    I have had such a lovely experience with Jen at Mama Method. I started seeing Jen in 2020 during my first pregnancy. I felt so strong and ready for delivery and the postpartum phase of life. I also bought her Perilune postpartum reset which was a lovey way to start moving again after baby. Now with my second pregnancy, Jen is able to really help me explore movement and exercise comfortably. She has a great depth of knowledge about exercise and anatomy and really listens to your concerns to help find movement that feels good and safe for you. I would absolutely recommend Jen to anyone who is having children or has had children, even if it was in the distant past!

    Working with mama method has been a treat! Jenn is friendly and very knowledgeable. She has been a huge part of my pregnancy journey, making me feel more prepared for delivery. It’s money well spent!

    Jen is a warm and supportive practitioner who takes your health seriously. She notices everything and will make adjustments to my form so that the exercises are effective. Her attention to detail and her passion for her clients makes her an invaluable person to have in your circle of support. She's absolutely worth your time and money.

    My experience working with Jen has been nothing but amazing! She's helped me discover my pelvic floor (I didn't even know what it was before getting pregnant), how to engage it properly, how to breathe, engage my core, how to work the smaller muscles (not just the superficial ones) - all of this has contributed to a stronger, healthier me. My confidence has skyrocketed and I look forward to continuing to work with Jen well into the future. Jen - you're a gem and I enjoy every session we have - thank you!

    I‘m so grateful to have found Jen during my pregnancy :) I’ve practiced prenatal pilates with Jen since the very start of my pregnancy and I'm now in the middle of my third trimester and my body feeling is great. Jen is definitely an A++ instructor. She has not only has professional experience as an instructor but she is also a kindhearted and welcoming person. Every session is different practices and she always checks on my body feeling and adjusts the exercise. After a session, I feel stronger and more energetic. Also, the Mama method studio is super cozy and comfy which makes me extra relaxed during the sessions. Online booking system is easy and straightforward.

    Jen is so welcoming, she accepts you exactly as you are. She provides a beautiful haven to heal and strengthen. In offering her extensive knowledge about the human body, especially in relation to birth and postpartum, Jen creates a program based on your goals and provides support to achieve them! While I worked up a sweat in her studio, I also left feeling calm, lighter and rejuvenated!

    This was my first time doing Pilates and Jen was very knowledgeable and informative. So far I have been enjoying my sessions and will be continuing throughout the rest of my pregnancy and post partum as well. The studio is clean and Jen is very kind and professional.

    Just had the initial assessment session with Jen. I'm in in third trimester with my first pregnancy and had to recently give up personal training sessions due to pelvic pain. I stumbled upon this studio when doing research and decided to give Pilates a try. Jen was very knowledgeable about prenatal and postpartum care, and also very patient to me given I'm new to Pilates. I felt great after the first session - muscles working out despite no use of weights which is exactly what I was looking for! Look forward to subsequent sessions.

    Jen is wonderful! My kid is already 5 years old and I’m new to Pilate. She helped awaken my pelvic muscles, lower abdominal muscles and overall strength. Recommend every women for postpartum or even like me years after. Women help women.

    Working with Jen during my second pregnancy has me feeling so much stronger and able to cope with all the changes to my body. The one on one sessions are fantastic for improving blind spots in my form and Jen is a wonderful person to work with. I’m so happy to have found Mama Method!

    Jen is so great! I just gave birth a couple days ago. I started going to Mama Method sometime in my second trimester, and up til week 35 I was still going to private sessions with Jen at her studio. I was so out of shape before I got pregnant, and my body was feeling completely shattered with all the changes and relaxin hormones. Using the pilates reformer, Jen’s sessions are gentle and effective, which is great even for those who never workout. Learning what my pregnant body can handle, and what movements I need to avoid through Jen made me feel much more driven and confident to workout even outside of our sessions. She helped me gain strength to have a smooth, fast natural birth. The workouts also definitely helped with the simultaneous muscle stiffness and looseness in the joints that pregnancy brings. Plus, her home studio is beautiful and relaxing! Always a pleasure going there, and as someone who dreads exercising, that’s saying a lot.

    I cannot recommend Jen enough! I had a long labour my body felt a bit destroyed, but she’s helped so much to get my body feeling strong again. With Jen I’m able to feel safe while also leaving feeling like I had a real workout. She’s great at making tiny changes to my positions to make sure I’m never relying on my back and always giving me cues to trigger my pelvic floor. My body feels so much more like mine just after a handful of sessions. ❤️

    I have been working with Jen doing 1:1 prenatal sessions. From my first session, I have always felt welcomed and encouraged. Our time together is filled with different Pilates and stretching exercises. Jen is motivating, knowledgeable, and patient. I always leave feeling great with a relaxed mind and body.     I am just starting my return to fitness after having a baby and Jen has been supportive and encouraging in the best way! I loved feeling my abdominals again (yay!) as well as all those small muscles that pilates is so amazing for targeting. Jen is professional and checked in with me a couple days after our first session to ensure I was doing well. Her studio is spotlessly clean, calming, and filled with good vibes.     Jen is such a wealth of knowledge on women's health, pregnancy and postpartum and so lovely to work with. I have taken her virtual classes, group classes and now one-on-one training and have seen so much improvement and learning in my fitness journey, posture awareness and pain management. She really pays attention to the details and is able to work on what you need and meet you where you are.

    This was my first time doing pilates and Jen is super nice and very supportive. I can see my strength slowly coming back and I am starting to feel more balanced. Highly recommend 1 on 1 pilates session with Jen.
