They steal from bags, I would not recommend to anyone.

They don’t call you when the package arrives(maybe after 2 weeks or so).So don’t wait for them to call …it’s situated in a very bad neighborhood

Box completly DESTROYED at the arrival. From Italy to Romania. Worst service ever.

I sent some items locally to Bucharest. There never contacted me to tell me they aarrived when I called the call center, I was transferred from an agent to another without knowing why. I was given 2 incorrect numbers. And finally, I had to go to the place myself to pic up my items. It was a bit annoying through. However, the people at the office were very kind and helpful. I got my packages with a bit of a delay. It is fine, but i hope the whole process was simpler that that. Anyway, thank you! I recommend it of course, but be careful with the duration of the delivery and so. And make sure to call from time to time even though they say it takes 1 week. Good luck everyone!

Horrible service... They said that the package will arrive in Sunday and after i paid for delivery 2eur/kg they said that they will be late for 4 more days... So the package was in their office for 10 days.. How you can be so unfair with the people? Absolutely disgusting atitudine with no respect for the clients.

I have been a customer for 9 years, we deliver packages from Italy and Romania. At the moment, a Mr. Liviu was dealing with parcels, who destroyed the entire system that Atlassib had. It is not possible for a parcel not to arrive in 7 days, that is respect for the customer The last two parcels sent from Romania arrived broken I don't have to give you the details of why they were broken, because you can imagine

An extremely unpleasant experience. I had to send a parcel to Italy with a decoder that weighs no kg and I had to pay 35 euros! People at the counter extremely phlegmatic, vb with superiority. They told me that the package will arrive in a week and a half as if I were to send it to another container. Plus we have 3 boxes of vitamins and I had to take them out, because we are not allowed. Poor Atlassib!

I am really disapointed in the way Atlissib conduct their business. They have charged me double the price that their "partner company COMATI charge" 2euro per KG instead of 1euro per KG. When i asked them about this they said we use many partners and can send things any day of the week where as comati just send things twice per week. When i asked when i could send my things they told me only twice per week. Their prices are neither fair nor competative and the director basically told me to go f&#k myself as i signed the contract and i understood the terms.
