If you want a moment of relaxation and pampering, I recommend the facial treatment. The skin becomes bright, hydrated and very clean. The prices are more than affordable, and Mrs. Luci from cosmetics is a professional! I love coming back to this salon every time.

Very kind and professional staff, but the air inside is irresponsible! Does the patroness not realize this? Two clients complained about the same thing, that they couldn't get any more heat. The air conditioners are old and do not cope.

The lady made nice haircut for our son and also for my husband. The play ground is ok, would be nicer if they would be cleaner.

I have been a customer for 9 years and I have given 6 reviews my whole life and well deserved some good others bad. Now I can only: the lack of respect towards all customers who step on your Victoria threshold! You increase the prices 3-4 times a year when you don't invest anything in the salon! What entrepreneurship is this? How can you claim price increases when you don't change the wax on time, when the device for facial treatments makes you want to laugh when you see it and say it's a toy. when the air conditioners are yellow since the old building was built and their cleaning is all I can say, when many cosmetic products are not in the conditions that are written on the leaflet. And many more that I cannot write here because you know them very well. Too bad the cosmetic staff are very good, soon unfortunately I will have to give them up completely. They have who knows what diseases and skin irritations from burnt wax and not respecting the requirements with which it is used. Remember, CLIENTS COME TO YOU FOR THE WORK OF THE GIRLS, never for YOU or what you offer in this salon. Do you raise the price? SHAME

It's ugly, old and unkempt, but it cuts kids decently

The haircut did not correspond to our requirements at all, with "gaps" in some parts. Plus we couldn't get along with the lady, the dancer not being a Romanian speaker.

Am fost clienta dvs câțiva ani buni. După ultima vizita la cosmetica am renunțat. Ati mărit preturile, înțeleg, dar calitatea de la ceara de epilat este aceiasi. Ceara veche, ieftina. Mai ales pt mustață ar trebui ceara elastica, nu ceara de 1 leu. Clienții nu ii fidelizati în niciun fel. Măriți preturile dar măcar investiți 5 lei în plus pentru calitatea produselor. Ceara a lăsat de dorit în multe cazuri.... Ma repet, cea pt zona fetei ar trebui sa fie mai calitativa. La mani-pedi și coafor nu am nimic de reproșat.

Am fost pentru o tunsoare pentru băiețelul nostru . Doamna a fost răbdătoare iar salonul era foarte primitor și perfect pentru copii . Aproape ca nu am putut pleca de acolo . Va mulțumim , vom mai reveni cu siguranța .

My experience at this salon was definitely incredible! Since I discovered it some time ago, I can say that it is truly EXCELLENT! The services offered here are of a higher quality than any other salon I have ever been to. One aspect that impressed me deeply is their attention to detail and customer care. One of the special aspects of this salon is the fact that they also thought of children. There is a specially arranged place downstairs where the little ones can enjoy their time in a safe and fun way. There they find a variety of activities including a trampoline, toys, coloring tables and more. This attention to the comfort and happiness of children proves that this salon truly cares about all the needs of its customers. The staff is always friendly and professional and the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. Every visit to this salon is a direct transposition into an exotic oasis. RECOMMEND! 5*****

Worst place ever! Went there especialy for the children playing area - which is a dirty, unsafe room for children to play! The baby sitter is a lady with very long nails and her hair down (always on your baby’s face) at the end of it, your baby will also stink of her perfume! Hairdresser is always busy doing the other employees’s hair (she smells strongly of cigarettes) while she is doing your hair as well. At the end she has destroyed my hair, but all she’s done was blaming the previous hairdresser that done my hair. Not even an intention to fix what she’s done wrong. Will never go back. Highly disappointing !!! Stay away from this place!
