I always go here whenever i have conditions even though it’s not covered by my insurance. It’s worth coming here because I trust and believe in the capabilities of the doctors especially Doc. Desiree, their OB GYNE specialist. I recently had my checked up, and the receptionists, nurses and other employees there are friendly, approachable and accomodating. This clinic is providing excellent services beyond your expectations. Thank you so much for the great help of the clinic especially Doctor Desiree.

Dr Yassin had unprofessional and unsatisfactory conduct, asking intrusive, private questions and not taking his role seriously at all. I’d recommend for you to see another doctor than this one, as he has no behaviour even though he is of old age!!

Al flaiw polyclinic is a nice and good clinic I have been here doing my check up for 7 years here..But it's disappointed me is the doctor in there Dental Dr Amro because he shout and angry while doing his procedure in my teeth. He doesn't have the right to angry and shout to his patient because we don't come there for free I pay it for 50 riyal and the same time our insurance company pay it also..

I must admit that I have never experienced behaviour of this sort from a medical professional ever! Dr. Yasin was extremely rude and unprofessional asking personal questions which are irrelevant to his job. His comments were intrusive, vulgar and plain crude. This man shouldn’t be a doctor, it is unfortunate to see that he is able to practice given his rude nature and crude sense of humour. Avoid this man at all costs, I hope that God guides him.

The insurance dealing employ is rude and behaves in a vague and unprofessional way, very unpleasant way of talking.

I had myself checked by Doc Deseree an OBGYN specialist from thier clinic and she is really good at her craft. She deserves all the praises. Thank you a lot doc. You have been a great help to me. I had the best experience when I had my OB/Gyne consultation with Dr. Diseree. She is accommodating and caring all through out my appointment. She also uses a non-judgemental approach when dealing with my concerns.

My friends recommended this polyclinic stating that they have experienced great quality of health care from the people there. And personally, I have seen and felt how they treat the people with care. All the receptionists, nurses, doctors and other staffs there were courteous, friendly and professional. I want to thank everyone there especially Dra. Desiree Manlapaz-Gonzales who has a strong work ethic yet so cool and funny, approachable, and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met.

Worst service I have ever experienced, I attended the doctor, but due to their server issues he was unable to prescribe medicines, eventhough patient was having high temperature he asked me to come next day for medicines by just giving antibiotic
