice bowls were barely filled and had minimal meat. My rice bowl had all the burnt bits of rice from what I assume is the bottom of the rice cooker. Horrendous. Unfortunately won’t be eating at any stores for a while after this bad experience

I grabbed some dinner from this place tonight, the staff were lovely and welcoming. Beautiful food, really delicious. My new favourite place to eat while shopping at chermside. Thanks so much!

Omg, I’m so sad to see this rolled only got 2.1 star! I love rolled so much but this one in Chermside … their food really dodge sometimes. Especially the soup! Today my seafood pho was salty as hell! Can tell straight away from the color of the soup, don’t know how much soy sauce they added into the tiny bit left of soup… and can see the guy in the kitchen was stressed out cooking all the food by himself( he looks like the owner anyway). Please keep the quality of rolled brands if you see those reviews Owner!

Online order feature is no good, I’ve ordered 3 times on the app and after it stays pending for 10 minutes (while I’m stood next to the store watch staff chat amongst themselves and wipe benches), I go up and ask if they received my order and they check their iPad and say it’s there. One staff member told me that there is no alert sound - maybe something for management to look into? Staff are friendly and most are just teenagers so not really them to blame.
