Really nice place for a short stay with your dog! 🥰 We stayed for only one night as a layover but our dog was very happy here! Upon checking in we received a bag of treats & some paw towels for our dog. The rooms were relatively new and quite clean, our room had a balcony which was good for our dog to spend some time in the fresh air. There is a nice green area surrounding the hotel for walks. The breakfast was okay - we managed to find something to eat, even though the selection isn’t too big. There were plenty of tea options, even jam-based ones, as well as an immunity ginger shot upon arrival to the area which was a nice touch! We unfortunately didn’t have the time to use the spa facilities but they looked very nice ☺️

Even though the hotel doesn’t look super modern from the outside, it’s quite modern and fresh on the inside. All the staff was super friendly, always smiling and welcoming. We got 2h of spa coming with the room and we loved it, especially the honey sauna. My favorite was definitely the complimentary bottomless mimosas for breakfast. The views, amazing. The rooftop pool nice and clean. Rooms pretty and clean. Great location right by the water. Thank you for a beautiful stay 🌹

The room is clean and as shown in the pictures. The half board breakfast was fine. What really made me give 2 stars is that a dog attacked me. The owner was clearly unable to control her large dog (the owner was a tiny woman probably as big as her dog). This dog jumped on top of me and kept making scary growling noises in my face as the owner was totally unable to control him and he was without a leash. I actually went and complained to the reception while I was shaking from fear and anger that this happened. The reception lady was nice but nothing was done or at least nothing was communicated to me. I am fine with the hotel being pet friendly but they absolutely DEFINITELY need to make sure that the dogs have leashes and muzzles on. I am quite a big guy but imagine if I was a kid. I wouldn't want my kids in that situation.

Beautiful location by the lake where you can take a walk and just enjoy the nature. Clean and comfortable rooms, nice view, tasty breakfast buffet, a lot of parking possibilities. Friendly staff. Our (sadly) short stay here was really enjoyable.

Clean and pleasant accommodation with friendly staff. The hotel is located in a very good location, the forests and mountains are easily accessible, the area is not crowded. The beds are of very good quality. The breakfast offer is also plentiful. I liked the fact that the original exterior and interior design solutions were also taken into account during the modern, modern renovation of the hotel. Perhaps the rooms could be more spacious, but I think this is a given of the architectural age at that time. We missed some packing places where you can just put the clothes. It is worth knowing in advance if there is an open-air, loud event in the vicinity of the lake, in case this would disturb someone's relaxation. In addition, the hotel is well insulated.

Poor choice of breakfast items in comparison to our previous visits, we chose your hotel based on this as we had requirements due to visiting brno for a medical operation. There was no mention of reduced food options at booking.

Visited for second time and always very satisfied with the service, rooms and wellness. I like options of saunas. Very good location, during summer you can go for a walk around the lake, about 5 min away there is tram & bus stop so you can reach center of Brno without driving.

The hotel room was nice! Maybe a lil cleaning with the room balcony. It would be better if they can do late check out too. We had a nice time in the spa.

It was generally satisfactory. However, the entrance and exit of the vehicle were the same length, so I think it was a little dangerous. The water temperature in the pool was a little cold. I was satisfied with the breakfast, but I don't drink coffee, so I was disappointed with the drink. I was just a little disappointed with the ants inside the room. I wish the pillow had a low height.

Really great choice if you don't wanna stay in the city center. Orea Resort Santon has everything : amazing area, great pleasant staff, tasty breakfast with lots of choice and a superb wellness and gym!!!

Nice view from terrace! Tasty food. Spa zone is cozy but very small for such a big hotel.

Everyrhing is nice except missing large swimmimg pool outside and not very comfortable beds in wellness where it is difficult to relax as the angle is NOK.

Von innen ein sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer und andere Räume renoviert und modern. Lediglich von außen nicht so schön und müsste an einigen Stellen Mal neu gemacht werden. Der Spa Bereich ist gut (ebenfalls neu), mehrere Saunen und ein kleiner Pool. Für 2 Stunden inklusive. :) Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut (Standard Auswahl, frisch zubereitete Omletts und Kaffee vom Personal) und das Personal wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Lediglich für die Lage für uns einen Stern Abzug... Im Sommer sicherlich schön am See gelegen. Um Abends in Brünn unterwegs zu sein, aber nicht so geeignet. Ca. 20 Minuten mit der S-Bahn (fährt bis 22 Uhr) und Taxi (ca. 20 Euro). Die S-Bahn Haltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke, eine Fahrt kostet ca. 1 Euro. Beim Hotel gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze.

War eine super Unterkunft für 2 Nächte. Zimmer waren sehr schön und hatten auch einen großen Smart TV. Die Dusche war ebenfalls groß. Pro Person und Tag war der Eintritt in den Spa-Bereich dabei. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und es hat auch alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

There is room for improvement (always is) especially in accommodation of special "dietary needs" Inside/out, but the staff is friendly and helpful and for the price one is paying here = gets a great deal. 👍

Pleasent place, much comfortable inside as you would assume from the pictures. The restaurant was very nice, the room is well prepared and comfortable. Only flaw is the distance from city, but the location will support undisturbed relaxation.

A really pleasant and affordable place to stay. Good view of the reservoir you can enjoy while taking a diverse breakfast before a swim. Very uncomplicated, good quality. Will come back.

The staff was very professional, the food excellent, the service very fast, the room was clean. As a small minus the minibar was empty. I recommend this hotel.

What is surprising is the fact that in the actual city, OREA has a beautiful hotel (Congress) for the exact same price range. You'll be so much better off spending the night there. This place, however, looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. They have gone out of their way to lure you in to a seemingly very nice lakeside, zen-like experience just on the outskirts of the city. When we got there it disappointed on several levels. The hotel/resort itself has seen better days and the general vibe of it just felt rundown in dire need of basic maintenance (and a coat of paint). The environment was the real selling point, which was ultimately the reason we left an hour after checking in. The view is not that of a nice tranquil lake in a forrest setting; you'll instead be staring down at some decommissioned shipyard surrounded by tents around some muddy waters. If this is where Brno's sewers ended up, I would not be surprised. Book a night at the Congress hotel, steer well clear of this 'resort' even though the pictures suggest a grand time.

(1) The Finnish sauna has been out of operation for about a month (beginning of July). Are you going to fix it at all? Personnel I asked has no idea about it. (2) Why did you exchange stylish, comfortable wooden chairs and tables on the terrace for cheap something ala IKEA? It is absolutely not suitable for hotel which you would like to be! IBIS class hotels have better chairs. (3) Maybe it is time to do something about your parking? Maybe install barrier at the entrance? No one from personnel cares about situation there.

Very nice place for a business trip or a casual weekend. Wide range of food during breakfast, the staff is very friendly. If you are traveling with bike there is a special room to keep it. Rooms are clean and well prepared. Maybe there could be a more place to put out your clothes.

Stayed here for 1 night at the end of September. The hotel looks amazing from the inside, but could use a refurbishment of the outside. The rooms are great, have a comfortable bed and a gigantic tv. Our room also had a nice view for the lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They had a robot at the entrance that can make jokes and other random things that was very funny. We are wondering what happened to him tho, as he disappeared next morning 🧐. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had in a 4 star hotel, they had fresh juice, pancakes, bacon and eggs and much more. The pool is a nice addition to relax after a walk around the lake. Brno city center is just 20min by tram (which goes very frequently and a 24 hour ticket is just about 4 euros).

Very nice hotel, with amazing views from rooftop restaurant. Great and discrete service, helpful and competent restaurant staff, clean and functional rooms. It would be a great place to stay not only for a business trip, but also for a family vacation or a weekend trip with friends. Good storage for bikes, spa is included in room price, as well as breakfasts.

big surprise in Brno at the dam. complete reconstruction, amazing wellness, excellent restaurant (mouflon back) and unbeatable views of the marina. Good price-performance ratio (1400 CZK / room)

We stayed for two nights and availed of the Spa package which included a welcome drink, massage and Whirlpool, and unlimited access to the wellness centre - saunas, pool and fitness center. The rooms were modern and clean and the food was very good and reasonably priced even without the 25% discount we received as part of the package. Breakfast was also included. The hotel is right beside a beautiful lake and there is a tram close by that will take you directly to the city centre. I would recommend this hotel to people in the future.

Just used the wellness center. Nice sauna and a relaxing couple of hours. Cold area and cold dunking shower indoor pool. I really liked the honey sauna.

Rooms spacious,hygiene top...Breakfast Top!!Dinner OK very small menu but for a 4 star hotel has no qualities due to Mini Bar,they don't have separate Bar which you had to sit in a restaurant even if you not dinning! Atmosphere is not the best,as much as Food and service excellent but Atmosphere is too cold in the restaurant,something to do with Interior design,more of a Bristo feeling! I hope they can get more ideas to make the place cozy because they have enough space to be creative...could contact me for for free advice 😉 All in all a very nice hotel to visit.. We booked a room directly on hotel website.. and for that, got a room on first floor with a view of a parking lot :-) Honestly, I am quite sure there should not be any rooms and this floor should be dedicated to some other purpose (another part of wellness, fitness, conference rooms) but well.. this was the only negative of our stay. Everything else was perfect - staff both in restaurant and reception always smiling, always friendly and willing to help. Restaurant with good choice of meals, although a bit pricy for Brno, and with a small pool for guests to refresh which is definitely great idea. Breakfast - really wide choice of options, tasty, you can enjoy the meal while watching the dam and woods around.. Wellness - we tried just indoor pool as it was really hot to go to saunas but it was a pleasant refreshment anyway. As a hotel guest, 2 hrs wellness entrance is included.

We went just for one night to relax. And from the beginning to the end of our stay, everything was more than excellent. Nice and cozy room, very nice spa and relax area and the breakfast was the top of our experience. All small details such a fresh made coffee for breakfast, very nice hotel staff, the clean and fresh atmosphere at the spa facility, and many more. We certainly will come back regularly to treat ourselves like a queen and a king. We highly recommend this place for another one night or weekend or even longer stay.

It’s good. You will get complimentary water only on first day.. doesn’t matter how long you stay. Also, room size is bit smaller than expected in Czech.. breakfast was fabulous..
