Let's start with the receptionists. They are incompetent, rude, indifferent and unable to except they had made a mistake. Made no attempt to help clear the situation. Secondly, the doctor named TUDOR CRISTINA, Medic Primar is a next level rude person. Very arrogant and unhelpful. People, seriously don't go there. Don't waste you money. This is the worst experience I have had in my life. I wasted my time and money and nerves and got nowhere. Walked away feeling ridiculed and used. To the owner --> change your receptionists, they are worthless workers and get your doctors trained in how to deal with a paying customer in a courteous and humane ways. I will never go back there!

Went there for medical check before starting a new job. It was scheduled for 17:45, it actually started around 18:10. This is not ok. A lot of people were waiting in the room. The lady from the reception asked to have a seat, but it was so crowded that there were no seats available. The medical check was ok, I was asked if I have a lot of diseases, you can answer yes or no, it doesn't matter, nobody cares. Some questions were repeated multiple times. The VisioTest was ok. The lady doctor told me that the glasses I wear are good. The place is clean and the personel is nice. I can improve my rating when they fix the problem with the appointments. LE. Why do you think I would copy paste what I already wrote in here in an e-mail. I already did you a service by providing feedback. You can use this feedback and actually improve the services. I'm saying this because the last 3 visits in this clinic for medical check were very similar.

The worst hospital in whole Romania ... My 1st visit ended up with a crying receptionist, a sorry director and a doctor that didn't feel like working, story too long to tell here ... I thought I would give them a 2nd chance after hearing the lazy doctor had been fired ... I admit I arrived 8-10 minutes late on my 2nd appointment but the receptionist took my money and said it wasn't a problem ... After waiting 45 minutes the receptionist came to tell me doctor CHIRIAC couldn't see me and that she was gonna refund me and reschedule my appointment, I kept calm and told her not to reschedule and give me my money back ... She left and disappeared behind a door, probably to get my refund ... After waiting another 30 minutes no sight of that receptionist, my wife stood up and asked the other receptionist why it was taking so long to refund the 210 Lei, the receptionist said she had been notified we had already been refunded, we told her we did NOT get the 210 Lei refund ... So she called that first receptionist to come back and refund us immediately. What happened is that the first receptionist had left to lunch and simply forgot to refund us. Here is how MEDICOVER PIPERA treats their client: the doctor cancels your appointment whenever he feels like after making you wait for 45 minutes, then the receptionist forgets to refund you because she was close to her lunch break and makes you lose another 45 minutes. I DON'T RECOMMEND MEDICOVER PIPERA AND THAT MORONIC DOCTOR CHIRIAC

The reception is bad. The call center is worse. I waited 45 minutes until they transferred me to the entended clinic where I had to wait for another 20 minutes. I sent an email to reserve some recomanded sessions by my doctor but it took them 3 months to give me an appointment although I am a subscriber. It is the worst clinic you will ever encounter. I do not recommend it to anyone. I am definitely changing my medical provider

Later edit (a few months later): Tried their services again and everything was better. A new doctor was assigned to me & she is great. 4* out of 5* because Regina Maria is still better. Previous review: 1* out of 5* I was two times there. Every time the treatment they prescriebed it to me was bad. One of the doctors even started reading a small chapter of a book before she gave me a diagnose... It's close to work, but I prefer to go a little further for better medics.

Had an appointment for general practice, there were several people in queue, but nobody told us about a delay. After I went to ask at the reception, I found out that the delay was a known fact, but they preferred to not tell a word about this when I arrived. Delay during working hours for a normal control - 30/40 minutes.

Quality medical services.

Good doctors, many medical spelialties.

Update 2024_2: The favorite kind of music in this clinic is the manea... pitiful Update 2024: Appointments are made in vain if the doctors do not show up at the office and do not announce either. Pathetic. The first experience was ok. The occupational medicine appointment was respected, and the doctors were ok. The headphones from the hearing test are of poor quality, I could barely hear anything because they sit on the ear and do not cover it like it would normally (over ear).

I'm currently waiting for an appointment which should've started at 16:45 (was here earlier too, as instructed by the confirmation email). From other reviews it seems like a recurring issue which doesn't get addressed. Would never pay money for these services.

I had two appointments in one week. For each, the waiting time was between 20 min and 40 min. At the second appointment I asked what is the reason that I have been waiting for 30 min (note that I arrived with 10 min earlier). After asking, I was invited in and it took only 3 min for the nurse to do the procedure. There was no explination, no "we are sorry" or anything. I understand that sometimes can be overwhelming with all the appoitments and I understand that I have to wait but in this case no one else was in the waiting room, there was no waiting line or anything...

No empathy whatsoever from no one in this Hospital, you are working with people - not with robots!!! Appointment to General Doctor - you can feel the boredom from the moment you get in, didn’t even ask if i need anything else, she gave me what she thought…and that was it - clear to go :) You guys really need to review the personnel and realise that in the end we are all humans and try to use more kindness and empathy ( especially when u work in such industry )

Unfortunately doctors are late for appointments. I was expecting more respect from a private clinic.

Depends on the doctor, for me it was fine. The front desk employes cold be nicer with the pacients!

My experience with Medicover in this location was a good one. I did not have any problems with the doctors or appointments. Everthing was on time and the provided services were top quality.

Extremely rude general practitioner female doctor. Made and appointment for me and my partner to see some blood results. It was confirmed 3 times in person for 10.30 Am. However apparently they made it for 10.15 and only for 1 person. Anyways after paying 226RON Ive seen the Dr lady for aprox 2 min and then she rush me out and would not see my partner. This is Romania 45 euro for 2 min. When Ive asked the doctor about 2 min for 45 euro she went all inn rudely about it... Despite 3 times in person confirmation with the receptionist she also had the guts to look at us saying that it was not her who stuff up. She offered to set up a new appointment with the same doctor for my partner and naturally we declined only to find out that after we left she send us an email with a confirmation for an appointment due less than 1 hr that we can cancel with 24hr notice prior...what? Its like talking to a wall. All they care is about money and no much of a service for the price tag.. there is one positive note: the pathology cabinet for the blood samples has decent and helpful nurses

Don't come here if you need to see an orthopedist. The doctor was extremely unprofessional, callous and didn't even want to believe what the emergency room doctor told me. I don't want to give names, just don't come here unless you want to answer questions about other doctors who have seen you before and not about your health. At the end, instead of a diagnosis and a treatment, I received a grimace and a "I don't know what else to say". Absolutely deplorable.

I highly recommend Medicover services, as one of the best.
