Unfortunatly this was the worst experience I ever had! There were 7 additional persons in that very small surgery room maybe 12-15 square-meters without protective masks ( despite all those restriction newerdays [covid-19] ). On entering the clinique the bodyheat thermo scanner check got also skipped, on phone nobody explained to me that I was going to participate to some kind of beauty-seminar and a teaching was held during my intervention with some famous romanian beauty doctor Renert Gad, who also did my surgery. So this was the next really unpleasant surprise for me, especially because of situation with the virus. I did not expect 7 doctors and asistents that kind of near to my face without wearing masks from the scratch. Honestly that´s not responsable at all!! After I suffered a panick attack and my hands and teeths began to shake because of this threatining situation, these people ( doctors and asistents) started to do really low-leveld ugly jokes (probably because I´m stranger I don t know), this felt like ugly mobbing especially by female asistent of Dr.Renert. I just can´t explain my self, maybe because I was the only natural blonde in this room! But this did not affect me that much like iresponsability of the whole clinique, the whole world finds herself in really sad situation, that thought us once again to take even more care and responsability of others so I cannot understand or accept this thoughtlessness. I wonder how light-minded and unserious people act, this is very desapointing and SAD to me! The most ironic thing is that: 3 days before my apointment, I wrote to the clinique to cancell my surgery because of difficult situation with pandemia, I was afraid without even knowing prepared situation! #staysafe #stayathome

Google shout put something like minus star. It is horrible what is happening..just got off the call with Mirela she called me because I'm not happy with their services..I've been to them in UK for lips twice..first time was just horrible and not even 2 weeks later you couldn't see anything, I didn't complain that time because I was happy the effect disappeared as was just horrible ( at that time I didn't think that I'm throwing away 250£ ) anyway few months later I though to try again unfortunately same results I express my disappointment and they call me for adjustment. After the adjustment few days later my lips were the same...I express my disappointment saying that at this point I want my money back. Mirela call me 20 min a go saying that there is not chance that I will get my money back ,ask me to see another doctor .Now I'm asking how can I see another doctor or trust their services when for 3 times they get it wrong. What I want now is my money back !!!

If I could I will not give them neither 1 star!! All the staff who work or come periodically in Uk, London they just mess it up with all the services, they took the money instead and when you call them back to let them know that you barely see a result after you’ve had spent more then £600 on their service, they ask you to go back to check their work and I assume that they are using very poor quality of product or they just don’t know how to do the entire procedure and all the procedures!! They said that I will see the difference within a period of 2 weeks, but yes... still I couldn’t see any improvement of the results, is looking like they just played with the needles on my face, neck and hands!! Very poor quality of services Avoid at all cost! Awful

I don't think I have ever met such a chaotic and poorly organized clinic. The doctor canceled me on the day of the appointment and after that it was impossible to find a solution. They have no idea what's going on, I've been trying to reschedule for a month for ozone therapy, but people are in other countries. Professionalism and seriousness somewhere below 0. I would close the clinic for embarrassment and how stupid those girls who keep calling me are. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! :)

Georgiana Pana,Mihaela Pucas First if you go to a Clinic in Uk they have authorization of practice, every nurse and every Doctor or aenesthic person they have registration in Uk that they can practice any procedure .You suppose to check first the Clinic where are you going if they met the regulations in the Uk,like CQC reporte even ,you suppose to call the Council of Doctor in the UK to check if they are able to practice from abroad here,even you suppose to report the Clinic to local Council the Covid 19 rules are not followed,Also you could go in the court with the Clinic.There is many steps here in the Uk to check if the person is allowed to practice ,but you have to know where to call And what to do.

I have visited the clinic for a consultation as i didn’t have much time in the country. The doctor mrs klara Bancila was outstanding in regards to my need of intervention, and somehow managed to fit me within few hours after I’ve done all my medical checks. I required a blefaroplasty and a rhinoplasty which were done in the highest standard of hygiene, professionalism, comfort, and i was treated extraordinary lovely by the nurse who looked after me for the night. THATS AN ASHAME PLACE!! Not recommended at all !! I booked my appointment with 2 months in advance cause I am coming from another country, so they told me the appointment was 100% sure . I arranged all my days off at work, I paid for flights to come to this clinic from another COUNTRY, I paid hotel room, taxi, food and even I asked my Rumanian colleague to call the clinic in order to be 100% that they understood and no misunderstanding in between us , and when I reached the clinic they SAID NO to me . If you don’t wanna loose your money and time like I did please do NOT come to this clinic, they are not professional. The “doctor “ is not a real doctor and she just want to do what she want, she is not allowed to do all the procedures which are on the list cause just a MAXILLOFACIAL REAL doctor can do this and she is not. DO NOT PLAY WITH YOUR HEALTH and even if the price are good, be careful with this kind of stuff. I wanted a procedure and she said that I don’t need this procedure but another one super expensive and she was making bad comments about my face, which I don’t care cause I am super happy with my face . After this comments I understood she wasn’t a real doctor and she just want to infiltrate Botox and do what she wants. Even she asked me to pay 40€ for the “VISIT” but she never visited me. STOP THIS SITUATIONS! It is ASHAME!! The-receptionist was super professional.

From the moment I arrived, the girls at the reception were very nice, and then Dr. Ramina took me over for the procedures established together. She advised me what would suit me. I am very satisfied with the result and I will definitely come back again.

I never want to hear from them again, I just want to prevent other people from going through the same experience.
