    The call center in non existent, they keep you on call for 10 minutes then they hang up and if they answer they don't say anything. The staff is very rude and non professional. I don't recommend this business.

    Am fost la o dna doctor, a fost f superficiala si pt alte investigatii in plus nu mi s a spus ca costa, decat chiar inainte sa se apuce sa se efectueze. Eu Nu stiam ca biletul de trimitere nu acopera si celelalte investigatii. Daca nu intrebam eu, ma trezeam ca trebuie sa dau 330 lei la receptie. Nu m a intrebat nimeni daca vreau sa mi se faca investigatia. Dupa ce i am spus dnei dr ca nu doresc deoarece nu am bani la mine si mi se pare scump, s a comportat de parca abia astepta sa ma dea afara din cabinet. Pana in acel moment s a comportat frumos! Plus ca la receptie am asteptat cel putin 10 min ca sa mi se dea un card. Foarte trist A fost o experienta neplacuta! Nu recomand!

    Horror! Dacă aveți nevoie de fișa auto, NU alegeți această clinică (vb doar de cea de pe Calea Plevnei). Timpul de așteptare la unele cabinete este enorm.

    I thought the Romanian healthcare system was not the best but my experience here opened my eyes to just jow bad it really is. So I got an appointment for earwax removal at dr Decusara ( who for some reason is recommended as a great doctor) I told her I had sensitivity to sound and that l was informed in the UK that it was not advisable to use the suction device on my ears. She did it anyway because " this is not the UK and there's no way you could experience hearing loss from it" needless to say that I actually did. She started to poke my ear with a very old and not so clean needle and when I complained about the pain she started screaming that it's not painful at all and that she can't do her job because I am not sitting perfectly still. Well she did "her very best" to clean my ears and only cleaned my left ear up to 80% and did not clean the right ear at all but pushed the wax further to the point where it hurts my ear. When she decided that she's not going to try and get the wax out she said that my left ear was completely clean ( when minutes before she said it was only 80% which I can feel because the ear still feels blocked) and asked me to soften the wax in my right ear for two days and be back. Needless to say that I would never go back there nor l would recommend that anyone else do because it is not worth being a guinea pig for inexperienced doctors , your pain being undermined and dismissed and being yelled at. I ended up paying for being tortured. Never again

Probabil se merge pe premisa ca daca tot ai reusit sa faci programarea mult dorita si asteptata si ai si ajuns acolo, ramai sa faci cele necesare... si peste toate acestea, primul lucru iti iau banii, ca sa se asigure ca ramai... iar mai departe, te descurci..pe timpul si rabdarea ta, iar pana termini cu vizitele, poti oferi turul spitalului nou venitilor...Nu va inchipuiti ca mergeti dintr-un cabinet in altul, le iei la rand, stai la coada, esti consultat, iei avizul si aia e.. nu nu.. mergi de colo colo si de la un etaj la altul, deoarece, de exemplu, poate la oftalmologie nu este medicul in cabinet si iti incerci norocul la ORL.. si tot asa. In ceea ce privește prețul de 215 lei cerut pentru o fisa de medicina muncii (bani pe care i-am recuperat) va las pe voi sa comparați cu alte clinici. Pe langa timpul pierdut, am rămas si cu o "paguba" de 12 lei pentru că a trebuit să plătesc staționarea in parcarea din curtea clinicii.

    it saddens me to have to write this review, but I have to share my concerns with others after my attempts to communicate with the management were ignored. If you are handicapped then I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. The entrance lacks a ramp to navigate the sidewalk, and the ramp to the first floor is too steep (22 degrees) for an electric wheelchair and difficult for someone pushing a manual wheelchair. Additionally, there is no elevator to access the second floor. Despite sending two emails to the management requesting the installation of an entrance ramp and a longer first-floor ramp, their only response was to provide a cheap manual wheelchair without foldable legs or retractable arms. I even offered to cover half the cost of installing the ramps (approximately 2000 lei), but my offer was ignored. The one redeeming quality of this clinic is Ophthalmologist Touma, who is both an excellent doctor and an amazing person. For these reasons, I recommend visiting SANAMED instead. It is handicap-accessible and located near this clinic.
