actual
service
significantly
undermines
this
promise.
The
beer
may
align
with
Austrian
standards,
but
the
overall
service
and
ambiance
are
deeply
disappointing.
Our
dining
experience
was
marred
by
multiple
issues:
a
dish
we
ordered
was
forgotten,
and
when
it
was
finally
served
after
an
hour,
it
was
incorrect,
leaving
my
friend
without
a
meal.
The
timing
of
the
meal
was
mismanaged,
with
appetizers
and
main
courses
arriving
simultaneously,
disrupting
the
flow
of
our
dining
experience.
The
live
music
was
excessively
loud,
and
the
cold
temperature
inside
the
restaurant
caused
our
food
to
quickly
become
cold.
