Good spot to look for gifts or to entertain pleasures whatever it might be manga/anime/books of whatever genre/music/ board games/sweets. Equally attractive for both adults as for kids or in between. I often find myself going there just to look at whats new, books anime/manga corner or something else in between. And the stuff it always is warm and helping.

Very nice book shop in AFI Cotroceni. You can find nice toys, gadgets and books. I recommend it!

Beautiful place.Is very big with lots of shops inside,if you can believe it they have an ice-skating inside the mall,a very beautiful cinema,haven't been inside but from outside it looks stunning and also lots of good food

I like the shop. There are good products, some quite unique so you can find nice presents if you are looking for some. The atmosphere is awesome and you can spend a lot of time and money 😊 in there because there are a lot to look to. The prices are a bit high so this is why I gave 4 stars.

Cool store with lots of stuff to buy, some are overpriced, some are decent. Lots of books but not necessarily good books. I recommend buying online since this place can get really busy, especially during holidays.

Carturesti is always nice and cozy, but this is one of the better shops (a lot of stuff in stock in the store)

Carturesti is one of my favourite book shops and the one in afi did not disappoint. The staff were very helpful and really tried to find one of the books I was looking for! What I would like more would be an area specific for romanian authors and recommendations for new books

They have a large variety of books and schools supplies, as well as decorations for your home or board games. Very cool 👍

First of all, it's hardly a bookstore, since the amount of accessories is bigger than that of books. In addition to that, it is much too crowded by all the posing hipsters, for someone that actually go there and read. It is a clear example of when something that was once good turned sour as a consequence of money hungry people and their decisions.

Always crowded but i think it is a sign of great store. They just remodeled the space, very organized 😁

I fell in love with this store. So many different genres and books in different languages. Plus, some cute things like designer mugs, coasters, Moomin-branded tees, etc, which are perfect as gifts or to spice up one's life. Stuff was amazing and friendly.

It was a nice experience to go shopping here. It is not as nice as the Carusel one, though. The books were not that organized, it seemed like the shoppers left them scattered and the staff did not had the time to put them in place.

The employees are super helpful and nice. There's a wide variety of books (in English and Romanian) and nice gifts. Bonus points: pet friendly and self-checkout desks.

It’s a great feeling to search online for an instant camera and see it’s in store. But it’s a pretty bad feeling coming in store and have the workers tell you that they don’t remember where they put it and can’t find it.

Books, comic books, tea and stationery, all for you to choose from and buy. Some things can be a little expensive. It gets crowded on weekends. And for the love of God do not go there close to Christmas if you do not want to wait in line for 20 minutes!

For book lovers and not only, is a great place. Every time I need to buy presents for my friends, this is the first place that goes to my mind. This time I bought the Marry Berry 's Complete Cook Book and I can say I couldn't make an better choice than this. Also the wish cards are great- they have a varriety and you can pick what you need, depending on your inspiration. They have a lot of books and games for kids, parents and so on and some local plastic artists products are promoted. I recommend it!
