One of the biggest hard rock cafes I've been to. Very friendly staff, especially when the wife asks to be seated inside then outside, they catered to our requests with a smile. Great music whilst you eat, with easy to see screens for those music videos. Loved the little touches by using half metal guitar moulds as handles for the bathrooms. And the option to open the door using your forearm after you've visited the bathroom. Service started quick but towards the end took a while to get a drink refilled and get the bill. These were the only issues we had and even then very minor in my opinion. The food itself was fantastic, especially with the vegetarian options.

The food was exceptional and fresh, we ordered the big platter and the steak, I would highly recommend, each item tasted amazing.the waitress was amazing and showed us around the place, also gave us a guitar to take pictures on the stage, It was so fun and memorable. This was my first time in Bucharest and in Hard rock Cafe and it was special. We came from Rome for this concert (Carla's dreams playing live) and we reserved a table. At our arrival the staff missed out our reservation but they quickly secured us a table the closer to the stage as possible. We were sad about this but it's okay, it can happen especially the night of a live event when the pub is full of people. The food was great and the waiter, Sorin, was very nice and helpful (very good looking too tbh). :) Five stars are absolutely deserved.

Totally positive impressions! You cannot expect Michelin stars restaurant, this is Hard Rock Cafe.... Actually pulled pork sandwich was not bad at all. Strange salad with green leaves and beets.... Came here to charge my mobile and rest up. I was placed right in front of a fan where water was added, felt like sitting in drizzle although they were plenty of other seating on the terrace. Moved to an nicer spot. Ordered a boozy cookies and cream shake no pictures as my phone was on charge, it came with no napkin so I had to take one out of my bag. Waiter tried collecting it before I had even finished and when I when it came to paying cash he did not collect although standing nearby, then walked off without returning, so in the end got up and asked another server I wished to pay the bill and went looking for my table server. It's a nice venue but service not what I expected. All the staff looked on the young side. Its a nice large venue with a stage within a park and nearby lake.

Typical Hard Rock style restaurant with nice decor. Service was amazing but I was disappointed that the burgers had such strange buns on them and didn't quite look like the pictures on the menu. They also didn't have a choice with the breads or meats in the burgers. However I was told that they will be having Angus beef next month in June. Overall this place has room for improvement and isn't bad. But menu can definitely be better for the price.

One of the nicest Hard Rock Cafe's I've been to! The only negative part was that our waiter was a bit stressed maybe and the service was very slow, but other waiters were happy and eager to help us.

Fav place to eat once in a while! The staff was very nice and friendly also. And the food tasted amazing. The mini-burgers were a bit dry but it didn't really matter to us because we had a lot of food 😳🤣.

This place has been recommended by a friend of ours. So Hard Rock Cafe was on our list the day we decided to come to Romania. The atmosphere and ambiance is great, staff are super friendly and they all communicate pretty well in English. There’s both an indoor seating and an outdoor terrace, food variety is diverse and prices are fair enough. We ordered sliders and onion rings as a side and they both were massive, we’ve also tried their signature dessert that I can’t recall the name of but it’s delicious with brownies and the bottom, and ice cream and whipped cream at the top. Last food order is at 10:00 when we were there so pay attention to that when you go and the place closes around midnight

- ok atmosphere, music a bit too loud - slow service, one hour to serve table of 7, but there was an event happening - food was good but the spicy food were waaaay to spicy to the point where they were unedible - drinks were ok, asked for a non alcoholic frappe but received a milk shake - prices a bit too high

This is a nice place to visit in Bucharest. The location is amazing outside. From inside, it is so great. The service is very good, people are very kind. Music is a little bit too high. What a nice place to go!

(updated after my second visit) Food is ok, but the Onion Ring Tower I really can recommend. Service was nice, and payed more attention to the customer. Live band was a nice bonus and I like the fact that newcomers get a chance to play a gig in such a location. The brownie dessert I can't recommend, it's vanilla ice cream with a little tiny bit of brownie.

Excellent location. Very nice place near next to the lake! Beautiful scenery. Friendly service. Tasty food as in all Hard Rock Cafe!

I really like the place, and when I am in București is one of my must visits. The atmosphere is amazing, and the service is good. The food this time was not on the usual level, but it was OK. I would really like to attend a band performance and it will be nice if there is a place where we can see a program of any future events in English.
