The staff were unwilling to help in any way, shape, or form. Always negative. Their "bar" is a fridge behind reception. They refused to give me water after 20:00. They recommended i go to the shop across the street despite the fridge being 1 step away. Room for 3 people. 1 double bed. 1 broken couch. Taps in the shower were leaking, and the overflowing water nearly reqched the bedroom. The air-conditioning and the minibar fridge only work at night. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay at the hotel.

I booked a room through agoda with check in on 10th december and check out on 11th December 2022.When you reach the reception,the receptionist who does not speak much english says he cannot find my reservation and the hotel is fully booked.He contacts their reservation department and the lady from their reservation says the hotel is fully booked and you need to talk to agoda for the booking because she cannot do anything.this all happems around 9 pm in the night once you arrive after taking a long flight and you get the first feel of how things work in romania.extremely cheap attitude.they probably wamt you to sleep on the street eventhough you have a paid confirmed reservation at the hotel

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms, although a bit cold. Service was very kind and perfect position to reach the old town in less than 20 minutes by feet. Overall I’d suggest it! Shame there is no breakfast inside but it’s close to nice cafes so you could find whatever you’re searching for.

Good for the price. By a nice park, walking distance to center and old town. You get what you pay for though, room smelled like perfume and piss. Big TV, good water pressure and a fridge.

Rooms are very hot, not air conditioning. I also have itchy bites on my arms and legs and only ever started when i stayed my first night in the bed here. Staff aren’t very friendly either. Very much like the Soviet times, the older gentleman grunts and treats you more like trash than a guest! The older lady at reception also seems to have an attitude. The location isn’t as central as it says. Thank gosh i was only staying there a couple nights as it’s was not a pleasant experience and stay.

Do not stay here. The reception and especially the older man working there is very rude. Loud, yells and is rude to you when you wanna ask questions. We noticed many occasions that had reception and guest fighting and yelling. The police were even there at one point. The rooms are very hot and there is no breakfast or restaurant as advertised. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel looks terrible from the outside, we were quite worried when we saw it for the first time in the middle of the night, but it's actually pretty nice inside and the staff was really helpful and kind. I would stay here again if I ever returned to Bucharest.

Really good in everything. The receptionist is really gentle and all the rooms are too confortable. Thank you for tour kindness .

We had an absolute horrendous stay here. First of all, the staff are the most disrespectful and horrible people (workers) i’ve ever met. On our 3rd night , we had the police involved as the man working here screamed and threatened to fight me outside because i used a towel to dry one of the seats outside. Ever since we arrived he was horrible. I DO NOT recommend ANYONE TO STAY HERE. You will soon find out why. Also to add, the rooms are sweltering hot with broken aircon that does not work, and my partner had what looks to be Bed Bug bites scattered on her body. There is much better places to stay, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. MARK MY WORDS!!!

I like hotel Trianon, the rooms are nice and clean, air conditioning, elevator. The location is ideal near the Cișmigiu Garden, right in the centre of Bucharest, close to all theaters, restaurants, old city centre. Public transport is available at a short distance.

This hotel is very close to the centre, close to the Cișmigiu park. The rooms are very clean and cozy. There is a quiet area. Close to the hotel there is a minimarket and a pizzeria with delicious food. Very nice and helpful staff!

Don’t stay at this hotel. The air conditioner is not working and it is very hot even opening the window. The WIFI is not working as well. The staff just don’t care about it. The toilet is totally wet after finishing shower. Not a good place to stay. I don not understand why other guests give it a good review.

Service is abysmal. I told the receptionist that the air conditioning was not working and she insisted that it was. Following an argument her colleague came to check and told me that this is how it is and the ventilation is not good in this room so tough luck. Also the shower tray overflows every time we take a shower.

I was impressed by the size of the room! It's really large, you don't feel like you live in a wardrobe. And the location is perfect! You can get on foot to all key sights in max 15 minutes 👍🏻

Time to leave was 11:00 ..But doors stop work in 10:15.. ...and reception..not work prperly! Bad hotel ..i will get another!

Very good, no thrills hotel, with good rooms in a quiet area 30 min +- from city center by foot and couple of min drive.

Very happy with the choice. The room were spacious, the lady at the reception was really very very nice and the location is also very good close to Cismigiu and to the center. Would stay there again. The only downside was that there was no restaurant and no breakfast.

Stayed here for 4 days. Got a very clean room, with comfy bed, clean bathroom, little fridge, AC, tv and good wifi. Thanks to staff for very good service. I can only recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very bad. Receptionist İs not helpful. Rooms smell bad. Beds are vey old and are not comfortable. I definetly don’t recommend.

The hotel room was clean and tidy. The location of the room was right next to the check in deal and front door, and was still quiet through the night which was appreciated. The only downside to the room was there were some maintenance issues, on of the shades didn't work properly and the removable shower head didn't fit in the holster properly and was furthermore broken so that it sprayed out of the top of it all over the bathroom. Other than those issues, the staff and location were great and I would return.

After a journey by plane and bus we arrived at the Trianon hotel. We have had a small private time before we went for a city tour. With many new impressions we came back to the hotel, and glad but tired we could go bed. The bed is comfortable and slept well, the rest of the room was also more than expected. New bathroom with a normal handheld shower and a rain shower. Only pity there is no bar at the hotel. All together the hotel can be recommended.

i haven't stay cause of this pandemic we have now. my rating is about the communication with the hotel which is none .I made a reservesion for May and i cancelled it cause of covid-19 i sent e-mail to the hotel and in 1 week (maybe more) i don't have any news .They just take the money and don't answer back , i'm very disappointed and it my be good idea not to choose this hotel.

I was last year there some days . A staff very friendly, clean room,economic hotel but very friendly, every day there were working to improved everything in hotel. A very good position at the center of museumplein. If i had possibility I will turn back will pleasure.. Thank you guys for everything .

Nice, quiet and cozy hotel. Great location. 3 stars because they don't have an restaurant. You can serve only breakfast.

Probably in the past it was nice hotel with good breakfast, interior and exterior, but today it is hotel with old facilities and very unpleasant staff. Rooms with flooding bath and low ceiling with windows, so don't leave them open in rainy weather. All my impression regarding the Hotel was spoiled by reception lady, which refused to store my suitcase for the several hours during check out and gave a very stupid reason of refusing (there WAS NOT SPACE in almost empty hotel). Try to find better place.

Safe and clean hotel close to the city center. The tram 44 goes directly to the main train station.
