Closed at the moment. Had a reservation for 2 nights in August but received no communication from the hotel saying that they were closed. Only found out on the day of check-in when we got to the hotel. The phone number displayed in the window can not be reached. If you have a reservation you should try to contact them and if you can't get through you should look for accommodation somewhere else. Good luck with getting your money back!

WHY are you continuing to receive bookings when it is (now to me) but from 11 MONTHS AGO clear to you that you cannot honour them???? Canceling a booking at this late stage puts me in a financially tricky position - everything else in close proximity is either booked out or has soaring prices. It’s unacceptable and truly leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Offering your sister hotel is not a reasonable alternative especially when you are not exactly offering the same room/same conditions and probably worst of all it isn’t even in close proximity. I fail to understand how you are operating under these circumstances with a clear conscience? It’s giving such a bad first impression of Budapest. DO BETTER.

Terrible rooms. Beds were not clean, saw hair and stains. Asked for new sheets, which were also not clean. Towels were damp. Showers are clumsy and cramped. Rooms are dingy and just depressing to be in. Location is ok, a hotel on the other side of the river is much better. there is also steep walk up to the hotel. Staff was unhelpful and generally indifferent. Seemed understaffed and also untrained. Terrible experience, would not recommend. This is a motel at best.

This hotel is a stain on the great city of Budapest. They are involved in some sort of fraudulent scheme in which they allow people to book their hotel even though it has been under “pandemic renovation” for more than 11 months. Google them and you will see their bad deeds have led them to the local newspaper. When you show up they offer you a less suitable hotel or outright cancel your booking. My group and I are filing complaints with the authorities.

Dear guests visiting Budapest. I'm a local and you have to know that this hotel doesn't exist. We tried to help people arriving here and the phone number given at the entrance never called us back. Be aware this is not a real hotel...

We made a reservation at this hotel, but it doesn't exist! The Hotel is closed and is still available for booking on many websites. We called the number, and they said that they couldn't help us.

After reading recent negative reviews, we were bit concerned about our forthcoming stay. However, we needn't of worried. Hotel was very good. Breakfast buffet excellent, room clean tidy & nice touch free bottles water in minibar. Definitely recommend staying here. Excellent location adjacent Chain Bridge & for visiting sites of Budapest👍👍👍👍

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. They compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure! Central location, elegant interiors and helpful staff. I have really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Only downside is that the room is cosy, but on the small side so for two people sharing can be quite tight. However there was a lovely balcony with a table and two chairs. :-)

We had booked this hotel, but were transferred to another one, because it's closed. The other replacement hotel's location was not close and detrimental to our plans. Beyond that, it was horrific. Thank god, we only stayed one night. The rooms were nowhere near of what would warrant 4 stars. The leather part in our bed was already severely used up, the floor had scratches, our bathroom door was broken (we couldn't close it) and the minibar was empty. On top of that the receptionists appeared to have a goldfish memory (e. g. one had forgotten (within a night) that we told him that our minibar was empty). So, it's a constant worry that you might be charged for something you didn't do.

Simply not open eventhough still taking bookings. Hotel chain (Exe) couldn't be bothered to call earlier than 1.5 hours before Check-in on the booked date. We were referred to another Exe hotel (Eurostars City Centre) which supposedly is "5min with the metro" but in reality 25min. All in all an awful experience that didn't stop here (see review for the Eurostars City Centre).

This hotel does not exist since the pandemic year. Don't book!

The level of cleanliness is very low , bathroom dangerous to use the tub. Bad smell in the hotel.

Central location, elegant interiors and helpful staff. I have really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Only downside is that the room is cosy, but on the small side so for two people sharing can be quite tight. However there was a lovely balcony with a table and two chairs. :-)

- Rooms are quite old. Our bed was uncomfortable and distorted. Breakfast was poor and same every morning. + Very good location
