The following feedback is strictly addressed to the hospital unit and not to the wonderful medical team. A "private" hospital that wants to meet European standards, but whose management is absolutely disastrous. The hospital reception is a bad joke... they hired people in the front office who have absolutely nothing to do with human interaction or respect for the patient. The only assets of this hospital are the doctors and nurses...but by the time you get to them you get sick from nerves. The same at departure... in the conditions where the doctors make efforts to make the discharges as soon as possible, the ladies from the discharge office are the ones who have to call in order to be allowed to go home... another epic ending with nerves and loss of time. I could not say that I do not recommend the hospital, because I wholeheartedly recommend the medical team... but with the same warmth I also recommend changing the current non-medical staff that interacts with the patient, both at the reception and on the phone.

I cannot understand the high marks received by this establishment: at this moment I am waiting for a CT which is already almost two hours late than scheduled! Money thrown at a private that behaves as if it were a state hospital! Absolutely embarrassing! I'm back: I've been waiting for over three (3) hours! I won't be back: for sure!

After more than a year and a half of going to all the medical specialties in the clinics in Bucharest, after all the accumulated trauma until finding out the diagnosis, I arrived at the doctor who literally saved my life, the diagnosis "Brain Tumor", the intervention took place on March 7, 2023. Dr. neurosurgeon Craciun Mihai presented me with all the necessary information, with all the confidence and encouragement that made me believe that everything will be fine, and shortly after I arrived at the intervention. From the neurosurgical intervention, to the 3 nights of hospitalization and all the support of the doctor, even now, as periodic monitoring, I recommend it with all confidence!

An exceptional hospital, a sign that a part of Romania is still on the right track. Last minute equipment, very professional and empathetic staff, fair play and correct. I was recently their patient and I do not regret the choice, the investigations were very detailed and complete. I recommend with confidence.

You do tests but they don't appear in the file, they make you do them 2 times, they postpone the appointments repeatedly, I went from 4 days to 1 month for a consultation and an analysis, etc. I don't step on them anymore! Too bad, because it's beautiful, clean, but the organization sucks.

By far the best equipped hospital in the country. Regarding the doctors, I don't think I can express my gratitude. My aunt was operated by Mr. Lucian Dorobantu this month, the operation was a success! Thanks also to Mrs. Oana Ghenu for having the patience to explain to us what happens to my aunt every day, to the doctors and nurses who took care of her! You are all beasts! I hope that this hospital will be a model for the rest of the hospitals in the country. Last but not least, thank you from the bottom of my heart to Mrs. Mihaela Simion! I hope that the help you have offered us will be returned to you in gratitude!

They tortured me with the tests for 3 weeks, they took my blood 3 times (in 15 minutes) because they didn't read the chart, the tests done and paid for don't appear in my chart, and at the reception they are liars and arrogant. Avoid!

I benefited from medical services in Nord Pipera Hospital between 29.01.2024-05.02.2024, the period in which I underwent a surgical intervention. On this occasion, I met a team of professionals led by Prof. Dr. Lucian Dorobantu consisting of: Dr. Ghenu Anca-Oana, Dr. Dermengiu Andrei-Daniel, Dr. Iosifescu Toma, Dr. Trofin Banescu-Monica, Dr. Ionita Oana -Raluca, Dr. Iovu Ion. I want to thank this team of doctors as well as all the medical staff involved for the professionalism they showed, their empathy towards my problems, but also for the warmth and gentleness with which they treated me. Hello. I was recently operated on at this hospital, after a year of walking around the country's hospitals. Being diagnosed with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy and after an unsuccessful septal ablation I was recommended a myectomy. At the state, however, I was told that there is no specialist doctor who can perform this operation. Thus, in the month of December 2023, I stepped on the threshold of this hospital and arrived at Professor Lucian Dorobanțu. I can't put into words the safety and confidence he gave me, which is why I scheduled the surgery. What followed..... a beautiful experience with dedicated people! I am deeply grateful to Mr. Lucian Dorobanțu and the wonderful team of which he is a part!
