The hairdresser left hair dye in my hair and disappeared for 1 hour. The front desk understood what was happening but made no attempt to get me with another hair dresser or contact the original one. The color was way too dark and my skin was stained, even on my neck and ear. My hair is rough. I stayed at this Salon for three hours for a simple dye job AND they charged me 338 lei for a job they originally said would be 175 lei.

The lady who did my nails was super nice and friendly, so I gave her what I believe to be a generous tip. But this is how my nails look like, after only 6 hours since having them done. And all I did today was to roam around the city and to take my phone and wallet out of my pocket. Usually my classic manicure lasts at least 3 days until it starts chapping. They need to renew the nail polish stocks, as they seemed to be pretty old on the shelf already. And they also need to start adding a protective coat on top - I have never been to a salon where you don’t get this done.

Great service, pleasant atmosphere, lovely people. I always leave this place with a smile on my face.

I am really disappointed by the experience I had in this saloon , beside the fact that I paid a lot for the whole waxing , they missed a lot of spots and also left a lot of wax on my skin ! Also I think I need to mention about the skin damage this girl got me with the wax ! Completely disappointed! Never been treated this bad in a beauty salon !

I've been twice in this place, hoping that maybe I will be luckier the second time, since the first one I had a very bad experience. First time I had an appointment for makeup and hairstyling. I had the appointment at 10, but I waited 40 minutes until someone took care of me. Makeup that should last for one hour became 1:30h and the hairstyling another 1:15h. So, of course I was late for my event. Second time, I had an appointment for semi manicure. Again, I had appointment for 11:45, and the actual manicure began at 12:20...I've stayed there until 14:00...This wouldn't have been a problem, if the manicure, at least, was done properly and I am saying that because after two days, my polish started to exfoliate. Take a look to nails done 3 days ago. I wanted to do my wedding makeup here but after I saw the services, no thanks. I would definitely not recommend!

I had one of the worst haircuts. After saying that nothing that I want is possible because she probably doesn't know, she ignored most of what I was telling her, and did whatever she knew, my hair now doesn't stay normal it looks like I cut it with a piece of broken glass. I had to wait for 45 min to get my appointment for waxing after, even though i was already scheduled. Waiting there, the hairdresses that cut my hair was saying the same to other customers, nothing is possible of whatever you want, only she knows what's best. After the wax i was left with pieces of wax still on me for 2 3days because they didn't clean. After I was finished I found my jacket on the floor. I don't recommend. Last time that I am going there!

Worst workers. I received a text message on my phone one day before my appointment saying to come later. I came and nobody recognized the message so they took someone else instead of me. There is a big lack of respect and I would never recommend it. It was the first and last time!!!

I am not living in RO , but i always come to Magic Militari special for Ela Ifrim. I am a very special person, very hard to be satisfied, but i am in love with Ela’s work and Ela as a person since day one and that was few years ago☺️. Since that time also my friends start to come at Magic Militari only because of Ela’s work. She is nice with everybody and always smiling and in a good mood.

Congratulations to Andreea Pătrașcu for her professionalism and empathy. I recommend with all conviction for manicure/pedicure. I will come back with love!

Most probably won’t be using their services anymore even though I was a client for a couple of years….they NEVER respect the appointment time (every time I had to wait 10-15 min for a 10 min haircut), some employees are under qualified (they won’t wet the hair when cutting it so it is not always straight), the last time I was there a woman came in and started screaming and calling names one of the ladies who worked there (“ca la usa cortului”) and it was really unpleasant and uncomfortable. Overall the experience is not good and I do not recommend going there unless you know/found a lady that does a good job and go only to her.

I benefited from very good manicure services. I am satisfied with the experience in the salon! Thank you very much!
