Room & Toilet is super dirty.. Asking additional mineral water, they said will charge on it.... RM 148.00/room (2pax @ queen size bed) price is not reasonable as well base on this kind of hotel... Advise to all Do Not Check Into This lousy Hotel

Booked for a family trip. Very reasonable price, decent, simple and walking distance to food stalls. Highly recommended

Disappointed! Dirty pillows , warm aircon , bathroom slipery , can see hairs , shower at bath tub , water pressure was low.

For one night stay is good enough. Location is strategic nearby shopping mall n shop lot. Parking need to pay yourself, after 6pm only free.

a budget hotel that has a good location BUT, the rooms are dirty, the aircond has not been cleaned or serviced since operations began. Emergency exits blocked by used furniture making it a fire hazard! Very popular with Government servants, making this hotel having very high footfall. I suspect that the room i stayed in has BED BUGS! yucks! avoid at all cost!

Overall the staying was fair. Customer service and the staff is very good. The accomadation,service and location is good. But sorry to say my room is way out of my expected.

Ok Hotel. Beds ok hard but can sleep. Private parking. Lift. Got fridge. Bad - Important one Aircon is bad. 16c and sweating in the room. It’s warm middle of night n worst day time. Management need to consider new Aircon n bed. old building n refurbished, small room, toilet have smell but manageable. Thin wall.

A bit old & dirty inside. But overall consider okay coz it's still consider affordable. Near to Sunway Carnival Mall, Hotel & Hospital, walkable but a bit distance. Along a busy road, those noisy bikes very annoying. Receptionist is friendly & helpful. Free parking next to hotel

Staff polite. Room clean n tidy. If u want to have breakfast or dinner there are many near the hotel.

Superior queen but the bed not queen instead of 2 single bed combine...only on this hotel.

Parking is available, convenient and it's free. The rooms are okay but the bathroom sink are clogged and the surrounding is very noisy. I got my room near to the lift so each time people come and go i can hear that lift sound,it was so annoying!

Definitely the worst place ever. I’ve never encountered such attitude of the reception. Called them to ask for the room price, answered unwillingly and cut off the call.

To be honest, I'm very much a particular budget traveller and my perks will be the toilet & mattress hygiene. But this hotel is very exceptional! Saw a cert that it had been rated 2 stars, but u guys are 4 stars on my book! Kudos to the management team, and please reward your staff generously as these friendly staffs are worth to retain. Recommended

The room is ok, the toilet is clean BUT the aircond is bad 👎 We need to wait for almost 1 hour for the aircond to be cold! I guess the aircond is not serviced for a long time. I stayed here for 3days & 2night. The lastday I checkout, I already having a flu suspected the aircond is dirty. Hope to improve in future. TQ!

Clean and comfortable rooms and toilet. More suitable for business trip cause parking site needs coupons make us can't really rest. Staffs is nice and helpful.

the staff not helpful. Not suitable for to be frontliner. i already booking for my friends but the staff said dont hv any booking even i give the booking id. i booking two days ! after call the agoda , agoda said the staff not check at all.

Affordable for budget hotel..book online family room for 2 night around RM248 plus tax...room is good..with bath tub..

The only issue i have with is the internet speed. Super slow doesn't even reach 1mbps. Unable to do work efficiently because of it.

Poor maintenance servie, ie aircond leaking kena my bag sampai basah everything dalam tu. The tv is not functional. Please change your bed i got back pain because of it.
