    AVOID THE COMPANY, IF POSSIBLE GIVE 0 STARS. THIRD WORLD CONDITIONS AT PRICES IN EUROS I purchased round trip tickets to Sunny Beach. On the phone all fine and dandy, the promise of the coach, contact with the driver and all the other normal things for a transport service. I also want to mention that on the website the route for Sunny Beach is via Giurgiu DIRECT to Sunny Beach and Nessebar, but upon departure I find out that the car will first go to Albena and sands with a 3-hour detour. On departure, the disaster began. I did not receive the driver's number in the email, but only that of a manager who categorically told me that the coach is at the departure point, but the IOC coach. After 10 minutes, a car arrived that couldn't have been a bus, a small minibus in which we had to sit piled up with our luggage on top of us. In addition to that, the company also BEAT THE GAME by the driver who was sent without enough money for diesel and vignettes, which slowed down the drive TERRIBLY, as the poor driver had to dig in his pockets to find money to get us to our destination. Thus, we had a delay of almost 4 hours to our destination. The road taken, like the road taken, but the return was broken from THIRD WORLD DOCUMENTARIES. UNSERIOUS COMPANY, they didn't want to get in touch with the driver or give me a useful contact when I was waiting in front of the hotel for 2 HOURS. We TRAVELERS had to fiddle with our wireless phones to find our numbers and keep up to date with locations, car routes and traffic. Again, externally paid driver, sent with such a pitiful per diem that we had to pay for the BRIDGE to Giurgiu with our own money. The same delays, luggage on top of each other and problems. I didn't think that in 2021 in Romania we can still give such conditions, but apparently I was terribly wrong. I leave the picture of the luggage in the car so you can understand how it went. For a pleasant ride, ride with anyone BUT NOT MYBUS

    The biggest prank. I didn't think such bad services and unprofessionalism still exist in 2021. The whole experience was a nightmare!!! On the way, I had a bad airline driver, on his first shift in Bulgaria, he didn't have Waze or roaming. Other passengers had to direct him. The drivers didn't have roaming, which meant that you couldn't find them!!! When leaving, he told us from the headquarters that between 12:00-15:00 you should arrive and look at us in front of the hotel waiting for 4 hours hoping we won't stay there. Drivers were constantly going the wrong way. I'm not saying it's the fault of the drivers, but of the MyBus company!!!! Horrible experience, look for another company and always read reviews first....

    Very unprofessional. We purchased round-trip tickets and canceled in time to give us half of the amount back. They didn't even announce the driver and he calls us desperately on the day of departure if we arrive! In the meantime, they finally replied to my email that they would refund half of the amount as written in their terms and conditions, and even to this day I have not received the money back. No one answers anymore. Extremely frivolous!

    AVOID THIS EUROPA TRAVEL COMPANY (My Bus) I bought a bus ticket for Bulgaria with departure point the Grivita Rosie Museum Bucharest. A few hours before departure I received an e-mail (not a phone call as usual) informing me that I am no longer going with My Bus and I am going with ALTUR from the Zodiac Fountain. I avoided ALLTUR for exactly this reason: The very long distance from home to the place of departure. And if you don't have your own car, it's quite difficult to find a taxi at 5:30 a.m., when all the taxis close.

    We recently took MyBus from Sunny Beach, Bulgaria to Bucharest. Our ride with MEMENTO Bus was great FROM Bucharest to Bulgaria. Unfortunately, MEMENTO was not available for our return trip, Memento was not available. We were picked up on time at the hotel, BUT not by a MyBus. We were picked up by a small transport van with NO MYBUS Sign. The only reason we approached th van was just to make sure. We were then taken to the Sunny Beach Bus Depot and loaded into a larger bus- Still no My Bus sign. We were then driven to a gas station and dropped off in the rain after being told another bus would be coming. After 30 minutes, an Alltur bus finally picked us up. From this time further, everything was fine. The drivers were great and we returned to Bucharest on time. Advance communication would have been greatly appreciated. It is very confusing because MyBus and Memento both provide tickets through the same website, but oir experience was very different.

    Do not pay for the services of this company, you will lose money, holidays, planes, time... you will be in extreme situations. In August I paid for 2 round-trip transfer tickets to Otopeni, I paid on the spot... they sent the tickets for St. September. I had to board at 1 o'clock in the morning....a woman and a child...with luggage in the middle of the night with the hope of going on a long-dreamed vacation for which I collected money and dreams for a whole year. After an hour I understood that no one will take us...as we have no way to get to the plane. No one answered from Mybus...after 2 months, by complaint to ANPC...after repeated interventions there as well (they have a deadline of 30 days of solicitation in theory)...I recovered the money paid...but nowhere near the lost. I don't know why such companies still exist...they are allowed to continue

    I purchased two round-trip tickets Bucharest - Golden Sands with transfer to the hotel, I received the tickets and the SMS for confirmation. I was called to discuss the details about the hotel. Luckily I asked if the boarding place is the same as the one written on the ticket. The lady told me that I would be called the day before departure to tell me the time and location. Something that didn't happen, I called and it wasn't until almost 5 p.m. that I received the details with the time and place of boarding. back. On the day of departure, another surprise, in the e-mail and sms it said 15:20, he called me at 10:30, to be at the hotel at 12:00 for departure.... I hadn't gone for a walk yet. The information system is pathetic. None of the information I send them via sms and e-mail matches.

    Irresponsible. I sell tickets for non-existent rides. GPS coordinates that are not accurate. If you still buy tickets, call to make sure there is a race, where exactly the departure is and possibly the driver's number, otherwise you will find yourself on the road!!

    Cea mai jalnica companie existenta. Nu raspund, refuza sa răspundă pe orice tip de canal: mail, chat, telefon, nimic. Nu respectă termenii si conditiile tiparite chiar de ei pe bilet.

    I bought 3 tickets from B to Thessaloniki at the Court. On the way to the shower, the bus seemed to be from the 90s, but it was ok. On the way back, they told us that they don't come to the Court anymore :)) (that's why we chose this company) and to take a taxi somewhere on the ring road and they'll pick us up from there. After 3 hours compared to the initial time. "Take a taxi yourself and we will refund the cost". Even today I have not seen the cost of the returned taxi. Attitude of the Middle Ages.

    I bought Bucharest-Alexandropoulis tickets about three months ago. A day before departure, we were called and told that "We don't know for sure whether we have notified you or not, but the bus will not arrive in Alexandropoulis, we will go to Kavala", being a distance of 155 km between the two localities. We asked how it was possible, and the people from the agency told us that there have been no flights to Alexandropoulis for a year. When we told them that on the tickets generated by them the destination is Alexandropoulis and to change the data on the website if the route is no longer valid, we were told that it is not possible, so they will continue to sell tickets to a non-existent destination. Because we had already paid for the accommodation, we had to find new ways to get to Alexandropoulis in time to catch the ferry, otherwise we risked sleeping a night in the port, on backpacks, because of an incompetent company, which probably has never heard the word professionalism . In addition to the extra money I spent, to travel with many means of transport until we reach the final destination (the one on the tickets), I did not receive back even the difference in money between the two trips. I won't mention the stress of returning to Kavala, in time to catch the bus, standing in the sun, the fact that the bus didn't arrive on time, that we only took two breaks in 12 hours, because the driver was probably in a hurry to get to his wife. ..etc etc. In conclusion, a company that will always choose profit over the customer, who did not have the good sense to admit their mistake and at least apologize. I hope that the review will help people not to make the same mistake as us.
