I had reserved the hotel through the Conference Organizers at Masaryk University, Brno. I was joined by my daughter from Amsterdam. I had a very comfortable stay. The room was comfortable with a balcony which gave us a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was well-spread (although with a very little variation over the days). The people at the reception desk was very nice. Linens were very clean. Overall I found the place to be very good and would like to stay here only for my next visit. Room rate was very affordable (may be discounted further as a conference participant). The only minor shortcoming I would like to mention is the irregular supply of tea/coffee bags in the room. We stayed for six days (July 10-16, 2022).

The room is great. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was the best I've ever had.

Large clean room. The bathroom could have more shelf place. Very good breakfast. Located a bit far from public transport.

Very positive impression. One of the most comfortable, pleasant and friendly hotels I've ever stayed in.

There are rooms with the old design. Only one socket. In the room there is no main light, just the two bed little lumps and only one with bulb.

Hotel was renovated to a very good standard inside, definitely exceed your expectation when looking from the outside. Room (10th floor) was nice and clean, bed very comfortable, had lovely views of the castle and the whole Brno. Breakfast was nice with a good choice of food. Price for what you get was good as well. Staff were helpful. Location is a little bit further from the city centre but it is a nice walk or quick tram ride. Location is safe.

Had a stay over over here. Check in wasn’t much an issue. But had an electricity blackout in the middle of the night and wifi was not working even after the power came back on. Room Phone was not working. Condition of the room is average, not the usual expectation. Bedsheet was not clean. Towel had hairs. Pillow is flat. No air-conditioner in the room. Toilet layout is unique, toilet bowl is directly at the door. Very cramp and small. It’s fine for a stay over but won’t suggest if you are staying longer.

Please make rules about pets clearly stated. The fact they are not allowed in the bar, restaurant or breakfast area was an unpleasant surprise. I don't question the rules, I just want them visible when I book the hotel. I booked an older, unrenovated room, expecting old furniture and signs of wear. What I did not expect was filth in the bathroom. Even old rooms have to be maintained. Replacing shower curtain that is black with mold is not a huge expense. So is cleaning the tiles of it. This level of mold takes time to develop, were you not cleaning it at all? I also had the displeasure of noticing the state of comforter, it was BROWN with stains. Sure, the bedsheet was clean but underneath... Do better, as this was shocking contrast to your 'we want to be fancy' attitude.

The hotel is really good. Rooms are clean and capacious. Room, where I stayed, was not newly renovated, but still cosy. Minus - no conditioner and low flow of shower, but if you have long bath in bathroom it's not big problem. Hotel staff really great - mostly young, but helpful, smiling, with good sense of humour. I think, it's best part of Orea Congress hotel. Thank you, guys. Hotel is 15-20 minutes on foot from city center. Breakfast is really plenty, especially desserts, fruits and vegetables. In conclusion, proportion between price and quality is really high. If I'll come in Brno next time, I stay in this hotel.

It is the 2nd time we stay in this hotel. It is located in a quiet area, easy to reach in the area of the old center. We liked the possibility to check-in online. This time, I received an update to the camera at no extra cost. The rooms on the upper floors offer you a dream view of Spilberk Castle.

There are double standards in this hotel, there are some old rooms, with old furniture and there are also new rooms, much prettier. Recommend you to check the room before you pay so you don't get disappointed. Requested double bed and got twin.

It is a bit further from the city center and the building from the outside is pretty ugly. The rooms, reception, elevators, corridors are basically brand new. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Definitely recommended.

Comfortable hotels with sufficient amenities. Great breakfast, strong wifi and friendly service. Checkout at 10 is a tad early, but they're able to provide you with a later check out if asked. Enjoyable stay.

The room and breakfast were great. But the service was a bit drop. They didn't allow a big car/ bus to drop off us in lobby. So we need to go in and out from the bus in the road in front of the hotel (very dangerous and unpractical - especially with luggage). They also need to scan your visa and passport to make sure you have a valid visa to enter their country.

We stayed in hotel for our university reunion. Rooms are clean and comfy. Bathrooms are smaller but efficient. Restaurant with bar at groun floor is very good. Breakfast is in form of buffet and I enjoyed "Detox" beverage and koblizek. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel has few parking lots, it is aprox 10€/night. There is the parking automat located on the left side next to main entrance to the hotel. There is a charger for EVs across the road. FuturEGO provider, price per kWh is better with app. Receptionists are very helpful and communicative. Thank you for great experience!

Stayed here a night in early June. Pretty convenient location near a train/tram station. Check in was quick and the rooms were rather clean, but also kinda old. Breakfast included had a decent array of option and was definitely acceptable. The gym was actually quite large compared to those of other hotels and had many machines to utilise. Overall a considerable choice for the area though it can be quite crowded.

Lobby was brand new and nice, rooms rather old and mouldy. Visible water damage. They don't specify whether u get the new rooms or old

All rooms have been refurbished, rooms are clean with a simple design. No irons or ironing board in room. Restaurant next to the lobby is amazing, great food and service. The grilled salmon was amazing and so are the desserts. Parking can be an issue if the hotel is busy, not a lot of parking spots and parking is not free.

I had to stay in the hotel twice to realise there are two very different accommodation standards: One quite nice, modern and fully renovated in the upper floors, offering a very cool view towards the centre of Brno and the cathedral on the hill. And then the other one, in first three floors with old communist-era décor and equipment and almost no view. Not very nice at all. First time I visited in mid 2021, I got the prettier rooms in the upper floors, everything went smooth and the parking was free. Now in 2023, the rooms are worse, the parking is paid extra and there were unexpected issues (e.g. two separate beds instead of the ordered double-bed). However, the highlight of this place was always the same in both cases - a really good and rich continental breakfast in very nice dining area downstairs. Coffees, juices, fruits, veggies, sausages, eggs, multiple kinds of bread and I could go on and on. The breakfasts are great.

The young receptionist are very nice and welcoming. Rooms are clean, warm and stylish - although I'm not a fan of the "unfinished wall", it makes it look like i'm spending the night in some old factory. + food in the hotel is absolutely delicious, really good quality, a lot to choose from. Delicious breakfast, lunch and sandwiches between the brakes. - lightning in the bathroom is pure nightmare for women getting ready. - They assign me the room right by the office where there was construction work going on. It was so loud. The receptionist was very kind to switch the rooms for me after a second call.

The hotel is very clean and modern the staff are friendly and helpful even if you speak no Czech. My only problem was the very low fitted shower, but I managed fine. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

Really liked the experience there! The room was spacious enough and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great breakfast also

Very nice revamp. The overall look and feel of the hotel is absolutely on par with what you may come to expect in a higher rated place anywhere else in Europe. Upon entry you find yourself in a very smart-looking lobby, which carries over across the entirety of the ground floor where the usual commodities are located at. Everything looks and feels very new and clean, which instantly puts you at ease and confident it's the right place to spend the night. The reason for it stems from the fact it's not place smack dead in the center but rather a 30 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the main center. It's a preference due to traveling, but often times sees one forced to settle for sketchy hotels in this part of Europe. The rooms itself are perfectly sized and can still be considered cozy. There's even a balcony included in all standard rooms, which can lead to a decent view of the hills around Brno. In terms of comfort this ticks off all the important factors, including a phenomenal shower. On the topic of the bathroom it did stand out that there was a peculiar smell residing there, as if there's no ventilation going to or from it. The classic wet dog stench was a bit strange. Besides that, everything was completely up to spec and as a cherry on top: the barista coffee service during breakfast is an absolute party piece.

I did participate to a congress in OREA Congress Hotel Brno. The room was a little bit old fashioned but very clean and a appreciated very much that there was a terrace. All employees were extremely friendly and smiling and even helped me to find a solution to iron my uniform. Breakfast was very good and the lunch also.

We stayed just one night. But we stayed in newly reconstructed part, which was really amazing. We quite did not get how to turn on AC, so it was little bit cold in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the rich breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights at the suite on the top floor. The suite was modern and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, and the hotel staff especially the ones at the reception are very helpful and friendly. However, there is no room service (shocking), and one of the balcony doors was broken. The standard rooms are however, quite terrible and depressing with extremely small bathrooms. Walking distance from the MSV Trade Fair grounds, but a bit far from the main city centre.

New, fresh, big newly renovated rooms with AC. A balcony if that's your thing. Really nice beds, but unfortunately not one big king-size but 2 half size beds more sutied for children. A long way from city center so if you plan to visit bars/restaurants be prepared for a really long walk or to take a taxi/uber. The refrigerator in the room is microscopic, i like my water cold 🙂

Nice and comfortable place to stay for a Bussiness trips. Bathroom is quite small, but everything is nicely clean, bed/size room/equipment are in a good condition, breakfast are super tasty and parking is next to the hotel. Highly recommend place. :)

Renovated but doesn't have a special touch yet (feels like a mass hotel). However, it has an excellent coffee bar at breakfast. A ***very*** expensive restaurant. Staff were all very helpful and responded to any questions very positively.

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff, sublime decoration, great rooms. The restaurant is open anytime which is a lifesaver when traveling for a while, the food was excellent, and the waiter was extremely polite and serviceable. He knows his stuff and that is great. The parking is chargeable, few spaces.

The receptionists are very kind and available. The facilities are nice, well designed, but not very functional: too small wardrobe, only to keep clothes for a couple a days, the bathroom very tiny with no place to storage your own toiletry. Breakfast good for omnivores but very very few options for vegans.

All in all we were extremely satisfied with your service, almost everything was perfect. I will get to the unpleasant experience later. We happened to be that family that had payed for an extra night that we eventually could not stay at the hotel. Although we would have lost that amount of money, we were able to use the restaurant and the bar in return. This experience was really nice, and we are endlessly grateful for it. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. I really liked that the staff seemed educated, communicating was easy, and the employees were engaging. The hotel was beautiful and the atmosphere was great. The only unpleasant thing was the renovation. We were on the top floor and workers started working above our heads as early as 7:30 am. When someone is on vacation, they don't expect to be waken up by disc grinder in the morning (twice). Fortunately we left the hotel after breakfast to go sightseeing, but when we got back, the workers were still on the top using hammers and stuff right above our room. They finished the work at 5:30 pm. Imagine if someone wanted to rest at the hotel all day. I understand that you have to find a time to renovate, but at least, please don't let customers reserve rooms on the top floor in sake of their resting time. I would like to emphasise again that all of the other aspects of our stay were perfect and we look back on your hotel and our vacation with happiness. I hope to see you soon.

The room was very attractive, large and comfortable, with an industrial-chic vibe. The bed was comfortable with good quality blankets. I was happy that there was a tea kettle in the room too. There are outlets on both sides of the bed as well as reading lights. The only thing I didn't like is that I didn't feel it was adequately cleaned. Some days the cleaner didn't come at all. When I hung to notice on the door asking for the room to be cleaned, someone came, but didn't seem to have done much but pull the blanket up (but NOT re-tuck the bottom sheet, which definitely needed to be done) and change the towels. I understand that many hotels are having problems finding staff these days, but I was there for six nights and the room wasn't properly cleaned even once while I was there. Besides that, service at the reception was very good, especially the young man who is an intern. The restaurant was overpriced, and I had a hamburger that was rather flavorless and barely cooked in the center. Fair Hotel, just around the corner, has an excellent restaurant with much lower prices.
