I
want
to
preface
this
by
saying
I
go
to
McDonald’s
almost
every
single
day
before
work,
I
always
get
the
same
thing.
I
noticed
awhile
back
my
small
combo
would
sometimes
cost
around
$7.50
and
other
times
around
$5.80.
When
at
another
location,
the
cashier
suggested
I
keep
my
receipt
to
show
so
they
can
always
ensure
I
get
the
lower
price
(I
think
it’s
just
a
different
way
of
them
putting
it
into
their
system).
So
once
I
came
to
this
location
a
few
weeks
ago,
they
fought
me
on
it.
They
were
not
kind
about
it,
and
when
the
manager
came
by
he
said
that
the
price
I
want
and
have
been
getting
from
the
other
store
is
wrong.
But
he
still
matched
it
because
I
had
my
receipt,
and
when
him
and
the
cashier
imputed
it
in
and
both
were
surprised
at
how
the
price
came
down
compared
to
before.
I
proceeded
to
come
to
this
location
another
two
times
with
no
issues.
But
today
I
went
and
as
I
approached
the
drive
through
the
lady
over
the
intercom
kept
insisting
I
can’t
get
the
deal
and
she
can’t
do
it.
I
politely
said
how
I
have
been
getting
that
deal
everyday
with
no
issue,
and
I
said
I
would
like
to
speak
with
their
manager
because
I
did
prior
and
he
was
receptive.
She
just
scolded
at
me
and
told
me
to
pull
forward,
and
I
could
hear
her
complaining
about
me
over
the
intercom
to
her
coworkers.
And
when
I
pulled
to
the
drive
through
the
next
lady
insisted
I
can’t
get
that
deal
and
that
the
other
location
is
wrong.
She
was
very
aggressive
and
mean
with
how
she
was
talking
to
me.
I
politely
had
mentioned
how
I
was
here
and
talked
to
her
and
her
manager
two
weeks
ago
and
it
wasn’t
an
issue.
She
just
kept
saying
I
can’t,
and
she
stormed
off
and
called
her
manager.
While
standing
there
waiting
for
her
manager
she
had
her
hands
in
the
air
and
apologized
to
her
manager
about
having
to
call
her
over
for
me
and
just
seemed
so
angry
and
bothered.
The
manager
did
match
the
price
and
again
the
lady
in
the
drive
through
acted
surprised
when
it
worked
on
her
cash
system.
I
asked
if
there
was
a
way
I
could
order
this
going
forward
because
I
don’t
need
to
cause
anyone
any
issues.
And
they
both
still
said
I’m
not
supposed
to
do
it
and
closed
the
window
on
me.
I
was
nothing
but
kind,
even
apologizing
for
asking
for
the
manager.
This
is
the
second
negative
interaction
with
this
place
and
I
left
in
tears.
Just
constant
and
consistent
bad
customer
service.
I’ve
worked
customer
service
for
years
and
I
would
never
be
rude
to
the
staff
because
I’ve
been
there
working
with
unruly
customers.
But
I
genuinely
was
as
kind
as
I
could
be,
and
still
was
treated
so
bad.
I
will
not
be
coming
back
to
this
location.
