Minggu lalu ortu saya brobat disini,prawat kurang ramah,kami brtanya baik2 mlah jwaban ny ketus aja,kmaren tuh ortu saya dirawat,dan stelah dan Kamis yg lalu pun UD dsuruh pulang trus petugas yg menangani ortu saya bilang,kata ny suruh kontrol hari Kamis ,tpat ny hari ini,pas nyampe disana ,mlah bilang dokter ny gk masuk skrag,trus buat ap ibu saya disuruh datang kesana,,giliran ditanya jeaban ny ,ketus a3ja,apa mungkin karena kami pakai bpjs

The staff are friendly. Went there to ask about rapid antigen test The test is conducted around 10 in the morning but the result may take a while, you can take the result around 3 pm on the same day

Pelayanan nya jelek sekali,gara2 satu orang semua terlibat.. Krna kami pakai bpjs,pelayanan sangat menyedihkan..

Hospitals with bad service as I have felt

Perawatnya tidak ramah alias kasar dan brisik lg kalo ngobrol kenceng suaranya sampai kedengeran ke kmr pasien hufff! Dan closet toiletnya rusak. Pelayanannya kurang bagus. Ibu sy prnh dirawat disana thn 2021. Akhirnya sy ajak ibu sy pulang. Mestinya hrs ada perbaikan pelayanan di Rs ini. Jgn mentang2 org berobat kesana pakai Bpjs. Ingat kalian di gaji pemerintah utk melayani rakyat yg sakit!!

Rumkit Tk IV Bukit Tinggi adalah satu dari sekian Layanan Kesehatan milik TNI AD Kota Bukittinggi yang berwujud RSU, diurus oleh  KEMHAN DEPHAN TNI AD dan termasuk kedalam Rumah Sakit Tipe D. Layanan Kesehatan ini telah teregistrasi sejak  06/01/2014 dengan Nomor Surat Izin  02/BUK/DKK/XII/2013 dan Tanggal Surat Izin  31/12/2013 dari  Dinkes kota Bukitinggi dengan Sifat  Sementara, dan berlaku sampai   31 DESEMBER 2014. Sesudah menjalani Metode AKREDITASI RS Seluruh Indonesia dengan proses  Pentahapan I ( 5 Pelayanan) akhirnya diberikan status Akreditasi Rumah Sakit. RSU ini bertempat di Jl. Jen Sudirman 37,Bukittinggi, Kota Bukittinggi, Indonesia.

Rumah sakit yang terus berbenah menjadi lebih baik untuk kenyamanan, kepuasan dan keselamatan pasien.

Yesterday my mother was treated in the RST ICU. For excellent service, the nurses and doctors are very friendly and attentive to patients. The nurse was very patient and also gave full attention to my mother's health. The room smells good and is also comfortable. Thank you to the nurses in the ICU and the doctors who are willing to take care of my mother. ❤️

You were told to change the mattress cover yourself, take the mattress pad to the laundry room yourself, there is no limit on visiting hours, the same limit on how many people can visit, at 10 pm the person next door still has guests, NOISE, mom is sick with typhus and needs to get lots of rest, So I can't rest, I asked for help to be reprimanded, but I was only reprimanded softly, this hospital service is strange, it's the worst!! Hopefully those who are planning to go to this hospital, then see these comments, won't come here and regret it, just look at the comments below, Just change from hospital to haunted house, it's more appropriate

The nurses are very unfriendly, giving birth here, the nurses are inhumane. We were cursed at. Putting the catheter in should have been anesthetized first, but didn't put it in straight away before the anesthesia, we were angry with sour faces too, even though the doctor was friendly, but the nurse was rude, didn't open the bandage either. OK, what a birth trauma, the point is, I'm disappointed with the service, I won't come here again in the rest of my life. This is enough. The family came to visit to tell me, don't let the crowd gas and have sour faces, and oh, I don't know, I can't be gentle, sis 😕, use a little conscience, this is my first birth but it's traumatizing, oh my God, I'm really, really DISAPPOINTED

Disappointed with the BKT Hospital laboratory service. This morning, Tuesday, October 3, at 7 o'clock, there were still a few people queuing, hoping to get a queue number. One of the people queuing called someone, asking if they had arrived at the hospital yet, and suddenly a mother in uniform came, Mrs. He asked around 6-7 of his children (members/acquaintances) to leave the queue, were told to make their own queue, and immediately got a number to do a drug-free test, without thinking about those of us who had been queuing since morning. Is there really any special treatment for certain parties to carry out the test without having to join the queue first? I felt disappointed with the treatment of the officers because they gave preference to participants who arrived late compared to those of us who had been queuing since morning.

I am a family member of a patient being treated in the ICU at Bukittinggi Hospital. I feel very satisfied with the service at Bukittinggi Hospital, especially the nurses in the ICU. Providing safe explanations that we can really understand and we understand and provide very good service. And I would also like to thank the nurse in inpatient room 1, because they have served us well too.

I would like to thank the ICU nurses, Sis Pida, Sis Wi, Sis Rima, Bg Al. Who took care of my grandmother until she recovered. The doctors are all friendly and kind too. Thank you very much for your care while in the ICU. I hope the ICU will always be like this in the future. 🙏🏼☺️

Last night I went for treatment at this hospital, with complaints from my parents that suddenly my body felt weak to the point where I was sick, the nurse immediately came to me, checked everything, after checking my sugar, it turned out that my mother's sugar was low, the doctor explained enthusiastically about my mother's illness. Thank you, sir, for your explanation, we now understand and the nurse installed an IV Thank God, my parents are getting better, and can now talk to me Say hello to the field doctor, the nurse is always there to provide you with good health "This is the first time I have received an explanation from the doctor and nurse in detail about my mother's illness, how to treat her and diet if someone suffers from diabetes."
