The worst hospital I've ever visited, they make you sicker, they also treat you as if you were just an object. The doctor behaves as if he is a child and is not a professional. This was the first and last time I visit this hospital, I do not recommend anyone visit this hospital because your health will be worse. When I read the old comments where people write how bad they are, I didn't expect them to be this bad, trust me you will only waste your time sitting there for hours and meeting doctor that is not supposed to be doctor because they don't have any morals

Besides the "god" security guard... it's ok. Still the guard is acting like it's his mother's hospital.. been to other countries, never seen some bad attitude gypsy at the entrance with this behaviour. With the vocabulary and behaviour of a 6 grader. Doctors and staff are great.

Corruption!!!! It's supposed to be free for the people (since it's not a private place), but in truth you have to pay good money to the doctors (most of them) in order to treat you. These people ain't human, so sad, yet so normal in this part of the world...

(Translated by Google) The hospital in which the MEDIOCRATIC DYNAMORIES CONMUNISTOIZI believe themselves masters on the feud and everything is possible for them. The place where the old communist relics are killing people and not suffering. You have made the Romanian healthcare system your own business in which you believe intangible. Until we have to accept the indifference of the indifference of the grobianism and the lack of professionalism of some who consider the patient just a commodity ?! Sorry for the true professionals who have to endure the attitude and presence of these anomalies of the 21st century.

(Translated by Google) Tuesday, February 25, 2020. I arrive at the hospital, with the rescue and with my mother and grandmother, 88 years old. Both were hurt. Mother with dizziness and vomiting, grandmother with sickness and vomiting. A question from a doctor who took care of my mother what can we do? He tells me he doesn't know much. He'll give her an infusion and take me home. I tell her that I am not clear and I inform her that my mother suffers from primitive biliary cirrhosis. He told me that then "it is possible" to be from cirrhosis, maybe it's from the spine, maybe it's an ENT problem ... he doesn't know. Okay, I say! Can we see a specialist doctor? Well ... says the doctor, it cannot be that the doctor comes only "in serious cases". I start to get angry and ask, "Is cirrhosis a serious thing ?!". He doesn't know what to tell me. He says the infusion is over and I have to take it home, although he couldn't stand because it was very dizzy. The rest of the beds were empty, nobody was waiting in the hall. In the other room was my grandmother. I go there too. The doctor tells me that she is old and has nothing to do. She tells me that the blood tests are good. he couldn't stand. My grandmother tells me to pray for them to help her go to the toilet because she has to urinate. The doctor tells me to take her to the toilet. Well ... she can't get out of bed. to take it? In the car? IN THE NEXT SECOND THERE IS A LOST TO A PART AND I SEE AN ASSISTANCE OR NURSING, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS, THAT THE TOLANITE STATE IN A BED AND PLAYS ON THE PHONE AND SAYS: IF YOU WANT TO GIVE YOU GET YOUR PLOSCA. DON'T I SAY YOUR PLOSCASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I kept it. I helped her get into bed again. The urine filled plate was down. When I see the lady who was lying in bed, she comes and gives a foot that urine filled with urine and sends it under the patient's bed next to my grandmother. Of course, urine is spread on the floor. And I ask: Doesn't anyone clean ?? !! Like here you just spread germs. To which the woman says: A! Not the lady. So leave it with nothing. The doctor insists on taking my grandmother home even though she is starting to feel worse. It starts shaking really hard. I ask him why he does so. The answer was: PAI .... MAY HAVE FEBRA. ??? !!!. Okay, I say (still calm). How can we find out if he has a fever? Do you give me this at home? To which he says: "FATHER ... IF YOU WANT TO TAKE THEIR TEMPERATURE ....." Well, not if I want to. It's normal to take his temperature if you suspect he has a fever, right ?! A colleague (also a doctor) comes and holds the thermometer for two seconds and says: "He has no fever!". To which the other doctor says: "Well, this is not the temperature. You have to wait for the thermometer to come out with a bipad." What do I understand ??? !! As people did not know how to take an emperor ???? !!!!! I understand that they are students and must learn. but they cannot be assisted by a specialist doctor ???? !!!! Without wanting to, I see after another curtain a ... doctor or assistant, I do not know what it was, who slept. They shrugged, but they were honest: they said I didn't know what to say. They gave me a treatment for my grandmother. My mother had to talk to the private person where many problems were discovered. The treatment recommended by Dr. Floreasca Hospital was to get used to the symptoms. (Original) Marti, 25 februarie 2020. Amandurora li s-a facut rau. In celalalt salon era bunica mea. In carca? IN SECUNDA URMATOARE SE DA O PERDEA LA O PARTE SI VAD O ASISTENTA SAU INFIRMIERA, NU STIU CE ERA, CA STATEA TOLANITA INTR-UN PAT SI SE JUCA PE TELEFON. SI ZICE: DACA VRETI VA DAU DUMNEAVOASTRA SA-I TINETI PLOSCA. ????!!! PAI EU SA-I PUN PLOSCA?????!!!! Raspunsul a fost urmatorul: PAI....POATE ARE FEBRA.???!!!. Bun, zic eu (in continuare calma). Cum putem afla daca are febra? Mi-o dati asa acasa? La care dl dr zice: ,,PAI...DACA VRETI EU POT SA-I IAU TEMPERATURA....." Pai nu daca vreau. E normal sa-i iei temperatura daca suspectezi ca are febra, nu??!!.

I'm in the emergency department, asked to wait on the corridor. I waited for about 2 hours so I asked how many persons in front and they said 3. I waited another hour and said is only 1 person left so not long left you should be called soon. Still here after another hour an half and no doctor came to see me in the emergency department after almost 5 hours wait. Now I'm leaving to go to the nearest hospital to start all this again as I can't see any hope here. Best stay healthy or stay at home than coming standing here for hours on a corridor without seats. (Only about 5, by far not enough)

Even with money I do not pay any attention to you when you see that you have a lot of complications. .. I was with my father I paid a lot of money for nothing, at a moment to say that I can not do anything after they took us 44 million for a biliary stent and a pancreatic one, then they told us the mistake they gave 20 million back ... after doctors told her not to make more than 11 million, that I put that stent for 2 weeks .. which from the gastro are scary. I will not recommend this hospital. (Translated by Google) We sincerely hoped that none of those close to us would get here. Respect for the doctors and some other miserable nurses 😤 you should be ashamed that you tied a man to the bed just because he reproached you for something. You will be ashamed that you do not help the patients to take a shower in the conditions in which he underwent a very difficult operation. You let them wash with cold water and then they get pneumonia there in the hospital. Take advantage of the opportunity that your loved ones cannot be next to them and treat them like animals and don't give them water. Shame on you. I recommend you avoid this hospital.

(Translated by Google) I came with my mother to the hospital on Saturday on November 30 this year to see a doctor at a surgery which operated an after many years here. After I stayed with him for 3 hours with my mother who could no longer stay on her feet (she suffers from a rare type of blood cancer and is also immunosuppressive) she got a nosocomial infection from this hospital. Not to mention the doctor's attitude towards her was defiant and offensive. He didn't even want to look at her. He treated her like she was dreadful. She is now admitted to intensive care at another hospital in a very serious condition. The doctors out there are reluctant if you live longer. If somehow my mother will die from the infection taken from Floreasca Emergency Hospital, I'll sue.

I had a pleasant experience with the medical staff. However, I didn't get there for a walk, but with a broken shoulder. I was treated well and I recommend anyone who has a major emergency to go there. Do not forget that only emergencies are treated at this hospital. For chronic diseases I advise you to go to other hospitals.

(Translated by Google) I have benefited from analysis, I do not say no, it is an emergency hospital, I understand this, it is normal to put you on your feet and send you to a specialist. But it is not possible 3-4 times to go with an emergency and send me after 3-4 hours with the summary of the analysis in hand, under the conditions in which there are hospitalization solutions. They have vascular surgery and yet I send you without helping you at home. At least that's what I suffered, they did everything possible and even impossible to make me go elsewhere. Consultation from 3 m distance what is relevant? The doctors are upset that they were disturbed at night, for some analyzes, however, you have to wait 8.00 hours to open this section ... it is pretty crazy. I understand that they have thousands of patients, I do not understand how to inflate you (even with the beautiful, still is).

And in addition to everything below, I also got clostridium difficile from the hospital, what a mess!!!! A hospital excrement, full of excrement head nurses especially that esteemed blonde. You say she feeds on hate and was born in hell, I'll drive her crazy if I exaggerate. She's a badass even with her colleagues, not just with the suckers like us (pacinets). Still one star remains, but there are also a few SOI doctors and/or a few nurses as well. They deserved all the respect, the rest deserved only hatred and contempt. Maybe I will reach their race through foreign countries, because I would really like to not see these excrement spits anymore. You go to the hospital, wait in line to put on a bracelet, follow the blue line, go to the emergency room and they tell you, go to another hospital. Get a damn analysis, give him a pill, check if he can go to another hospital. Do an expertise, Do something. Finally.

(Translated by Google) Be very careful with this hospital because there are only resident doctors who do not deserve to mature on the street not to practice medicine. I came to this hospital because I felt extraordinarily sick from a disease called leukemia that I found out about because of the medical system only a month later. When I came, a young lady approached me and asked me what I was looking for here, because there are real emergencies here and that they come from another sector and that this is not done, he had an infection in his body after which I was told that I should have an ultrasound on my abdomen (of course the doctor who does ultrasounds was not there) he sees that I have an enlarged spleen, he gives me an algocalmin for fever and he sends me on. Thank you very much to the medical system and the doctors there for everything. Certainly many more lives would have been saved in Romania if everyone did their job!

At the UPU, the ladies at the registry stand for a thousand years until they make a file, and in the meantime they sit and have fun and jokes with some colleagues, so that later they argue with you that you don't know which of them handles the files and who hands them to you file, because in the emergency hospital, at the guard room, only one person makes files, and another one hands them to you! The guard doesn't know what to do to get some money! You wait for hours until someone looks at you! The famous emergency hospital does not have urology, it does not even have someone on call for an ultrasound scan, but you are told to wait for a doctor to come to see you, but when? God have mercy! Shame!

(Translated by Google) Someone to do therapy with the ladies at the hospital reception. If they feel overwhelmed by the situation to ask for help or leave the post of women with patience, common sense and the fear of God. It behaves badly ugly! It actually quarrels with you when you get there, it humiliates you. It's enough for a man to suffer, they don't have to shout anymore and argue with you as to why you're there. I did not call for rescue because I was able to walk, I postponed a day because I knew there were more serious cases, but if you think you are disturbing the hospital you can die for days. I was predicting what I was going to tell, we came to fear the hospital, ignorance, insults. I went in the end, I felt really bad. I was shocked. She was a lady in front of me and she behaved horribly with her, it was my turn and a .... a blonde lady, with a little wavy hair (I feel the need to describe her but she also had a mask) so the same one who shouted at the lady before , he asks me in a tone as if I knocked on the door of the house "What do you have, miss, why did you come to us". You actually get lost, in addition to the fact that you are sick, they also accentuate your condition. As long as they made me that sheet, I could hear her talking to her other colleagues: seama ... ''. It all sounded like she was arguing with someone, she was full of hatred for people. He said that people call for salvation because they have nothing to do at home, and other ugly, heavy words, you wanted to leave. I was afraid he would say something ugly to me, I couldn't even say what hurt me. God, it's like someone dear to be in the rescue or in the hospital hallways. The man has to shut up and swallow unfortunately, I was amused by what my sister said, I couldn't find anyone to give them some handbags on their heads (I don't agree with the violence of course). It's awful to be sick and scolded at the hospital. They say to go to the slightest symptom of evil, and if it lasts longer, they also argue with you as to why you came. I send you home saying you have nothing and you fall off your feet on the 2nd day. You don't have to be nearly dead to go to the emergency room, you often have a seemingly trivial symptom and you can die. You were disgusted, you were disappointed. You are left with a fear of going there if you are not semi-dead, a fear of how he behaves with you. I understand it's hard, but you can't do that !!! Nobody goes to the hospital for pleasure. If I met that woman on the street, I would tell her that I felt like throwing up what I was hearing, that if she felt what the man behind the counter was feeling, she would spit on herself. If it's true that we pay for what we do and what we say, I don't even want to think about this lady who deserves it. He certainly does this every day and makes people suffer, he is not ashamed, he attracts the energy and negative thoughts of the people who suffer. Good thing I didn't stay with a bitter taste even after the consultation. I left as I came, but they behaved nicely ...

I was here in February 2024 because I had tachycardia (pulse 173) and I was made to wait 3 hours in the hallway until I felt sick and they took me into account. I was asked by a lady doctor if I had taken drugs. Shame!!! My tachycardia was due to hyperthyroidism, but I found this out by going to a private clinic. I'd rather call the funeral home than go to this hospital. Madalina Poenaru, 33 years old

At the reception, one lady fills in your form and the other one prints it 😐 in the guard room the nurses are talking as if at the door of the tent, many employees walking the papers from one side to the other. From what I heard, the pulse, at the arrival of the rescue, was 136. Since on the letter, the doctor at the clinical examination, absolutely nothing was specified, I was there (Sunday on the 8th) to be told the treatment administered and the parameters I was in. I was told that they did not have the sheets and to come on Monday to make a request to the registry, to the hospital manager to be given this information. I was at the information office on the 9th, they didn't want to answer my question why it wasn't specified on the medical letter, moreover I was expelled from the hospital and sent to the registry. Today I called the hospital again, to see if the request was resolved and I was told that the deadline is between 7 and 30 days and that my request cannot be answered, because they have other requests from 30 years ago. days. I'm not saying that after I left, on the road, around 2 AM (November 8, 2020), I was sick again, I leaned against a fence and took two Ventolin fluffs.

Many thanks to Dr. Ciurea and the many friendly people that took care of me in Orthopaedic II. The hospital is as it should be: professional, clean, organized. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add some handle bars in the toilet.

Although I spent a lot of time in the corridors of the hospital, because it was actually full of patients and the person I accompanied did not represent a high-level emergency, I had a very good experience, the emergency doctors got involved and got in touch with the doctors in the hospital, from two other specialties, to admit the patient and to subject him to a surgical intervention. I'm sorry that I didn't remember the name of the doctor from the emergency room because he was a top 10 person.

Unfortunately, the title of "emergency hospital" does not apply in all EMERGENCY cases! Recently, my mother was admitted to this hospital with the diagnosis of a tumor, which, according to the primary doctor who took her into account, was advancing rapidly and aggressively. She was hospitalized for 5 days, during which no MRI was performed, because it was damaged. In parallel, we found out that it was functional, and other patients in her salon were doing this investigation. Fortunately, I found the solution in private, where surgery was performed in less than 24 hours after admission. Also in private, I was informed less than 4 hours after admission, with evidence of the investigations, how urgent the surgical intervention was, and she should not be left without MRI and surgery for 5 days in Floreasca hospital. Moreover, the attitude and tone of communication of many resident and primary doctors in the Floreasca hospital leave much to be desired both towards patients and their relatives.

After getting the forms from the reception, following the blue line, I arrived at the famous Observatory where I was told that the waiting time was about an hour. The beds and chairs were all occupied, the waiting hall filled with patients, most of them standing. After 3 hours I managed to enter the Observatory. Here, 4 doctors played a game simultaneously with about 50 patients, each with his own disease. Solutions were sought, some cases were resolved more quickly, others required successive investigations. It was traumatic for both patients and doctors. After another 4 hours, I arrived at the cardiology department, floor 5, room 516. I was immediately put on treatment, samples were collected for analysis and everything else the medical record required. On Monday, the cardiologist came for his daily visit, accompanied by a group of students. He sat down on a chair in the middle of the living room and asked me where I was from, how many children I had, who I lived with in the household, what I did before. I felt an immediate sense of trust and respect for Old Man Sebastian. Starting from the effect that was visible, through calm and intelligent questions he sought to determine the cause of the disease. And Doctor Onciul Sebastian succeeded. Finding treatment solutions followed. Here he challenged the students to think and come up with proposals. He didn't get upset when the proposals were wrong. He was just correcting them and showing them where they went wrong. That's how I met Doctor Onciul Sebastian in the role of Pedagogue. The ritual continued the following days. The teacher came followed by students, old cases were updated or discussions were initiated on new cases. It was fascinating, we felt like we were actively participating in the medical act. On behalf of myself, my family and former salon colleagues, I thank you Mr. Doctor Onciul Sebastian, both you and the entire team you work with. Grade 10 team.

The most miserable hospital full of nosocomials, staff who look at patients with hatred and kill them in days. The hospital deserves to be investigated and even closed!!!
