Your hotel looks nice, but I hope it can be well maintained. We are unlucky get room 601, toilet malfuction, non-stop lift up and flushing every minute even no one in toilet, imagine how annoying it is. And the water tap difficult to lift up too, a very bad experience using your toilet. 9am started house keeping and non-stop vacumm noise, we can't have a nice nap after woke at early morning, we did mention prefer quiet room. Location beside highway, mean can only enter through highway, in out take big round (far away)

Had a fantastic stay in FUHOTEL. Very new and modern hotel. Worth every single cent room was quite big, cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended for family travelling with baby. They offered us bed for my baby and also baby shower basin I was so impressed as some of the 5 star hotels don't even have that. Will be back soon!

Hidden gem in Penang. Only opened beginning of 2023. Clean, modern, high tech rooms. Receptionist very nice, very patient. Reception is 24/7 which is helpful. Sometimes check in late , will not have problem. Will have people attend to you. Location: Suitable for people with cars (plenty of carparks and petrol station), and no cars (there are KFC, Starbucks, Coffee bean, Mcds, Family mart, 7 eleven, Subway sandwich on the same street ,within walking distance) Room: Windows that actually can be opened, which I appreciate especially after what we hv experienced during COVID, I like to open window n let the room air out everywhere I go). Kettle: stainless steel kettle. (You will be surprised same price u pay in some other hotel still give u plastic kettle) Hairdryer: very powerful. Iron and iron board: in every room. Big table space (can easily fit two people working on the laptop) . I asked for extra chair which the staff very willingly to bring up. Bathroom. Very modern n clean. Water pressure very good. Electronic toilet bowl. No need to lift up toilet seat manually, just walk closer n it will lift up automatically. Indoor slippers provided. TV is big and is high definition, with Netflix , Disney hotstar, n YouTube. If you like music, there is a central speaker on the ceiling , the control is the round thingy by the TV. Plenty of power plugs, there are 8 universal and USB plugs around the room. You can charge as many devices as you like. Bedside table lights: have two settings, yellow light and white light. Second floor of the hotel has a restaurant / bistro . Called Golf City. Very nice set lunch, good value, staff very attentive. Third floor, reflexology place which I have yet to try out. It's my second time staying here. For the price I'm paying and only a boutique hotel , I think it is very impressive. I will definitely come back again. Thank you Fu Hotel !

The room is equipped with technology, from auto toilet bowls to touched screen lights, not to mention the amount of charging port they are. It's clean and though it's next to a R&R, cars passing by were just white noise to me, else you can request ear plugs from the front desk! While it's not convenient to go anywhere too far, the hotel is surrounded by eateries where you don't have to worry too much. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this place!

Futuristic and spacious toilet with glass room and dual shower. Spacious room but AC not that cold though. Comfortable bed with two soft pillows. Clean. No bugs. 12 USB ports, 8 plug points. 12 lights. Nice and bright. Not spooky. Big TV. Small fridge. Electric kettle. Iron with board. Long table but only got one chair. No breakfast. 10-12 Fast food and supermart available. Expensive to eat the same daily. Ample free parking. Many specially marked parking for elderly, pregnant, family, etc. Noisy if you stay lower ground below level 6 as they have lounge club or karaoke and wedding banquet.

Top notch experience for a budget friendly place. Spotless Clean toilets, dry washroom, basement parking with lift straight to room floors. Walking distance to fast food, Chinese restaurant and petrol station.

Simply amazing! Probably the best boutique hotel i've stayed in so far. The in-room facilities are amazing, with modern technology and thoughtful touchpoints for comfort. The price was a little pricey for me at about RM200+/night, but definitely value for money to me for what was offered. Location is a little out of place since it's in the middle of the highway - R&R stop but for a staycation or rest stop will be perfect.

We had a great stay at FUHOTEL. The furniture is futuristic. The hotel also have nearby shop lots. Service is also great, staffs trying to go extra miles. Will definitely come again.

New, price reasonable. High tech room. However the features give old folk problems to use. I find the toilet bow too near to the wall and the tap knocking on my knee. Problem for a tall or big size person

Great location. Rooms may be high tech, the system button could use a little recalibration though. Lights keeps switching off & on, on its own. Another thing I would like to note is the OKU parking in front of the hotel is for people with disabilities & not touring bikes! The white lines beside the designated OKU parking is for the convenience of people on wheelchairs. Get the local authorities next time

Room was very clean, a lot of room amenities like bluetooth speaker, etc. Location wise is a bit outskirt and difficult to get grab for the main entrance. Many nearby restaurants like subway, mekdi, burger king, starbuck, tealive, family mart just walking distance away. 10/10

This is the first time we stayed at this hotel, but the positive experience staying here really gave good memory to us. First of all, the price of the room we stayed around RM199 per night. the room was provided with a King size bed and very comfortable There is an android TV provided also which you can use to watch normal channels or Netflix / Disney etc. as well. The quality of the TV is very good. During check in, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. they assisted to guide us for any recommended place to have our meals. They also willing to provided us with the 2nd access cards. Initially we had issue with the 1st room given to us due to technical issue with the toilet. but then after the housekeeping personnel checked, they provided us with a better room The location of this hotel is also very strategic. Very close to exit and enter back the PLUS highway. There are many eateries in walking distance such as 4fingers, Starbucks, Subway, Krispy Creme, KFC and Mcdonalds. Convenient shop such as 7eleven also very close. In summary, with the reasonable price rate, locations and facilities provided, we would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

My 4th/5th experienced staying here. Always be my no 1 choice whenever i go to Penang (mainland). The room was spacious, the advanced technology that you can’t get anywhere else. The staffs also very attentive, their customer service is top notch. The location is strategic, opposite hotel got plenty of fast food restaurants. Recommended ✅

The room is spacious, with a smart toilet system and the rain shower, i loved it. The hotel is just after the Penang Bridge and Sungai Juru R&R area. The scenery isn't so great. But there are plenty of fastfood restaurants nearby.

Hotel fav! Will repeat againnnn. Facilities were awesome & great service. You even can play song into your room. Sound system provided. Toilet bowl with touch screen. Tv also got netflix. Nearby food stores: McD, KFC, coffee bean, Krispy Kreme etc

The rooms are rather less spacious BUT everything in it are within 'touch'. Yes it was hi-tech. From the toilet bowl to the shades. All in one touch. Fully automatic 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩. The king size bed is comfortable.

Everytime you miss a turn to this hotel, you'll need to make a 10km U-turn to get back on route. overall the stay is super comfortable and enjoyable.

Fupremier room is good size, large 55 inch flat screen TV with Netflix. Many places to eat close by. Che Kee Chinese restaurant for breakfast is good choice as the food served is nice and hot..

A new hotel. Modern concept. The room I stayed in for 3 nights was a nice, cosy room which is completely equipped with a mini fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, safe, mugs, etc. Wi-fi connection is good, TV programmes provided were a lot - free and paid programmes. I enjoyed watching TV1 dramas where you can choose just like on Netflix. Love the room decoration, the modern touch type switches and...the automatic toilet bowl 😁, just like in Korea and Japan hotels, but better coz bidet is provided. The hotel is surrounded by fast food restaurants and cafes like KFC, Tealive, Subway, Starbuck's etc. The Seven Eleven shop is just next to this hotel. This hotel is located near Juru toll plaza. No breakfast provided, though.

It's a elegance and clean hotel, the only disadvantage is the location. You need to u trun to access the hotel, depends on which location you come from. Another thing is the basement parking looks not really secure, may be can upgrade by placing security guard and surveillance camera. Overall is good, easy access parking.

Stayed three nights to attend a relative's wedding. The hotel is very comfortable. Slept well every night! The Hershey's Kisses welcome gift was a nice touch. Impressed with the smart toilet which comes with auto bidet. Reminds me of the superb toilets in Japan. The touch screen light switches are easy to operate without having to fumble around. There is also a water dispenser near the lift which is very convenient when we are too lazy to boil water or when we run out of mineral water. Plenty of eateries within walking distance. So you definitely won't go hungry. We took the train to Butterworth and did not have a car at our disposal. But Grab service is available here. It's about 25 minutes from KTM Butterworth and 15 minutes from KTM Bukit Mertajam. Only wish there's a full length mirror in our room and there's more shelving for our clothes. But these are just minor issues. Overall it was a great stay. Would recommend this hotel to travellers whether on vacation or business trips.

Stayed one night before and returned for their impressive works, from room, amenities, housekeeping, reception and everything. They asked if there's any feedback, I said everything was great, I have nothing to comment, it's even better than some 5 stars hotels. Keep up the good work!

The only thing i care for in a hotel: cleanliness. This one is highly recommended. The fancy Japanese bidet is nice. The light switches are touch sensor. There's a built in Bluetooth speaker and a remote to draw the curtains open. Surrounded by a few fast food restaurants and Family Mart within walk in distance. There's a 7Eleven right next to the hotel. About 15-20mins drive to the nearest mall. Overall a very pleasant stay
