Nobu experience is top level experience. Waitress to chef. Everything is considered high end standard. I recommend booking. My wife mentioned dinner is for anniversary and they congratulate us and even made a favor writing on dessert plates " Happy anniversary" They gave offered a special food trial $150/person + drinks. Asked what we like, and any allergies. They prepared proper orders for us. 2 appetisers Salad Fish Meat Sushi set 2 deserts I tried to type in my experience but you need to try to understand. Definitely worth the money.

I highly recommend Nobu for any special occasion you may be celebrating. The menu can certainly be overwhelming, but I highly suggest you do the tasting menu. You can select based on price point. Starting at $125 per and customizable up to $200 per. Nothing we had disappointed and everything was better than the previous dish! Vibe in the restaurant was great and the service was spot on. It's exactly what you'd expect from such an establishment. Go try Nobu, you will not be disappointed!

From drinks, to ambiance, to service, it wqs a great meal. Our group did a sampler of everything, Including drinks, and nothing disappointed l. However, the tuna tacos were probably the highest rated dish by all. It is expensive, even for Fulton market, but the quality and presentation make it acceptable. Great date night or work dinner.

Nobu Chicago is an amazing spot that you must experience when visiting the city. It’s taking years for the spot to finally open up in the West Loop area and we couldn’t be happier. It’s a very expensive meal we ended up spending around $400 plus per person with drinks. It was worth absolutely every single penny. The weight staff is incredible they are trained for over six months and they curated the entire dinner experience for us. We literally felt like we were royalty. Would recommend for a very special in occasion perhaps a wedding anniversary or something fun to celebrate. Love this place!

Nobu was a wonderful experience. I felt very taken care of and attended to as soon as I entered the door. We sat at the sushi bar for our meal and got to watch everything get made, which is a cool experience if you have never done it. I can only really speak to the sushi bar as I did not get anything besides the fried okra, which I would highly recommend as a starter. Perfectly fried and delightful texture with a beautiful sauce that works perfectly and lifts up to a different level completely. As for the sushi, It was phenomenal. I have eaten at many sushi places in the city and elsewhere but this had to be the highest quality fish I have ever tasted. So many of the pieces would literally melt in my mouth. The sushi chef and team there was amazing! I would highly recommend sashimi and nigiri if you have a palate for top quality fish. Also, they had my favorite, Uni! The shooter was delicious but the Uni and seaweed was amazing. It was definitely a generous portion as well. So if you are also an uni fan check it out. Lastly I tried two of the desserts. The raspberry cheesecake and banana ice cream dish. Both were great. Both were a delicious combination textures and flavors. Also highly recommend! I would absolutely return to Nobu when craving the highest quality fish with a super talented chef and team. I definitely recommend checking it out.

Came here for dinner with a couple friends. Our server was really nice and made good recommendations. We ordered tons of food and everything was on par with the other Nobu locations that i've tried. We ordered an assortment of tacos (lobster, waygu, crab), lobster tempura, vegetable tempura, waygu dumplings and miso cod. I didnt care too much for the tacos. They are served cold and we werent a fan of that. However, we loved everything else. For drinks we got various martini's. My fav was the Lychee martini. We all left overly stuffed but we paid for it. Be prepared to spend about $150/per person for a filling meal. Still highly recommended for a splurge meal.

We ordered the chefs creation. Our server asked a few questions amd confirmed a price point. Honestly, it seemed as though each dish was better than the previous. Whitetail was delicious. Steak was tender. Scallops were cooked to perfection. The dessert was my fav. Date cake with scoop of ice cream. There were so many layers of flavours in the main, we appreciated the beauty in simplicity in the dessert. Our server was attentive, thoughtful, and easily excited by food. I always appreciate foodies/chefs. Highly recommend for celebrations. Low lighting and intimate ambiance. Highly recommend.

The food itself is delicious and beautifully plated. Great service. Make sure to book a table in advance. We were a group of 8, had a great time, great atmosphere in the restaurant. We will definitely come back to taste Japanese flavors again !

Genuinely the greatest dining experience of my life. It was truly astonishing how detail-oriented, thoughtful and incredibly delicious each course was. If you already frequent similar restaurants and know what you like, I reccomend trying their personalized Omakase experience. They curate your courses based on your preferences and price point and you won’t be disappointed. Make sure to get a copy of your receipt to remember each course. Also, this dinner was to celebrate my birthday, and they customized our dessert to honor it. It was such a sweet gesture and further illustrates just how well Nobu treats its guests. Overall, this is an experience you won’t forget; I can not reccomend it enough!

My husband took me and my daughter here for my birthday. Two of us did the Omakase prix fixe menu $135 each and was well worth it. Had several courses with super high-quality, and some unexpected ingredients, large portions, expertly prepared and presented. Several staff members delivered our dishes and described each in detail. Included some pics but there were even more dishes in the prix fixe. Excellent cocktails, I highly recommend the grapefruit on the rocks, it was a great pairing with all my dishes. For vegetarians, the crispy okra appetizer and mushroom soup were delicious. Desserts were otherworldly: whisky cappuccino and the hazelnut chocolate cake with miso caramel popcorn. The space was beautiful, upbeat vibe and music. Highly recommend!

The rooftop restaurant has great views but a limited menu that was still good. The downstairs restaurant has a bigger menu and service was great! I always get the oh-toro, it melts in your mouth like butter

My boyfriend took me on surprise date here last night. Everything was great! From the customer service upon entrance, the ambiance, food & drinks, to the views, simply great! I would have given 5 stars if there wasn't a such a big delay in getting our food. I know it more than likely it might have had to do with it being a Friday night. You can really tell the quality of the sushi, literally chef's kiss! Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely go back again! Highly recommend!

Very tasty! I've been to Nobu Malibu before and I would say I prefer the ambiance there better but the decor was still beautiful and my waiter Eli was super nice!

Rooftop was really nice. The staff were attentive and great. Food tasted amazing and was fresh. Even tried their tea which was brewed warm and tasted great. Only downside I would say is that the music was a little too loud and couldn’t hear the people at the table too much.

Absolutely fantastic! This is my first Nobu experience in Chicago. From the very moment we walked in the door we were shown genuine hospitality. We were there for a business dinner and had an experience beyond our expectations. Our server offered to curate a custom menu for us and our taste buds were fantastically tantalized throughout the evening. Even the salad was off the charts delicious.

Classy vibe! Everything about this place is beautiful. Our waiter was the best! He made our first time experience top notch! Everything he suggested did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend this place for a cute date night, celebration, or girls night out. FYI: Dress Code is smart casual. Like another reviewer stated if you come all dressed up, you will feel out of place.

Very ambient atmosphere with nice staff who were very knowledgeable of every dish. Food recommendations by waiter was on point. Everything fast fresh and delicious. Portions were small but all tasted good. They even offered complimentary sweet for special occasions.

Everything was excellent. The hosts and server were welcoming and paid attention to small details. We went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday and she loved it. They gave a small complimentary dessert, birthday candle and decoration on the plate.

Thank you to Nina and Drew for taking good care of us. Everyone had a great time and we enjoyed the food and presentation. Definitely will bring ppl back to the rooftop next time it was the first time checking it out.

Had an excellent time celebrating my 24th birthday. We went ahead and did the Omakase Tasting menu where the food is tailored to your taste preferences. It runs much more than the stated price but it is worth it. Nick, our server did an excellent job of providing us with a nice variety of food and wine!

Obviously the food was good, but I couldn't help but feel rushed. The moment you start eating someone is right behind your shoulder to collect the plates. That said, do try the pumpkin tempura.

Precisely the dining experience I've been longing for since the start of the pandemic! The wait staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the food and bar menus and made superb recommendations, one after another. Highly recommend doing the custom menu option where you pick your price point, give the waitress/waiter your preferences, and let the chefs surprise you. The fig-infused Bourbon cocktail was also not to be missed (while still available).
