More and more rude and unpleasant receptionist now a days over the phone. Are these clinics trying to emulate American health care? Really grinds my gears when I get the run around to get a simple prescription filled. If they don't like their jobs then find another no sweat job somewhere else. Meaning a pencil pushing job. I hear many dispatch personnel are getting rude to even at my job. My dispatch talks down to me making to think he owns me or something. Anyways loose the attitude when talking to people on the phone or person.

Look like one of the similar experiences… the reviews makes it so easier to help the people not to be the victims, definitely not a walk in clinic . Should change the name of the clinic rather… and receptionist is even worst. Pretty sure not a good school they have attended or haven’t been trained adequately….. good luck if you have an appointment and it is on time ..

I guess you need a new medical office assistant that is not rude. All the reviews in here are true! I have an appointment at 8am and I was in line before the clinic opens, and when they finally open, the receptionist attend the person behind me without hesitation. And when i confronted her, she said "oh it doesnt matter, your appointment is at 8am anyways". THATS NOT MY POINT, my point was its rude to attend somebody when there's literally someone infront of you. Then when i get to the doctors office, i was still speaking with her then she slamed the door at me.VERY RUDE If you want your day to be ruined and to be disrespected, go to this clinic. PROPS to the management for not doing something about it.

Call the clinic and had to wait an hour for a phone call from a doctor to make an assessment and another appointment to come in. Fairly standard. When I came in, none of the nurses were wearing masks. Okay, sure, I can forgive this. Waited for the doctor for 10 minutes had a 15 minute examination in which he told me hey I can't exactly help you you need to go to the ER. Fair enough. I get to the ER waste 2 hours of my time waiting to have a Dr diagnose me in 2 minutes. It was a horrible feeling knowing that I had wasted everyone in the ERs time when they could have been so helping someone else.

My first walk-in visit was great: professional, efficient and friendly service. My last visit was a disappointment. I arrived before 4pm only to find out that their walk-ins close at 2pm. On their site they gave no mention that their walk-in hours end at 2pm. When I arrived, I asked the women working there where it’s stated that their walk-in hours close at 2pm on Thursday. It wasn’t listed on google, on their website and we both couldn’t find it on a site she suggested: “medi map”. She advised, in a rude tone that I “call next time”. Gee, thanks! Appreciate you being so empathetic (sarcasm) Maybe you want to update your info on the web so its accurate. People who are ill and need care might not think to call various clinics. Its much faster and efficient to quickly pull up the info online- plus it also shows wait times! A very handy feature for people who need care that can’t wait to see their doctor. Word of advice: Call before you come! Otherwise, the doctors and staff are quite good.

The receptionist is extremely rude and difficult to talk to. The doctor doesn't actually fill out your prescription °° they bill you tho 🤔. Awful place

I had made an appointment for my daughter to see our family doctor here at the clinic. The morning of her appointment she woke up with a sore throat and complained that she could not swallow anything. In a way I was glad that we had the appointment to see our doctor. As soon as we arrived (right on time) we were shown into one of the rooms. Once the doctor came in (a few minutes later), I mentioned that I had made the appointment in advance for a different reason but now she seems to be having a cold that needs more attention. She not only attended her for her symptoms on that day but also followed through the original reason for the appointment. She took her time going over everything with both of us. Thank you Dr. Kim for being so kind and caring. We appreciate having you as our family doctor.

Heartless and rude. The receptionist today I visited (3/16/2023) was crazy, didn't bother to come out, and use her hand figure to threaten me by showing cutting throat. I can't believe it is true! I wish I could do the same thing to her, but my humanity didn't allow me to do so.

ok, this is walk-in clinic and they said they don't take any walk-in patient. So I asked them if I could make an appointment, and the rude receptionist said "we only take phone call appointment". change the name of the clinic...

Please change name from "walk in clinic" to "call first clinic". For those wondering, you can not walk into this clinic expecting to be seen by a doctor. You need to call for a phone consultation first.

Their hours are WRONG Walk in starts at 8:30 am but you guys are closed because of too many patients? How can you have too many when you just opened?!

I was trying to book appointment by phone , the answer was I need to come and book face to face in the clinic, when I came reception said I need to book by phone. I was totally lost, and also when she open the doors, It was there at 8:00 am, there was no good afternoon, no hi , no welcome, like receptionist show me she is unhappy I am there, she was not busy at that working time, I was first patient. Totally upset

Worst experience of my life. Dr. Was rude and would speak over me to insult me. Reception was only a bit better. Avoid this place

This is not a walk-in clinic. They will ONLY see you if you've made an appointment the week prior. Don't waste your time.

Be advised, this is not a Walk-In Clinic. I should have read the reviews because it seems a lot of people thought the same. I walked in at 9am and ask the receptionist if they have any walk-in doctors available, she told me right away that it was not a walk-in clinic and that i would have to book online instead. Please change the name on Google because it is very misleading.

I’m very grateful to the staff at this clinic. I have been a patient since 2018. I was extremely fortunate to have Dr. El Masry as my family Doctor. He is conscientious and knows who I am. It is rare to find a physician who takes the time to review results and keep on top of things at all times. Dr. El Masry is extremely professional and knowledgeable added to which he is respectful. The people at reception have been without fail courteous and helpful.

I don't know how you can call yourself a walk in clinic when you don't actually accept walk ins. By appointment only is NOT a walk in clinic.

THIS IS NOT A WALK IN CLINIC!! Appointments must be made a week in advance and it's phone call before they will set you up to actually see a doctor

Doctor called early, but I was able to take the call early. He then gave me a hard time about an allergy to penicillin that runs in my family. I called to get a simple prescription and to ask to have a test for an illness I was exposed to. He seemed hesitant to give me the prescription, but told me to make an appointment at another clinic to get the test, even after I told him I can't go to that clinic for a couple weeks. He then hung up on me before I could ask questions, only 6 minutes into the call. I would not recommend and won't be coming back, would rather just go to ER In all fairness, I didn't have issues with the receptionist when I was making my appointment. Maybe I was just lucky, but the one I spoke to over the phone was very friendly and answered my questions.
