One of the worst store you can go to ! I had a mobile order and it went in I saw my drinks there on their counter. None of the staff greeted me even though they saw me If ur busy, sure , at least acknowledge especially how hard it is to just hand me the drink

When I come during early afternoons, Morgan always makes my day. He makes an effort to get to know me and is the sweetest employee there! He is always in such a good mood and in good spirits and he makes my day every time I come in.

go to place for quick grab and go. don't stay here too long because it will be busy. best to do mobile order. but you need to also tell them that you are waiting for a pickup bec they will just continue to create drinks and not mind the mobile pickups not unless the order has been sitting completed for 5mins. just keep looking at what they are making so you can monitor if you have not been called for 5mins. good washroom but again dont stay too long, too many people. staff are fast but very busy. would come back here if i crave for my dragon fruit drink again in the area.

Wanted to buy a beverage with $50 bill, and was told they didn’t have change for a $50 bill. I was in disbelief for a full 20 sec because this is unheard of! How could a store making $30 bucks every min doesn’t have change for a $50 bill. The cashier (the type doesn’t carry cash) dismissed me like I’m having a bad luck, but I’m calling it out as an operations issue. It’s fundamental to keep proper cash reserve to serve customers paying with payment methods of their choice. Just imagine someone else doesn’t have bank card, like a junior for example, is then not entitled to enjoy a beverage or a meal. @starbucks please fix this! Just to be clear, the cashier was a tall lady with dark brown hair. Either didn’t tell me the truth or was saying the truth but in a non-compassionate way. Either way, she needs some training in customer service.

First time I had a very bad experience at any Starbucks. The tall guy who works at the coffee Machine is very Rude and arrogant. He messed up my order and when I said it’s not the right order thn he started arguing. I noticed that he was very bossy with his co- workers and they looked like very uncomfortable.

Star bucks coffee crew has no team work, no initiative to have good customer service. Not friendly and has attitude. This location at Highgate has very high turn over of crew. I got the coffee at 6 pm, Saturday December 16, 2023. The group of hired people there seemed not friendly and just focus on doing their stock ups. I even asked, “is there anyone going to help me?” What a thumbs down crew on this location!

Everyone working has always been awesome and friendly. They know my order and get a croissant warmed. On the mobile order I can not ask for a butter to be added but they always remember what I like. The extra touch and friendly service is why this is my favorite starbucks to visit. The only name I know is Alyssa and she always has a smile and a friendly greeting.

Close to home and staff is always inviting for customers to come in. Service is relatively quick but wish they (the company) would serve up new sandwich creations to freshen up their menus.
