Dear Mega Image, please stop selling food with black mold on it! Hire a qualified quality specialist. Your refrigerators and warehouses are full of mold! I'm changing my rating from 3 to 1 because this is a persistent problem! These BIO carrots were bought yesterday for baby food (the mold can't be seen when they're in package). Of course I'll have to throw them in the trash and stop doing shopping in your supermarkets in the future.

Medium sized store has all of the essentials and a little more. Recently revamped to utilize space more efficiently, but they haven't seemed to finish

Good selection of produce but be careful and examine the food you pick up. Make sure it is not expired and make extra sure that it looks good and doesn't have mold on it. I had bought bread, some salam de biscuiți, Prosciutto cotta and even beer that was not expired (as per best before date on package) but had mold on it or in case of the Prosciutto it was almost greenish-black. It seems to me that transportation (or storage) of some produce is not done correctly. Thankfully the staff were kind enough to handle each situation and refund my purchase.

You can't find everything you need

Great that you can find a super market near your house (walking distance) but almost every time you have to wait (sometimes more than 4 or 5 persons in front of you) to pay at cashier. It's obvious they need more stuff and that is a problem they have since they open... So I think that maybe they don't pay enough...

Very good variety of food items. Spacious store. I wish they have few items that I was looking for such as fresh coconut, cream of wheat and cereal.

It's a little overpriced for base food and this might be a point for improvement. The concept stores are nice well organized and with niche products for different categories, which makes this chain stores to have a solid place on our market.

The best one in the neighbourhood. Modern and spacious. More fruit and veg, please. 🙏🏻 Very helpful staff, in particular the young man at the cash register!

Everything you would expect. On the first level up a set of stairs or elevator which is a little inconvenient.

Very few drinks in refrigerators

Bad customer service generally. Employees dissatisfied with their work show bad attitude towards customers very often. They often complain in public regarding their low salaries and that they don't need to help out customers, which is quite the opposite and bad. Products sold are ok, but customer service and motivation of employees requires alot of improvement.
