It a very nice hotel. The guest service is excellent. I was a bit disappointed to know our rooms weren't ready by the time we got to the hotel, but they promised to have it ready in 10 mins and delivered in 20. It's a whole lot better than their European counterparts. The room was great, gym swimming pool and everything is up to the standards.

Great location, however, the shower facilities could be improved as it looks run down. I found a cockroach in my room, and when I told the front desk they did not seem to care much. I won't be back.

Have been visiting this hotel for the past 5 years, our kids love the place, it's home away from home, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and the food is 5 Michellin stars(according to me obviously) I love that they go the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable and happy.

Holiday Inn was a pleasure, well manicured lawns, clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Stayed 9 nights and had no issues at all. Only area that needs a bit of attention is when making coffee's, the barrister needs to be more faster as they take very long (30-40 mins). Car park is well maintained, no potholes etc. Pool area and back lawns are also very well maintained. There is a Pick and Pay within walking distance. Hotel is a 5 min drive to Bulawayo city centre. Very safe and secure as well. As soon as the power cuts came, the generators kicked in straight away. So did not even notice the power cuts. Recommend this hotel any time. Thanks.

Good day. I just want to appreciate the great hospitality I and my son experienced at this Hotel. We travelled to Bulawayo for a Motor Cross event and we checked on the 24th of June 2022. My son had an accident at the Motor cross and was hospitalised on the 25th at Matadei Hospital. Our stay was extended by a day(since we spent the night at the hospital) On Monday morning, a lady came to our table and we were just talking and told her about our story. She prepared a hamper for my son and this REALLY made my son's day. So a huge thank you to the Manager on duty during that period and that lady. Every stay in Bulawayo will be always at this Hotel!!!!!!

The staff here is the best. They smile a lot which gives you a friendly environment. The chefs are worldclass. They explained everything and even recommended things they thought i might like. Room service response time was on point. The toiletries were the best. You can see your moneys worth here. Recommended.

Overall a wonderful experience. Except for the stale cake at 6 dollars a slice. Happy with the wifi. Maybe upgrade the decor to keep up woth the changes.

Wow, really impressed! World class. Incredibly helpful and attentive staff, all wearing big smiles. Comfortable rooms with everything we needed. Good breakfast and our packed lunch was very tasty. Everyone in our group that we spoke to was very pleased with their stay. We will be back.

Very best new year's eve I have had so far. Enjoyed it with my family. Very friendly staff. Good pricing. I loved everything about the place. Enjoyed the new year crossover party which we did not even pay extra for

The rooms were lovely & location keeps you away from the city centre buzz. I gave a 3-star for the service - because of the event support. For the most part, their projectors worked for a few minutes and stopped. Microphones were faulty and we opted for traditional alternatives. In short, event support came across as minimal.

Super friendly reception, good rooms with good AC. This is *THE* place to stay in Bulawayo by far, and often is host to large group events, government and diplomatic workers, and thus frequently sells out weeks in advance. Plan well-ahead if you want to stay here. The bar is fun at night (though strangely closes at 10pm) and there's a great little coffee shop if you just want a light bite instead of a buffet which is the only other option. One other tip: the hotel taxi is very happy to drive you anywhere downtown for $5 which was a huge help.

The quality of the food served has since improved from a dangerously low rating last year. I'm happy to see a positive change. Some desserts were too sweet, but the staff took the reviews positively. Good conference facilities.

It is one of the hotels with abundant parking space, located a few minutes from CBD it is more attractive at night. The service is international standard. Im taking away 1 star because the lift only stops on floors where you are booked. You can't visit other guests on other gloors. If you have visitors you are forced to drop to the ground gloor to pick them up. The food is excellent

True to its name. The hotel has most amenities one would require while on a trip to Zimbabwe, Bulawayo. Available among those are Wifi, hot water in bath, In room TV, in Room Telephone. Laundry service. Roo. Service. Safe, small fridge, electric kettle. Good bedding. Swimming pool And many more. Security is very handy and Zimbabwe staff so welcoming lovely people.

Place is fine for whole family.Food available both on Ala carte & Buffet which is great.Wi fi service on spot.Rooms are clean, modern & trendy. However the carpet from the elevators leading to rooms is a huge turnoff.lt needs urgent replacement. There is need to put child-friendly channels on their TV s and or put smart TVs in rooms.

A clean and comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Bulawayo. Efficient check in and out. Buffet dinner well below acceptable standards but bar menu food much better.

Well ideal location and adequate park space, conference facility, wonderful gym, beautiful pool and rump access entry. Receptive staff too. Downside was the aircon, which stopped working as the gen set has limitations.

I really enjoyed my stay. Good conference rooms and great service. I witnessed high rates of youth employment which is remarkable as the nation at large moves to youth empowerment. Food was amazing and the top dressed waiters and waitresses 👏👏👏you made my stay feel like a Holiday Inn Bulawayo
