I have ordered on Sunday night, they forgot my fries. I tried to reach them via phone and mail several times, and the delivery platform, result: NOTHING. Their customer service is 0, yes, ZERO! Do not waste your time ordering from here...It is not abour fries, but the principle, I have paid money for a service, and I received 75%. Poor quality service.

For 3 times I have been cheated when i asked for otthon maradok és burgonya kosarat the unfriendly rather careless and zero customer service oriented girls gave me the meat and intentionally or not, forgot my fries on 3 occasions yet I paid the full price. Today before I drove off(drive through service) i checked and as i was opening the pack i asked the girl if they had included my fries but without a word she slammed the window. But on seeing my fries I was glad this time and left. Getting home i realised they had served me half cooked thighs and hard fries. I wonder why they hire lazy people who are not even concerned about the brand and like they really do you a favour. I have decided not to go here again...i would rather go far away for an excellent service.

Worst KFC drive experience yet.. half of my qurrito was cold, the fries was served unsalted and the staff generally sounded like they are doing me a favour by taking my order. They also unable to greet you or say goodbye. This is the way to ruin the brand..

I can’t put into words how much this place means to me, to many a fine establishment to wine and dine, to me; a second home. The moment I stepped foot inside this place I was welcomed with a warm embrace by many of the local pigeons, one of which had a gammy foot And from that moment on I knew it was a classy place to satisfy my calorific needs. The food was second to none and very affordable with a bucket of fries being my personal favourite but the real star of the show was the refillable drinks and their partners in crime- ice!!! Also inside was top of the range wifi available for all which got rinsed while I was curling one out in the disable toilets. The only negative that springs to mind is that they were lenient with customers committing crimes in the restaurant. A woman stole my shirt without my permission and the staff watched on without doing anything. However this also worked in my favour as they were allowing me to make cocktails in the building using some of the tools they provided me with. All in all, this is a wonderful place and I definitely recommend going. Especially with it being located so close to bossman- the real star of Budapest.

Super! Best wrap I've had in a very very long time (at a KFC). They used chicken stripes rather than bites/scraps and it was big with all the ingredients, comprising fresh tomato pieces. The tables and chairs could have done with a cleaning/sweep, but because the food was so nice and fresh, it's still 5 stars.

Nice place since the place is newly renovated however when I was there, the display monitor which showed the order number, didn’t work. So I needed to stand in front of the cashier while they shouted the order number out. The food was good, as usual because I have never hated KFC. The chickens were crispy and delicious, so did the chicken in the Twister.

We bought food through the drive-in. Freshly fried chicken, yummy. No queue was there.

The place is relatively new so the building is nice both inside and outside. They could clean tables more frequently. I know they can't do anything with the music because it is a policy but completely unnecessary in my opinion. And I kinda heard two types of music played at the same time which is disturbing. My order was ready quick and exact. (I ordered a bucket of vegetarian nuggets-15-, two sauces included) Their prices could be much lower of course but it's true for places like this. They say the order numbers out loud and it is also visible in the screen. Which is nice in my opinion. I payed 8,80 eur (3290 Ft) for a They sometimes let the couriers take the take-away orders without any checking with the employees which could lead to some misunderstandings. They have two charging places as well which can be useful for many reasons. Staff was young and fast I think. They were kinda busy at 14:00 but it really went down after half an our. Overall it's like any KFC or fast-food restaurant but the building takes it home really. More frequent guest area cleaning is strongly advised.

Terrible experience at KFC Obuda. Staff is very unprofessional. I asked for take away and a bag is included in 80ft which I paid and they didnt give me the bag however asked me to pay another 150 ft for a bag. Chicken strips were stale and hard. Quality is very poor. Very disappointed.

You can order ahead (they also offer delivery services), nice staff, free-to-use toilets, free wifi. Its located in a very accessible area with drive thru as well

It is good. I recommend the poke-bowls if they still make them. However, one time near closing, my bowl was missing almost half of it's contents, so very rushed order that was.

Lady who took our order was not very educated how to explain menu offer. We are not big "fan" of fast food so we were totally confused from her explaining, even my partner is hungarian, he didnt understand her...maybe next time we choose selforder system...

Great food, the fries need more cooking in my opinion. Overall decent food.
