    SUNT NESERIOȘI ABONAMENTUL SE REINOIESTE automat fără a fi informat am 2 luni in care mi au luat banii degeaba nefolosindu-ma de aplicația lor , in trecut sa mai întâmplat aceeași poveste însă atunci am avut un feedback pozitiv din partea lor .De aceasta data înștiințându i ca nu doresc reinoirea abonamentului aceștia asigurându-mă ca totul va fi Ok, sa dovedit contrar Nu răspund la mail-uri am trimis deja 6 fără nici un răspuns …. Următoarea mișcare va fi ANPC pentru restituirea banilor Deci nu recomand deloc !!!

Dupa cum stiti pe data de 28.03.2021 salile de sport s-au inchis. Pe data de 04.04.abonamentul ESX s-a reactivat automat realizandu-se plata abonamentului. Din pacate cand s-au redeschis salile in luna Mai am luat legatura cu conducerea ESX si am cerut sa beneficiez in luna curenta(Mai) de serviciile achitate anterior si de care nu am putut beneficia din cauza legislatiei. Raspunsul lor a fost" nu se mai poate face nimik cu privire la abonamentul dv". Deci 139 lei au devenit donație la aceasta moinunata echipa ESX. Rusine conducerii.     Vad ca tot mai multi clienti se plang de aceeasi problema. Nu mi se pare in regula ca abonamentul sa mi se activeze automat, fara sa fiu intrebat si sa mi se ia banii de pe card fara sa imi dau acceptul. Mai mult de atat, nu mi se pare ok sa nu mi se returneze banii atat timp cat nu am beneficiat de acest produs. Am vrut sa nu mi se activeze abonamentul, pentru ca voi fi plecat 3 saptamani si nu avea sens sa il reactivez cat timp voi fi plecat si cu siguranta cand ma intorceam, l-as fi reactivat singur, fara sa o faceti voi in mod automat. Felicitari, pentru 150 lei, ati mai pierdut un client. Am fost in aceeasi situatie si cand aveam 7card, dar ei au fost mult mai seriosi si vazand ca nu am folosit abonamentul, mi-au returnat banii. Atentie mare pentru cine isi mai face abonament la esx, dar din punct de vedere al seriozitatii va recomand 7card. Later edit: Am fost contactat de catre cei de la esx si mi-au prelungit abonamentul cu inca o luna, avand in vedere faptul ca voi fi plecat si nu pot folosi abonamentul timp de 3 săptămâni. There is this option that if you invite a friend to join the app, the next month they'll charge you -30 lei from that initial 160 lei. I had 130 lei in my bank account, and when they retried the transaction, they wanted 160 lei, as if they have forgotten what the terms of the deal were. Intr-o seara nu puteam scana codul QR pentru a intra la sala, iar doamna de la recepția salii mi a dat nr de pe spatele codului pentru a suna si remedia problema, am sunat la acel nr, la care mi a raspuns managerul companie (daca el chiar era managerul sau doar un simplu angajat, putin imi pasa), ideea e ca omul a stat cu mine in telefon vreo 10 min, la ora 9 si ceva seara, pana am rezolvat problema (memoria cache era de vina). Iar pentru cei care se vaita ca li s au retras bani de pe card fara permisiunea lor, la reinnoirea abonamentului, oameni buni, suntem in al 5 lea an de cand Netflix s a lansat in Romania , daca nu înțelegeți conceptul de "monthly subscription", nu mai folositi cardurile bancare pentru a face cumparaturi online!

    Run away from this scam method. Once you put the card in ESX, there is no way to delete it from your account, there is no contact method, no one answers the email.     I signed up for a subscription with their Christmas promotion and used it twice, then I decided I needed the ESX Pro subscription to meet a buddy at one of the gyms. I upgraded and activated the new subscription. My old subscriptions with about 55 days of usage remaining was deleted and they refuse to reactivate it or provide other options over support. So, be aware, with ESX you get punished if you decide to upgrade. Support is slow and they do not seem to understand the issue.

I did it for one month and I was able to cancel it only in 3 months when I took all the money from the card...🤣🤣 They simply took my money for nothing... after every month they told me it was cancelled.. and they give me a refund in 10 working days..     In momentul in care salile s-au inchis datorita pandemiei am inghetat abonamentul. Dupa cateva luni am observat ca acesta fusese reactivat de abonamentesali.ro fara sa fiu anuntat si astfel am pierdut 297 de lei. Pare ca sunt mai multi clienti "furati" in acest fel. Nu am folosit abonamentul, iar dupa 2 luni a fost incercata o plata de 110 lei catre esx. Explicatia lor este ca desi poti incepe abonamentul "oricand", dupa 30 zile el incepe automat, chiar daca tu nu incepi sa-l folosesti. Mai mult de-atat, tot automat incepe si plata recurenta, adica trece si a doua luna si ei te taxeaza automat tariful intreg de 110 lei. Datele tale de card se salveaza automat pe platforma de plati. Dupa discutii cu cei de la esx mi-au fost returnati banii desi in termenii lor se putea face asta doar in primele 30 zile, ceea ce a fost frumos din partea lor.
