Although most of the staff are helpful the ladies who work at the cash register are appalling. They have no concept of customer service,they aren't even marginally nice to you when you come to BUY something.I honestly don't understand on which criteria they are hired there. I've worked retail and all I have to say is their behaviour is exactly the opposite the way they should behave in the presence of the customer.

One of the best and cheapest electronics stores - never had any issues with these guys. Most products are cheaper than other stores too, and staff is helpful, and the stock is diverse - from PC peripherals, laptops and hard drives to videi games, electric scooters and TVs

The process for returning a product was flawless, I have only words of praise for the store personnel processing my return. Minus two stars for Altex as a company for selling AS NEW, products that were available in the showroom, with missing accessories as a bonus.

Fine shop, everything is good. Manager had a hard try to sell additional warranty to 40RON floor weights. Nice try.
