Its ok, they have most of the new stull as well, but they dont let kids alone inside if they arent 14

One of the big stores for home appliances, TVs, IT equipment, mobile phones... They also sell online. Usually I find good deals there. Not the best ones but good enough. I had no problems when I purchased things from that store, no matter if it was about big TVs, wall supports for the TVs, or some other small items.

Best prepared salesman's from all the Altex and Media Galaxy shops. It will be my first choice when I will looking to buy from them.

Horrible customer service, lack of customer service etiquette, rude and unhelpful customer service representatives, not acknowledging or fix the customer's problem, long time on hold. The customer support person did not follow through with their offers or proposed solutions and for this reason especially I had to cancel my order!!! I do not recommend this store for the above reasons and much more!!!
