The trail from Bușteni (885 m) to Urlătoarea Waterfall (1,055 m) is accessible and the waterfall can be reached in 1h and 15, max 30 min. It is an attraction for a lot of tourists because of the beauty of the waterfall and the legend that goes with it. It is a pretty easy mountain trail in the Bucegi. Totally enjoyed the hike!

a manageable easy 45 minute well marked steady gravel path leads to a average sized reliably strong spray waterfall & stream. unfortunately crude vendors selling plastic single use products sometimes back their trucks into this fragile ecosystem, which should be banned but local authorities are not present to enforce law

Great water falls in the mid of nature. Since they are quite easily to reach, there are usually many people. But the place has its own energy and is absolutely worth to go there. The easiest way is from the cable car station, this is were most people come. You can also come from the South, we started from hotel suru. There are other trails you can continue your walk.

Great waterfall and such a nice walk through the trees in nature to get here. It's also nice to climb a bit further up to get to see more of the waterfall.

The waterfall itself isn't that impressive, but the trail to get there is pleasant and not too difficult, and can be done easily in under an hour.

Very beautiful hike for a beginner. There is no need for special equipment and the weather is perfect in mid october. The beginning of the hike is more challenging as the incline is higher, but after that segment it is a sail smooth through a beautiful forrest. It takes around 2h for a round trip.

is a picturesque place. easy access to waterfall, I do not recommend in rain or after rain, the mud being very high. unfortunately, here you will find out-of-home vendors from which you can buy coffee, and other small things as well as the indispensable magnets with the popular locations around.

I arrived at the waterfall from a path going down the mountain. Didn't even plan to go to the waterfall but it was on the way, and it is definitely worth a visit. The paths going down the valley are a bit less adventures but still nice.

We went on winter, with snow. The waterfall isn't very spectacular, I think I would'nt go on summer, but the trail is very beautiful, and the snow and the ice makes everything more interesting. The waterfall was frozen, and there were some shapes really interesting. The whole path goes through and impressive forest, full of really tall trees. The path is very easy, but in winter, it is a little bit slippery because of the ice. Is a very popular trail, so there's a lot of people stepping on the snow and, therefore, there is ice on some parts of the path. We were equiped with trekking sticks and this helped us very much not to fall, but local people were walking without any help and they moved really fast, they are used to snow :) This isn't a circular trail, but you can turn it into one. There are two paths to arrive to the waterfall, we left the car in the street Urlatoarei, beetween Poiana Tapului and Busteni and we started the trail on the top of the street. Once in the waterfall, the trail continues and arrives to Busteni, near to the Cable Car. From there to the car there were 15-20 minutes walking near the road number 1. It was a great experience!

A beautifull waterfall and a relaxing place. You can take a sandwich from home kr buy some snacks from the local guy right there. There are 2 ways to get there, one from Poiana Țapului which is on a forest road and more relaxing. The 2nd one is from Bușteni on a smaller path and more challenging. We got up from the forest road and descended to Bușteni. Take your garbage back home!

Amazing hiking trip around 1 hour in one way, maybe less, it depends where you start! It worth to see it. It starts harder, but after it can be done all of us!

One of the lightest hiking trails in Busteni, but also one of the most beautiful. The waterfall at the end is the highlight, but it's not the only one, as the journey through the dense forest is just as rewarding. Just make sure to stop and actually look around, an advice we could all use nowadays.

It a long hike uphill, but really worth it! We enjoyed the trail and the water all, as well as some nice bioled corn 🌽 when we got there

it is a relatively easy hike in any season. The path in some places is not great, there are fallen trees that you have to pass over

It a nice place, you can reach here by 2 roads, one from Bușteni and other from Valea tapului. My suggestion go first to the other cascade near busteni then after here. You have some bench also furnace were you can heat your tea or water. You can relax and enjoy however most of the times it full with people

Very impressive, natural waterfall. Trhe road is not that difficult but for someone who doesn't like to hike is a little hard at the beginning. But is worth it.

Nice, easy trail. Good for Sunday walk with family. The waterfall is fine but will not make your jaw to drop.
