    If I could give them - stars I would and not because of today but the last few times I’ve visited this location! Went in and ordered at the kiosk as there was a line up that was not moving very quickly and the person didn’t appear to have a lot of experience ! Ordered my food plus 3 mc flurry’s , my food was prepared and sitting on the counter at the front where they pass you your order , ( for almost 10 minutes while the gentleman fumbled with making the Mc flurrys . I asked him if he could pit more ice cream in the cup as they were not close to being full, and the last 4 times they were shy a good 2 inches . He looked at me like I had three heads , the Manager Ian came over to ask what was wrong so I told him, he said nope that’s how they are supposed to look . 😱. Not impressed as I’ve been to other locations and not at all the same . Very poor customer service I’ll be going to a different location from now on , the store is always chaotic and unorganized .

    Was pretty excited about the #Carolinabbqquarterpounder and the taste of the hickory smoked bacon strips and this is what I got. Never mind they only got the cheese on half of the burger. They also got our order wrong and left out an order of fries. Such a disappointment.

    I was little thirsty for a coffee and a bite while I was in Burlington today, this location was on my route ordered my food via app went inside to pick up and dine in. To my surprise I was greeted by a very bubbly pleasant energetic lady in a white shirt with the name tag Evangeline taking pride in what she does. When we are surrounded by lack of service in so many places walking into this location truly with a breath of fresh air. Keep up the great work 🤚🙌 and my meal wasn't bad either hats off to the owner of this location for bringing the best in people.

    Pulled into the drive thru, of course I get stuck behind someone who's ordering 12 different orders. He then proceeds to start changing them at the first window. Kudos to the staff at the second window who told him to pull ahead into the parking lot and wait. Got my order right away.

    Staff was extremely rude. I order the McChicken and was told they were out if chicken and then the server just walked away and after about 5 minutes another server came who was very efficient but oh so very rude. The take out and seating area was all but empty and when I got my order the food was cold NOT IMPRESSED with that place I don’t think I will be visiting there again.

    Bro, right on the box it says 6, I got 4 and my drink was only 3/4 way full. Also forgot to put mayo on my Jr chicken lol

    This is the nicest McDonald’s we’ve ever visited. Clean store, friendly staff and the food was hot. So nice to actually have hot French fries! Even the coke tasted like coke and not weak watery syrup. Thanks for a great road trip lunch.

    I drove by this location. It is opened 24 hours (drive through), 6am to 11pm dine in. You can always customize your burger. Look out for “free fries/ coffee” in their app! You will get a free fries or coffee with $1 purchase. Employees are nice and serve the food real quick.

    I want to preface this by saying I go to McDonald’s almost every single day before work, I always get the same thing. I noticed awhile back my small combo would sometimes cost around $7.50 and other times around $5.80. When at another location, the cashier suggested I keep my receipt to show so they can always ensure I get the lower price (I think it’s just a different way of them putting it into their system). So once I came to this location a few weeks ago, they fought me on it. They were not kind about it, and when the manager came by he said that the price I want and have been getting from the other store is wrong. But he still matched it because I had my receipt, and when him and the cashier imputed it in and both were surprised at how the price came down compared to before. I proceeded to come to this location another two times with no issues. But today I went and as I approached the drive through the lady over the intercom kept insisting I can’t get the deal and she can’t do it. I politely said how I have been getting that deal everyday with no issue, and I said I would like to speak with their manager because I did prior and he was receptive. She just scolded at me and told me to pull forward, and I could hear her complaining about me over the intercom to her coworkers. And when I pulled to the drive through the next lady insisted I can’t get that deal and that the other location is wrong. She was very aggressive and mean with how she was talking to me. I politely had mentioned how I was here and talked to her and her manager two weeks ago and it wasn’t an issue. She just kept saying I can’t, and she stormed off and called her manager. While standing there waiting for her manager she had her hands in the air and apologized to her manager about having to call her over for me and just seemed so angry and bothered. The manager did match the price and again the lady in the drive through acted surprised when it worked on her cash system. I asked if there was a way I could order this going forward because I don’t need to cause anyone any issues. And they both still said I’m not supposed to do it and closed the window on me. I was nothing but kind, even apologizing for asking for the manager. This is the second negative interaction with this place and I left in tears. Just constant and consistent bad customer service. I’ve worked customer service for years and I would never be rude to the staff because I’ve been there working with unruly customers. But I genuinely was as kind as I could be, and still was treated so bad. I will not be coming back to this location.

    Went through drive through, saw my order handed to the car in front of me and watched them stick their hands into the bag and open up my burger, noticed it wasn't theirs, and handed it back to the girl, she then proceeded to try and hand it to me. I asked for a fresh burger and fries to be made and they try passing the cold fries and burger off as "remade".. Completely against Health code. Top ot off the coke was half water and there was another gentleman trying to get it refund on his coke for the same issue and the staff was not having it.. Absolutely disgusting.

    The washroom were dirty with a strong smell of poop and pee. Tables were not clean and the garbage containers were full of garbage with no room for more. The food was a bit burnt. The poutine I ordered had very hard fries in it. I don’t thing I will comeback here.

    Used the drive thru to avoid getting out of the car. l but had to park the car to get out and correct a number of things: (i) gave me sweet/sour when I asked for BBQ, (ii) no ketchup in the bag (iii) no receipt in the bag and (iv) my points did not get added to my mcdonalds account when my code was the first thing I gave them. I do not recommend this location.

👍👍 Let me say how impressed we were. We travel a lot and go eat out a lot. This place is on point. The staff was amazing, the food was great, and the beer selection....wow!!!! We were so happy we ended up here three nights in a row. This place has the best staff! Can't wait to come back next trip...
