Update:
Ruined
my
hair
before
my
civil
ceremony!
• I
had
a
balayage
done
in
January
2023
and,
before
visiting
this
stylist,
I
specifically
informed
her
about
it.
I
voiced
my
concerns
about
the
potential
for
hair
breakage
if
the
balayage
wasn't
lifted
correctly
(if
we
use
more
bleach
on
the
bleached
hair).
She
assured
me
of
her
expertise,
and
I
chose
to
trust
her.
I
work
behind
a
keyboard
and
my
hair
knowledge
is
only
what
I
learned
about
my
own
hair
in
36
years,
so
who
am
I
to
doubt
this
knowledgeable
stylist?!
Quick
insight:
I
paid
200
Euros
+
5%
tip
(why
did
I
tip?!)
and
all
I
got
was
a
significant
hair
loss,
tears
and
the
fear
of
a
horrible
head
for
my
wedding
day
:D
->
which
resulted
from
damage
caused
by
bleach
and
her
attitude
of
an
overconfident
pick-up
artist!
Oh,
and
I
got
NO
RECEIPT
and
was
asked
to
pay
in
cash!
We
all
know
what
that
means…
• Not
that
it
bothered
me
much,
but
the
salon
was
under
renovation
during
my
visit.
It
was
super
awkward
to
be
just
the
2
of
us
in
that
space,
especially
meeting
for
the
first
time.
Probably
this
renovation
thing
also
confused
her,
because
she
had
trouble
finding
hair
products,
like
a
proper
detangling
product.
• She
applied
bleach
on
my
hair
and
used
some
nice
technique
and
then
proceeded
to
washing
it
off
=>
The
hair
washing
was
far
from
gentle!
It
felt
as
if
an
angry,
tired
mother
was
frustrated
after
a
long
day,
was
hastily
washing
off
dirt
from
her
naughty
child.
Ooooh
and
she,
at
some
point,
decided
to
pull
out
the
sink
filter
that
had
sooo
much
hair
stuck
in
it
and
I
was
honestly
afraid
that
was
partially
my
hair
☹
• She
was
generally
bossy
in
her
tone
and
sometimes
explaining
trivial
things
to
me
with
a
superior
attitude.
I
do
appreciate
that
she
shared
1
thing
that
I
wasn’t
aware
of,
but
I
need
to
double
check
it.
• She
decided
to
blow
dry
my
hair
and
I
did
tell
her
I
don’t
trust
that
and
reminded
her
that
I
have
thin
hair
and
heat
makes
me
feel
like
it
will
get
more
damaged
–
so
she
assured
me
that
blow
drying
is
super
safe
😊)
(she
did
not
have
proper
towels
before
blow
drying
and
also
did
not
use
any
heat
protectant)
• Then,
instead
of
using
appropriate
hair
products
like
oils
or
detanglers,
she
mishandled
my
hair
with
her
brush.
She
brushed
it
while
it
was
still
wet,
disregarding
my
warnings
about
its
delicate,
thin
nature,
yet
again.
I
simply
asked
to
be
brush
my
own
hair
with
my
own
brush,
but
while
I
was
super
struggling,
she
started
also
brushing
me
in
a
hurry.
• I
showed
her
the
significant
hair
loss
from
just
brushing
just
1
strand,
she
dismissed
my
concerns,
stating
it
was
"fine."
For
context,
I'd
lose
that
amount
in
four
days
if
I
brushed
my
hair
aggressively
and
would
not
use
any
hair
mask.
Attached
a
pic
with
just
a
bit
of
the
hair
loss
that
I
suffered
…believe
me,
I
lost
so
much
more…almost
half
of
my
hair
is
broken
in
the
middle
or
close
to
where
it
wasn’t
initially
bleached.
• She
proceeded
to
applying
the
red
dye
which
was
amateurish,
reminiscent
of
how
one
might
hastily
rub
shampoo
in
the
shower.
I
spent
two
days
trying
to
remove
dye
stains
from
my
ears
and
scalp.
The
color
sucked
and
she
missed
a
few
places
but
initially
she
promised
“raging
red”
😊)
->
got
a
mundane
red
I
believe
her
handling
suggested
a
lack
of
experience
with
my
hair
type
and
certain
techniques.
It's
one
thing
to
lack
experience,
but
it's
unacceptable
to
experiment
at
the
expense
of
someone's
time,
money,
and
hair.
I
once
enjoyed
visiting
this
place
for
manicures
and
cosmetic
treatments,
but
this
experience
has
eroded
my
trust.
The
loss
of
money
is
one
thing,
but
the
damage
to
my
hair,
especially
with
my
upcoming
civil
ceremony,
is
deeply
distressing,
to
be
genuinely
NICE
about
this
whole
experience.
Here
was
my
initial
review:
Professional
people
with
a
positive
attitude!
❤️🦋
totally
recommend
it!
