    My experience was awful. I went in asking for a simple treatment and they refused to help me. Never heard of a private hospital refusing a customer willing to pay and also someone who is seeking medical care. They would not even give me a reason why. I recommend avoiding this place.

    I have never seen rude people like those receptionist women, especially that place is a private hospital, if you have a stuff they must to be kind towards to the pacient there. when you ask something they explain roughly and they never help. I hope you change your receptionist because of them I never think to go there again even you have the best doctor. And I never recommend to someone. First they must to know how to speak with clients.

Pentru o interventie chirurgicala care a costat 8000 de lei (o simpla interventie la picior pentru niste varice) cu o noapte de spitalizare, nici macar telefonul la finalul operatiei catre familie nu au putut sa il onoreze. Doctorii creaza scenete ca la stat in urma carora ar trebui ca pacientul pe langa costurile mari ale interveniei sa pluseze si cu spaga. Nu recomand.

    When you arrive to check-in at the front desk, they immediately ask for money. In our case, the doctor was not even in the hospital, they asked for payment without sharing this delay with us. When we arrived at the consultation room, the assistant said we should wait, but no info on how long. Unfortunately, these are habits from the old state owned medical system, no respect for the patient and fully taking advantage of their situation to get more money. The place is crowded, chaotic, the appointments are just indicative, lots of delays, people without appointment, etc. Definitely would not recommend

    DISGRACE! I won't even give a star if I could for the disappointment I had with this clinic. I did an appointment from 2 months ahead with doctor Alexandru Vladimir Ciurea, as I live abroad and I booked my tickets, all good, until one day before I arrived got a message from them as a reminder for my appointment, then the next day when I arrived to Bucharest, I received a message saying "your appointment has been cancelled. The Doctor is not coming!" WHAT?? The fury I felt at that moment thinking that I spent my money to fly there so I can finally see the doctor and the effort I went through, because I had to pay more money to book an hotel in Bucharest, as I live quite far from the capital. I wished I had read the reviews before I'd book my tickets, shame that such a good doctor work in that place. And when I phoned the secretary to tell her what happened, she wasn't helpful at all, plus I didn't like the tone of her voice. Thank God I haven't re-book my appointment with this so-called "serious" clinic!!

    I went to Sanador emergency dept. with 4 day persistent headaches after my covid vaccination, only they had a neurologist and MRI on Sunday but they just turned me down saying "no one can say if you have problems, we are full now". That's very incompetent and ignorant for a hospital personnel (it was a doctor).

    I wished they had a minus 5 stars option, this hospital is the worst i have ever been to, i paid 3200 euro to remove a stone in my kidney I was expecting to be looked after and respected since this is a private hospital but no the girls at the office where rushing me barely explaining and helping they were more busy laughing and gossiping with their colleagues absolutely disgusting, I paid for a single room to be alone but what they tried to do is put me with another patient in the same room i told them i paid for a single room and they said I had to wait 30 mins until a reserve room was available i ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 mins this infuriated me, there is no difference between this hospital and a state hospital i actually i think the state hospital are more kind and more respectful then this private hospital, please avoid at all cost DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL.

    Awfull client service. Awfull nurses empaty and post surgery patient emotional care. More and more like a very clean and very expensive state hospital. Waited more than four hours for paperwork to be ready at the end with no medical reason. Process problems all over the place. Medical act ok mainly due to medics. I do not recommend.

I was at no point told where I was meant to go and what to do, I had to spend more than 3 hours on the phone to get access to the results of the tests I took (I was told by the staff that someone else can pick up the results for me, but they didn't mention that I need to sign a request for that to be possible). I asked for a solution to my problem and I was repetedly told "there is none.". On top of all that, I was charged for a test I did not take. In May 2020, my husband, God bless him, diagnosed in 2017 with right piriform sinus neoplasm (throat cancer) received from Dr. Bertesteanu, head of the ENT department at sp. Coltea (whose patient he was) the indication to perform a new CT. Also from the doctor's office a phone number and a "recommendation" with dedication to perform the CT in Sanador. From the very beginning, the lady made an unfavorable impression on me: a stinging, arrogant, distant and stingy person with the time given to patients and companions, but that was nothing. Later I would understand what a bad role this woman played (I can't call her a doctor) in the events that culminated in the outcome of my husband's death. In the 4 years since he had been diagnosed with cancer (and even before for a herniated disc) my husband had had to do many CT and MRI scans at various private clinics. All but all of the doctors who performed them rightly requested the medical history file to compare the last examination with the previous ones, in order to see the history and evolution of the tumor. Absolutely necessary, isn't it? I was surprised when Mrs. Ghervasie didn't want to take it, to see the file, she didn't need it, she didn't waste her time with something like that… In addition, the 2nd day less than 24 hours after performing the CT, "the result" it was ready, which had never happened before. Each time, at Affidea, Gral, Medlife, Neolife or Regina Maria, wherever I had done CT or MRI before, the result of the investigation came after at least a week. Coltea (al carui pacient era) indicatia de a efectua un nou CT. Tot de la cabinetul d-lui doctor un nr de telefon si “ o recomandare” cu dedicatie pentru efectuarea CT-ului la Sanador. De la bun inceput d-na mi-a facut o impresie nefavorabila: o persoana intepata, ingamfata, distanta si f zgarcita cu timpul acordat pacientilor si insotitorilor dar asta nu era nimic. Mai tarziu aveam sa inteleg ce rol nefast a jucat aceasta femeie (eu nu pot sa o numesc doctor) in derularea evenimentelor care au culminat cu deznodamantul mortii sotului meu. In cei 4ani de cand fusese diagnosticat cu cancer (si chiar si inainte pentru hernie de disc) sotul meu fusese nevoit sa faca multe CT-uri si RMN-uri la diferite clinici particular. Toti, dar toti doctorii care le-au efectuat cereau, in mod justificat, dosarul cu istoricul medical ca sa compare ultima examinare cu cele anterioare, pentru a vedea istoricul si evolutia tumorii. Absolut necesar, nu-I asa? Am fost surprinsa cand d-na ghervasie nu a vrut sa ia, sa vada dosarul, nu avea nevoie, nu isi pierdea timpul cu asa ceva…In plus, a 2-zi la nici 24ore de la efectuarea CT-ului, “ rezultatul” era gata, ceea ce nu se mai intamplase pana atunci. De fiecare data, la Affidea, Gral, Medlife, Neolife sau Regina Maria, oriunde facusem inainte CT sau RMN, rezultatul investigatiei venea dupa cel putin o saptamana. Cred ca ar trebui sa public acest rezultat al d-nei ghervasie sau sa il duc la Colegiul Medicilor: f schematic si f optimist in sensul ca tumoarea disparuse…?! Un dr ORL caruia i-am trimis rezultatul CT-ului mi-a scris ulterior: <Daca e sa ma iau dupa CT- vestile sunt minunate!!! Adica nu mai este cancer, isi poate reveni…> Iar el se stingea 2 luni mai tarziu din cauza tumorii care nu numai ca nu disparuse ci se extinsese si la coloana vertebrala. Sunt un om cu credinta si cu frica de Dumnezeu care nu ar invinui pe cineva pe nedrept dar am convingerea ca d-na ghervasie a tratat cu superficialitate CT-ul sotului meu (daca a fost efectuat cum trebuie) iar rezultatul de a 2-a zi era eronat si foarte departe de adevar. Iar pentru aceasta plasmuire a d-nei ghervasie am platit si 1200lei…! Bineinteles ca nu este vorba de bani ci de viata sotului meu care a fost curmata cu brutalitate si multa suferinta si pentru ca a avut nesansa sa ajunga pe mana acestei femei iresponsabila, aroganta si lipsita de suflet pe care eu, una, refuz din nou sa o numesc doctor. As numi-o in alt mod dar stiu ca nu am dreptul sa judec. Am incredere ca BUNUL DUMNEZEU da fiecaruia dupa fapta si rasplata, mai devreme sau mai tarziu…Stiu ca nu mai pot sa il aduc inapoi pe sotul meu dar sper ca, scriind aceste randuri, sa ii avertizez pe cei care au nevoie sa faca CT sau RMN, sa nu aiba parte de experienta, de drama noastra…

    I called to make an appointment with an ENT specialist. They offered an appointment that same day. The cost was very low compared to US. Clean facility, all staff we interacted with was very nice, short wait time, the doctor was very professional and took her time consulting my child. Great experience.

    EXPENSIVE, POOR QUALITY DOCTOR, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Appointment made with a ENT specialist. Was not impressed by the quality of the consultation. Neurofen based Treatment (obviously) did not work, and my symptoms got even worse after 3 days. I called the reception to get the treatment adjusted. They said the doctor is not working, they refused to call her and suggested a new appointment only in 5 days !! $$$$$ more dollars $$$$$ When I pay 250 Lei for a consultation in a private clinic, I expect a customer service. Unfortunately nothing in Senador ! I ended up in the public hospital specialized in ENT problems , I paid Zero Lei and got a successful treatment. Bad experience in Senador. Overpriced. Clinic to avoid.

    Very bad stuff.... no professional.... everyone are entering in the doctor's offices how they want.... BUT THEY KNOW TO CHARGE! Although you do have an appointment... and its a private clinic-hospital, you must wait, you must wait for at least 40min.... even if you are with disabled child!     I accompanied someone for a 30 min investigation and they were 1.5 hours late on our appointment, although we were there on time. The reception was understaffed and that only reception girl made several people unhappy. Instead of 30 min recovery time from sedation, my friend was "invited" out after just 5 minutes while still feeling dizzy after the sedation. 2 assistants that interacted with us were nice and empathic and this is the only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. "Colega de salon" de care nu am stiut,nu mi s au dat detalii despre "cazare",si chiar mi s a spus ca nu trebuie sa mi iau nimic de acasa ca ofera ei tot.Mda,nu m am spalat pe dinti ca nu am avut cu ce,nu am mancat de acolo ca nu am avut ce....si am uitat sa mai zic ca aveau pretentia sa plec si singura cu liftul de la etajul 8,sa ma duc in receptie si sa stau la coada la externare....operata clasic,adica de abia ma tineam pe picioare.     Very bad customer experience. I can't tell anything about the medical act, but the bad customer service, lack in transparency when it comes to hospital check-in & check-out, rudeness at the reception both with the patient & family made everything look totally unprofessional and not trustworthy. I would not ever recommend or will ever come back even for periodic check-ups as there are other private clinics & hospitals in Bucharest.

    My mother recently underwent minimally invasive cardiac surgery performed by Dr. Victor Costache and spent 10 days at the Sandor Hospital. She was very well taken care of, all the staff were attentive, caring and very helpful. Dr Costache and his team did an amazing job and everything went smoothly. A few hours after surgery I got to speak to my mother and she was feeling well and comfortable. I was kept up to date with her progress on a daily basis and I felt confident my mother was being well looked after. I am very grateful we found out about Dr Costache and this minimally invasive procedure, where the recovery time is very short and the whole procedure is less traumatic. Special thanks to Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim too for always going the extra mile!

    Soția mea a fost programata la dr Zarma ( pentru coronografie ).Ne au chemat la 05.00 dimineața Până la orele 14.00 nu s a prezentat nimeni calificat pentru aceasta procedură .Practic a stat internată 9 ore cu branula in mana, cu interdicțiile de alimentație aferente , așteptând minunatul doctor care nu a avut bunul simt sa anunțe ceva .     Experiența mea cu Sanador de fiecare dată a demonstrat că și 0 stele ar fii prea mult pentru ce am avut de suferit. Atât la consultații cât și la operații totul a fost penibil. La controalele medicale, doctorii nu au cabinete libere unde să te consulte. Așa că ești expediat când la un etaj, când la altul. Apoi, consultul este pe grabă fiindcă doctorii sunt ori plictisiți ori trebuie să elibereze cabinetul pentru următorul doctor.     Vin de la Constanța, la un consult pt alergie. Plec din cabinetul domnului Doctor, cobor la analize și plec foarte mulțumit de serviciile Sanador. După 5 zile,primesc telefon ca una dintre analizele pt care am plătit, nu se poate face la ei și sa vin sa-mi dea banii înapoi. Asa ceva....
