I tried to correct my wrong posture, but it is already too late and the spine is already deformed. So I looked for an office close to my house so I could go before work. I regularly go to the Kinetomedica office, at 08:00 and do an hour of exercises, after which I feel much better and the tension in the neck area disappears. Sometimes I even end up after hours for a therapeutic massage, which works wonders! I highly recommend the office, both for the results obtained and for the team working there, good professionals and very nice.

Before giving a massage, you can put your hands under warm water to relax the patient's muscles, not to strain them even more. The massage was more of a caress. It didn't seem like a professional massage at all. In the end, I asked to pay by card, but I was denied this possibility, for them it is an unused method (in 2023). I was also told that, if I don't have cash, they can wait until I go to an ATM to withdraw, and not to worry about it. I paid in cash and did not receive any receipt.
