The hospital is good, the equipment is complete. I've had treatment in the emergency room several times, and it was quick. It's just that there's not enough poly space. I've had treatment here several times, because the doctor's arrival time changes. It's different at registration, it's different for the nurse, the nurse is asked why the doctor hasn't come yet but instead answers curtly. Even though the doctor's schedule was told, it was already half an hour past. From what I was told, registration had already passed an hour and a half.

Bad Service

Arrived on Sunday in a weak condition, but the service from a doctor who was not a doctor was very inadequate, not very friendly and rude... in the morning at 10 am on December 24, female. His attitude is really bad when it comes to serving people who are sick!! I won't go back to a hospital like this or recommend this hospital to anyone, as long as the service is still like this!

Pertama kali kesini, kesan pertama PELAYANAN YANG KURANG RAMAH, perawat nya sinis gaya bicara kasar, dari sekian rs baru ini ada perawat yg BAD ATTITUDE. fasilitas lift tidak ada untuk penunggu pasien, alangkah baiknya dilatih untuk berattitude yg baik dlu, kamar nya bersih. Ga terlalu rame jg

Rumah sakit swasta yang berada di pusat kota Bukittinggi, ruang praktek dokter yang cukup dan poli kesehatan yang mumpuni. Berseberangan dengan lapangan kantin/kodim dan dekat utk kemana saja. Untuk Rumah Sakit lainnya juga berdekatan antara RS Tentara dan RS Yarsi, apotik2 pendukung pun banyak salah satunya kimia farma. Hanya parkiran Mobil yang sering penuh dan harus parkir di tepian jalan.

I swear I'm really disappointed when I see this hospital, I've gone for treatment here 4 times and there's been no change in the service or actions, even though I hope that the 4th time I'll get service that's quite satisfactory because I don't want to be prejudiced, but the result is still the same. The fourth time I swear, I was really annoyed to see the service at Rs Medina. When my husband was already breathing hard, he wasn't given any action first, instead he was told to ask for a referral to the community health center to be referred to a pulmonologist, my husband should have been given oxygen first or not steamed first, so that his breathing was stable first, then it was fine to be asked for a referral. What's the point of the ER if not? is there any treatment? Even though we were told that we were from Padang Panjang, it was impossible to go back to PP to ask for a referral first, while my husband was already short of breath. I swear only God knows my disappointment that day, carrying the baby and taking my husband for treatment hoping to be treated quickly, but instead he was left out in an unstable condition like that. It's not as useful as the ER at Medina Hospital.
