The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the towels/bedding were changed everyday. Also, the breakfast was great, buffet style, along with drink choices of apple juice, orange juice, milk, coffee, and a broad assortment of premium tea.

Very friendly staff, but the rooms are not so 'friendly'. Place is very interesting, build in solid wood, but the rooms are on the first floor, under the roof.. so in the summer time it is necessary to leave the AC working for couple of hours before entering the room

We stayed at the Grand Slam Park on advice of relatives. As two weary jet lagged Canadians, we enjoyed a restful stay after many hours of sightseeing in fabulous Budapest. It was quiet, except for the occasional lobbing of tennis balls. The rooms were spartan, the beds comfortable, with a view of the manicured grounds. The breakfast choices were a traditional continental spread or a hot American style plate. The restaurant also offers delicious pub style meals in the evenings. We had a very peaceful relaxing time close to the city.

Really nice and kind place. You can olay tennis in a nice club. The waiters were nice the pizza after the tennis was really good ! Loved it ❤️

I felt there so comfortable. The room was super clean and nice. Servis was friendly and helpful. One bad thing that you can hear your neighbors from others room like that they are talking or walking.

We stopped here for lunch on the way back from Memento Park and were pleasantly surprised. The service is polite and casual and they make great pizza (there are other things on the menu). There is an English menu. Very relaxed atmosphere. Your GPS might take you to the wrong entrance though, you need to approach from Bódog ut if coming by car.

Nice tennis courts. Great service in the restaurant. It's clean, friendly and kinda cozy. Unfortunately it only has pizza and pasta, and the pasta was pretty greasy. Came for the day for a Speedminton Tournament, so didn't check out the Panzio.

I was looking for something in the 11th District as I was visiting a friend who lives in the area. The hotel is a distance from the centre of Budapest but there are good transport links close by. The hotel is actually on a tennis complex. It is wooden alpine style. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. En suite with shower was spotless. Strong WiFi is free and fast enough to make Skype calls. The restaurant had a wide menu and works out at around £9 per head for a main course and a drink. Food was plentiful and service attentive. All in all this was perfect for my stay in 11th District. Would definitely come again.

😠 This is the reception also for Elvis Guesthouse. And both of these places are disgusting. Be ready to waste your nerves and time trying to get something vital from the people at the reception. 😠 Good ubication. Rooms without blinds, the curtains do not cover well and a lot of light enters, interrupting a good sleep. They don't put sheets, only short duvets, which are too hot in summer. Very improvable cleaning. In the bathroom the light is automatic, if you go at midnight you can't avoid it...

😠 The worst night of my life. The whole time I felt like the photo below from The Shining. Here are the 3 reasons why: 1. Owner was creepy and weird to us upon arrival 2. Large group of people being very loud all night 3. Random people trying to get into our room during the night Do yourself a favour...
