we
were
extremely
satisfied
with
your
service,
almost
everything
was
perfect.
I
will
get
to
the
unpleasant
experience
later.
We
happened
to
be
that
family
that
had
payed
for
an
extra
night
that
we
eventually
could
not
stay
at
the
hotel.
Although
we
would
have
lost
that
amount
of
money,
we
were
able
to
use
the
restaurant
and
the
bar
in
return.
This
experience
was
really
nice,
and
we
are
endlessly
grateful
for
it.
Everyone
was
extremely
helpful
and
kind.
I
really
liked
that
the
staff
seemed
educated,
communicating
was
easy,
and
the
employees
were
engaging.
The
hotel
was
beautiful
and
the
atmosphere
was
great.
The
only
unpleasant
thing
was
the
renovation.
We
were
on
the
top
floor
and
workers
started
working
above
our
heads
as
early
as
7:30
am.
When
someone
is
on
vacation,
they
don't
expect
to
be
waken
up
by
disc
grinder
in
the
morning
(twice).
Fortunately
we
left
the
hotel
after
breakfast
to
go
sightseeing,
but
when
we
got
back,
the
workers
were
still
on
the
top
using
hammers
and
stuff
right
above
our
room.
They
finished
the
work
at
5:30
pm.
Imagine
if
someone
wanted
to
rest
at
the
hotel
all
day.
I
understand
that
you
have
to
find
a
time
to
renovate,
but
at
least,
please
don't
let
customers
reserve
rooms
on
the
top
floor
in
sake
of
their
resting
time.
I
would
like
to
emphasise
again
that
all
of
the
other
aspects
of
our
stay
were
perfect
and
we
look
back
on
your
hotel
and
our
vacation
with
happiness.
I
