After customer claim to maxmara (official website) I was recommended to go to the shop as they sold it and the problem should be solved with them. In the shop it was said that guarantee is only 30 days. Was it a joke? Do you buy premium coat for a month? Anyway the shop promised to deal with the MaxMara head office but after 2 weeks no feedback. If you want to buy, firstly think if you really need to pay for risk that cloth can simply fall apart and secondly this shop is franchise and if smth goes wrong they are not ready to be responsible for the products they sell.
