Sat down at Blenz to answer a call from my mother & within a minute I was screamed at by a employee how the tables are for customers. Wow! My mother was asking me what was going on and very concerned..The employee was yelling so loudly that I had asked the irate employee to give me 30 seconds please so I could explain to my worried mother what was going on. The employee kept screaming!! Despite my polite requests the extreme verbal assault towards me continued. I was in complete shock!! It would have been nice if she asked how I was and offered me a beverage. Will be writing an email to head office and have already contacted Blenz customer service. They are also appalled at the level of rudeness. My poor mother was wondering why I was being screamed at. I had to call my mother back to assure her I was ok.. My mother later said Blenz Management could call her as well so she can explain what she heard. It was all very upsetting, as I hadn't heard from my mother in a while and was looking forward to a nice chat and a warm drink . Will be following up with Head office. Took pictures of location and the employee who verbally assaulted me to send in my email to Management at Head Office so its time stamped as well. Let people have a minute to get comfortable and not treat grown adults like children or vagrants. Fingers crossed they have video footage. This location is in the middle of a shopping mall so lots of traffic.. No need to make unfair assumptions... Extreme verbal assault is absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable. This is the first time I've ever put a review like this.. Very sad.😥 Please try to have better customer service. No need to verbally assault people.. Offer a drink or a menu. Maybe tell me about any specials or whats good on the menu..Make suggestions about a tasty drink option..Be courteous.. What a concept.. Next time don't say this is just for customers. Because anyone could be a potential customer. Say hello & greet people with respect and kindness and let people have their dignity. Shame shame.

Rude. Sat down to wait for my client to arrive and have a coffee. Manager approached me within 1 minute of sitting down and told me I had to order immediately or leave. I explained I was waiting for my client to order together, as I was paying and he demanded I “pay or leave”. Blown away. I hate to give Starbucks business, but this is not how you treat customers.

Since I always order a Matchachillo at Metrotown's Blenz Coffee in front of Winners, I really liked this coffee store. However, today, I ordered the same drink but there was something wrong with it. There were bits of plastic pieces in the drink and was confused on what it was. It was until I reached the end of the drink that there was actually a whole. Plastic. Lid. In my cup. Blended. I was baffled honestly. I just want to warn future customers to look out for what they have in their drinks even though I know it can be difficult. Also, I want to inform the workers there to look out for and be careful of what they blend in the drinks before serving them to their customers. Because we all know that plastic is highly harmful to a person's body if consumed so please be more aware of these potential harms. Thanks.

Today is very weird. I usually buy coffee at least once a week and I always presents my metro employee discount card and scan my code to get points. But today they refused to scan my code and ask me to choose between getting a discount or scanning my code for points. For my past purchased from blenz I always get both thing but right now its different and the crew said “can u recognize who serves you?” I mean do I need to recognize or remember you guys? and the way she asked me is so sarcastic! I think she needs to improve her customer service she's an ASIAN big built woman btw and I can really see that she is ready to argue with me. Such a poor customer service. It is just so disappointed to a valued customer like me to be treated like this. NEVER AGAIN WILL BUY COFFEE HERE. Anyways blenz coffee is expensive and the tastes is inconsistent. :(

The worst coffee i ever had, doesn’t even look like a cappuccino, no froth, made it extra hot without asking me, when i asked them to change, the asian lady at the counter started shouting and arguing with me. I am not coming back here, save yourself from this zero grade coffee specifically at this location. I love Blenz but not this mall location.

I don't think I can expect too much given that they are a chain but they really need to train their baristas on how to froth...such a waste of a good coffee machine. I ordered my latte with oat and they used Earth's Own Original instead of Earth's Own Barista, EO Original is not suitable for hot drinks and do not froth well...cheaping out on ingredients means they deliver a bad cup of coffee. 👎

My favorite coffee shop. I love all their chocolate drinks but their dark chocolate ones are the best. I like to pair it with their famous chocolate hazelnut bignet. I just wish the rewards app is more worth collecting like points redemption is as easy as the other popular coffee shop chains.
