AN unbeatable exprerince here! Staff were so professional and helpful every opportunity was taken to give great service . the hotel's lobby is great, we thought it was a great design, the lifts were a little slow, that's the only complaint I have, , the room was fabulous with a bed that was wonderful and allowed a full night's sleep. so many choices at breakfast like fresh omelettes, jams, even gluten free cake and banana bread, you can't beat this hotel.

We had reserved a Junior Suite with Lounge access almost 6 months prior to our arrival with prepayment of more than $700/US dollars. Reserved , check in on Oct. 3rd. 2021 to Oct. 6 th. With delay by Delta Airline due to mechanical problems, we arrived at the hotel at 2.30AM. on Oct. 4th. Very rude awakening, we were told that we were “upgraded”, we told at the reception we did not request upgrade, we were told that the reserved suite was not available. A person at the reception desk took us through the alley way to a small elevator of Park Inn, did not even help with luggage even with 2 level of stairs. He opened the elevator, we said we do not want to go there, we would like to have our reserved room. He handed the key and said to make a left turn on 2nd. Floor and we will find the room and left. No courtesy of showing the room, amenities, or availability of services such as breakfast, we did not have breakfast next day, no idea where the breakfast area or the service was provided for us. Next day attempted come in to main hotel lobby, we were obstructed at the walk way from the Inn, were told we were not allowed. We were also told the executive lounge was closed, although we had access through our reservation. On Oct. 6 th. We were moved back to hotel as Amawaterways had reservations, we had access to the lounge, we were told at that time, the lounge had been open for the guests at the hotel. On the day we moved in to main hotel, Oct. 6 th. We went out side the hotel for a short time, we had our room cards, the guard at the hotel treated us very badly. Even though we had the hotel key card, he said we were not on his guest list, he showed us towards Inn to go back. After insisting ,he went to check at the registration at let us in with reluctance. We have been extensive world travelers, never experienced this type of treatment. Very disappointed. As our reservation and its amenities were not honored, we deserve to be refunded.

Brilliant staff. I lived here for many months while on business. Food is brilliant, staff are very helpful and friendly. Special shout to Jack on the bar. The guy is full of charisma and knowledge of his city. The passion for his job and care for all who meet him. A special kind of person.

Decent hotel! Nice rooms, nice service ( especially in the business lounge), very good position in the center of the city. If you like this kind of mammoth hotel, it is the perfect choice for an expensive vacation.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest and my experience fell short of expectations. Here's a detailed account:Breakfast Repetition: The breakfast selection did not vary throughout my stay, which was disappointing as I looked forward to starting my day with a good meal.Room Quality: Upon entering my room, I noticed water leakage at the bathroom entrance, raising concerns about the room's maintenance. Moreover, the cleanliness level did not meet the standard I anticipated.Staff Interaction: The service received from the hotel staff was not what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. I had specifically requested a room with a nice view for my extended stay, but the room provided had an unsatisfactory view. When I expressed my concerns, I was informed there were no better rooms available, a claim that later appeared to be inaccurate.Amenity Issues: Essential items like the water boiler in my room were inoperative, adding to the inconvenience.I believe feedback is crucial for improvement and hope this detailed account is useful for the hotel to enhance its service for future guests.

They allowed us a very late check out, the spa massage was the best we ever had, the cocktails were lovely, the pool was great, shower was fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough. Thank you so much!

This is an excellent hotel, with a stylish modern design, and with several restaurants and a poolside bar. It is very central and surrounded by lively restaurants and bars so you are never short of options. It is also very busy and clearly popular. They could pay a bit more attention to detail, especially to be a bit more thorough when cleaning the rooms. Also they were a bit unreliable in providing laundry and drycleaning forms and bags. I enjoyed watching football downstairs by the bar. In general the staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was a pleasure to interact with them. It was a bit strange when one of the staff complained about the game we were watching and wanted to switch channels though.

This hotel was like the perfect stay if you want a perfect hotel! The staff is friendly, organized and very helpful and welcoming. We where extremely happy with the check-in and the Suite was amazing. The Steak restaurant was excellent and also there a perfect service and friendly help with selecting the meat and side dishes. I would love to come back here again soon. Since it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in, on the world⭐🌍 Unfortunately I can't give 6⭐ rating here. Thanks for the wonderful stay here ❤️

We used to be permanent guests of this hotel. Unfortunately, clearly something has changed. From the beginning the receptionist attitude wasn't welcoming. We booked through booking and probably there was sort of a misunderstanding regarding the breakfast. They didn't agree to show any understanding of the situation. We were charged 210 lei for one breakfast for 2 people. The breakfast menu was poor, no fresh veggies and poor diversity in general. I definitely won't recommend taking the breakfast at that price. Many cheaper and diverse options are available around the place. After checking out the gym and pool are only accessible from a strange outside entrance to the hotel. Probably we will not come back anymore.

The casino next door meant there were plenty of men standing outside smoking. A vacuum cleaner was left outside our room for our 3 night stay, and furniture was stored in the corridor. The location was great, but the service did not match. And it was very noisy.

I was here years ago... with a bigger room and way better service in mind. Actually i've never had a that small room and that bad cocktails at the bar.... I've been in other Radisson Blu and honestly expected way more.

Nice hotel. Have stayed here multiple times on work trips. Rooms have all the expected amenities. Cleanliness was good. What I like is the 24 hour in room ordering. Breakfast was good. It’s about 20 mins from the airport by taxi at night and 45 mins during peak traffic. Location is central and good. Staff is helpful.

On the plus side, the hotel is located in a central location, with many possibilities for exploring and walking around and with an impressive culinary variety. As minuses, valet parking, but at a fairly high price, it seems quite high to me, compared to other locations in Europe. The room I stayed in was clean but the bed linen was stained. The prices for accommodation per night are very high for a demanding hotel.

The venue is nice, but the rooms are a bit old. Some of them required cosmetic reconstruction. The desk lamp in my case wasn't working. Service is good, but they weren't able to print out check-out recite for me.

When we arrived there were no guests at the reception and two beautiful ladies welcomed me with a very large smile and felt like home. This is the best feeling in the world. Mirela and Ioana were there and they are professional and polite. Breakfast was amazing, Daniel the manager spoke with me and explained me everything in the restaurant. Will cone back! ve

Nice hotel. Bed was comfortable and I couldn’t hear any noise from nearby rooms. Check in was easy, I got in a little early, 1 pm and they nicely let me check in to my room. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. About a 15 or 20 minute walk to Old Town. Uber/Bolt is extremely easy and inexpensive to get around in the city. I came in December and they keep the hotel very toasty. Thankfully I was able to turn off the heater in the room AND prop the window open. Breakfast is a cornucopia of choices!

Reception staff is very friendly and attentive. When we arrive we asked for spacious room and they give us good room new on the 4 floor. Breakfast a lot to chose and a lot. Managers are very polite. We will come back!

The interiors are quite austere. It is a bit expensive in terms of value for money, given that the room we received was run-down and gave the impression of a hostel or a more modern dormitory room. The advantage is that it is not too far from the train station and you can check in late at night.

My husband and I were in Bucharest for a couple of days on vacation. This hotel tops all the others that we have been staying at, even in other cities. The rooms were cleaned. The service and the food at the outside bar were excellent. When we return to Bucharest, this will be our first choice to stay at.

We had a very good stay, it is a well positioned hotel with good amenities and services. Cannot finish the review without mentioning Alex from the reception, so well trained and kind, he gave us an excellent service. He represents what Radisson standards should look like. The room size is huge and the bed is super comfortable. Good restaurants nearby. But the elevator situation can be limited when a large number of groups check in or check out. Good breakfast buffet as well

Besides that the hotel was great, the staff and honesty of them was even greater. They found my wallet on the room, kept it, and packed it nicely for a dhl courier that I sent to pick it up. Hotel is very nice. Staff are grumpy and at times unhelpful. Asked for some help to get something done and rather than say something like my colleagues at reception can help was told that's not my job. ,5 star hotel 1 star attitude. Be advised if you want a swim you need a swim cap.

One of the receptionist name Mihela (if im not mistaken) are so rude with us. She raise her voice up when we keep asking on our room status as its already pass 3pm. But we lucky enough when other front desk officer assist us and within 10mnt we manage to get our room and he even say sorry on behalf of the rude frontdesk But other than this, this hotel was good and located at main street which is strategic for food hunting😊

The hotel itself is excellent. The problem is that the staff let some of the badly behaved guests do whatever they want!!! Problem 1: First night (13 July 2023) got woken up at 5am by a large group of men (they were speaking Arabic) running and shouting on the corridor. I opened the door and told them off. Second night (14 July 2023) the same group of men woke us up at 3am. They were singing loudly. I went and knocked on their door as I was furious (they were ALL IN ROOM 405). I then went to reception to report this. The security guard told me he had to ask them to get dressed a few minutes later as they came back from wherever they were partying without shirts on (clearly drunk/high). Despite me reporting this directly to the reception, the noise continued for about 20-30minutes. The hotel should have called the police and throw them out. Problem 2: While at the ouside pool, on 18 July 2023, another group on men (speaking Arabic too) started playing their own music. This is despite the fact that the hotel were playing their own background music. I told the lifeguard but he carried on picking towels up. I went to the men myself and told them they are disturbing everyone with their own music and that it's not their own private pool. They stopped for 20min and then they started playing it again. No one came to tell them off. After I put in a complaint regarding incident 1, I got a free upgrade and a complimentary breakfast. I was satisfied with this (hence I gave this place 3 stars instead of 1), although I wished it wouldn't have been needed in the first place. I prefer sleeping properly! Tip: if you do decide to stay here... I suspect party animals will get the cheapest rooms so I think it's worth paying more for the Premium rooms which are a lot nicer and will probably be quieter as they are on a higher floor (photos attached).

Almost 4 stars because it is very well situated, close to the middle of Bucharest. Nice lobby, nice bars in the lobby, nice place to stay. Food is so and so. But, very good with the pandemic conditions access.

I had the opportunity to visit this hotel during 2 events. I can say from the start that in the same period of time, I visited another hotel also for events pourposes, and the difference between the two of them stroke me everytime. Firstly, the quality of the service from Dacia restaurant. The food was put in old metal trays that had rust on the side. There were 6 main options from which to choose, but none of them had tags with the name of the food. I remember I chose something that looked like chicken with white sauce, and when I tasted it, it was fish (some people might be allergic to fish!). Not to mention the low variety of the candy bar. When it comes to the quality of services shown by the waiters, I saw a lot of carelessness from them. Rarely they stayed around to make sure everything is OK. We had a lot of participants complaining about the coffee machine and we always struggled to reach out to the waiters to help us out (with common needs, such as milk and even mugs to put your coffee in). The snacks from the coffee breaks were always the same. The old croissants and something else that was still pastry based. For a venue that respects itself, it should've offer more options of menu from which to choose. (in comparison to Marriott, where we ate something different and classy every single time - and from what I heard, for the same price).

Doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel at all. Breakfast is a disaster, to access to the gym and indoor pool you need go out of the hotel accessing by the main street (main square of the city) The waiters of breakfast do not speak English or other language besides Romanian. Really disappointed with the services. Besides that, location is amazing and room was clean.

Nice place, big rooms. However, if it is very noisy in the bar downstairs, you will hear all the sounds in the room, doesn't matter the floor you stay. In addition, if you have intolerance to lactose and/or gluten, be careful, no indications are given and staff is not really helpful

Poor service, rude personnel, with attitude. If you want them to give you an extra towel or anything like that in the night, they charge you 21Lei extra! If you want to go to the pool it’s 20€ extra. In general very bad and unpleasant service. It’s like the staff is mad at you. Nice location and comfortable beds which is why I give 3 stars.

2019 I was sent to the old building A of the hotel with furniture from the 70's, old bathroom, dirty carpet. I was cheated by the hotel as all photos in the web where I booked the room were of the restored rooms but not the old ones. Your strategy of deleting my previous review does not stop my anger with this hotel after two years now.

Very disappointed by the room. The hotel has a nice location and great lobby design so I was expecting an amazing room that matches the lobby design. It was one of the reasons we decide on this hotel for tonight. But the room (superior with king bed) is outdated and poorly cleaned. Just look at the pictures posted. Last night we were in a hotel half the price and it was cleaner. Also the design was better. The stuff here is very friendly. So 5 stars for the stuff. ;)

a very nice staying in central Bucharest. The outdoor pool, the huge outdoor whirlpool and the proper swimming indoor pool make it even more appealing. loved it.

We needed to rent a car inside the lobby of the hotel and this went reasonable. Had a cup of coffee poured by a very indifferent bartender, wanted to use the rest room (very unclear to find on your own and nobody to ask). Once being inside one of the units - shockingly filthy on the walls and realizing what that could be, didn't know how to get out quicker.... Seems toilet visits involve other activities as well, but cleaning the walls after some people had fun is obviously not very important to this hotel!

This hotel is beautiful, all the restaurants are gorgeous. The breakfast you get in the morning is outstanding compared to a lot of other European restaurants for breakfast. I wish I had a little bit more fruit to choose from. Check in was easy everybody is very friendly and our room is very nice.

Bad experience. Hotel polices are not made for a 5 star hotel. First thing they don't refill the water,you only get 2 bottles at the check in,after that you need to buy. Never experience this in any of 5 star hotels in any country. Even a guest house will refill your water. The operator did not respond when I call to order the breakfast early,so I left without breakfast. Big groups are coming in the hotel for the casino that is next to hotel as a single lady you feel unsafe. I stayed there for 8 nights. I do not recommend the hotel.

Hotel full with young Israelis coming to gamble in the casino. Noisy, chaotic lobby and very slow check in. Plenty of 'ladies' touting for trade in the lobby. Interior has the feel of a US motel. Rooms tired; the sink in my room did not work. The entire atmosphere is that of East Europe circa 1990s

the hotel is very cheap, breakfast was trash, the house keeping service is very cheap on shampoos and soaps as they are super small also. location not bad . but is far away from every good big mall and shopping centers. the only good thing about this hotel was the taxi drivers who take you to errotic massage

I've noticed that the idea of 5 stars is different in South Africa. Towels are hard, rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast is very limited. The front desk staff are also okay. It is at most a 3 star not 5. Dear Owner I am still in your hotel until 15 October 2022. Would love to see improvements:)

Always a great hotel to rest or host a conference. Nice cozy rooms, fairly large. Very good mattresses but the pillows are killing me :) only very soft available. Very very big hotel though, so expect crowds at breakfast and slower service overall.

Came for work and didn’t get to spend much time in the hotel , but even though it is a little old I found it very comfortable and breakfast was really good. If you are into it, there is a casino next door and a couple of restaurants/bars that look good. If I have to come back I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

First of all, you should be aware that apparently this supposedly 5* hotel is a place frequented by young party guys. That involves very loud noises even late at night / early in the morning. Extremely annoying, we are hardly getting any sleep. Second of all, this is not at all a 5* hotel by western European standards, rather a 3-4* hotel in desperate need of renovation. Many of the staff are meaning well and try their best, but most seem utterly unqualified for working in a 5* hotel. We would recommend going to this hotel.

Really like this hotel, this is the third time I visit Bucharest and every time I go only to this hotel. Especially suitable for friends or couples. The hotel is of a high standard, the rooms are also clean with a modern design, you can book rooms with access to the lounge - highly recommended for couples who like high-class treats. Of course I will continue to come only to this hotel when I come next time to Bucharest.

Hotel very much in need of a makeover especially our room 170. Coffee in the room was disgusting and the milk was curdled. Only one English tea bag, but didn’t want to open another milk carton. Windows were dirty. Breakfast though was fine.

Nice in the middle off all the amenities. Old town is only 10 minutes walk away. The outdoor pool is great especially in summer. Nice gym and large outside sauna.

Front Desk NEVER answered the phone when calling 9 from the room phone. There was no list with internal phone numbers, so calling Room Service was impossible. I asked for an invoice on company because I used corporate card. I gave company data at check-in, then kindly allowed until morning for invoice preparation. In the morning, the invoice was not ready and the receprion clerk promised he would send it via email. It wasn't. I called back - they said "oh, yes, sure, of course immediately", but didn't send it. Now, next day, I called the hotel again: nobody answers that number. I have to GO there for my proper invoice! The jacuzzi works with less than 50% of the pumps. I paid over 250€/night without breakfast.

Beautiful place. Unfortunately the security allows some guests to disrepect other guests at the pool area. A large group of men messed around, took our sunbeds and threw our belongings om the ground and put loud music om their phone. And when we asked security to solve the situation, they told us to take it easy. Seems the hotel value guests that are noisy and disrespectful more than regulars. A really unpleasant experience not worthy for a otherwise respectable hotel.

What a disappointment. They call them self 5 star hotel. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels. This was not one of them. 3 nights and never changed the bed sheets All restaurants closed I am a member and I think this was my last stay. Book a room and then you are pestered via emails about ADD ONs I booked airport pick-up. no pick up and the day after I got an email that car service was not available

Good meeting halls, very helpful personnel, food just average for a hotel in the city center. Parking available for guests only, if you're only there for an event, hard to find a spot.

This hotel is located in a downtown location of Bucharest which is excellent for the tourist. There are many shops and places to eat within a very short walking distance which is highly advisable. The traffic in the downtown central Bucharest area is extremely heavy and one needs to watch out for motorcycles scooters and cars and trucks as pedestrian. Our tour included the buffet breakfast which offers lots of choices for those with US preference for food but also lots of European dishes suitable for breakfast enjoy. Free Internet connection in the hotel they also offer a gym and a swimming pool that was a bit chilly in late March to use the outdoor pool but it's very picturesque watch the photos.

The location is excellent, breakfast was excellent too. But rooms, size, facilities were just ordinary and we're not at all as per 5star standards. But the staff (especially front office and restaurant) was really cooperative

My room had cockroaches. Furthermore, this room was a “standard room” when I reserved and paid for a “superior room.” I had to visit the front desk 3 times to get an espresso machine that was supposed to come with my room. They argued with me about the room that I reserved until I pulled up my reservation and showed them the “superior” reservation. They wouldn’t change me to the superior room and finally surrendered to sending me up the espresso machine. I discovered the cockroach on the curtains the early morning of my departure. Gross.

This is the nicest hotel in the world! From casino outside to staff at hotel, we live everything! Definitely we come back like always. Breakfast is delicious, we never see so many options to eat in a restaurant. They always smile and take very good care of everybody even if we are Israeli
