great deals but one employee was very pushy in getting people to buy things. One person told her she was okay with just getting one item but she kept insisting she keep looking for more items to make the promotion even though she only wanted to purchase the one. Even when I was at the cash register she was still trying to get me to purchase 12-24 more items. Also I noticed she was complaining to another coworker about doing something in the opening shift that made her hands hurt and constantly was complaining in front of the customers.

i went to this store today to look at nails and earrings and i didn’t like one of the earrings so my friend put it back for me and Rewas kept looking at me as if i was a thief, the looks were disgusting. when it came time to purchase my nails she was being so rude and i was counting my change and she was just giving so much unnecessary attitude and told me to leave because she thought i took something. Ruined my day. when i went back to ask for her name Mandeep and Rewas started laughing at me. Very disrespectful staff never shopping there again. Icing used to be my favourite store as a child, Rewas ruined it for me.

I went in this store today looking for an accessory. The last one they had that I needed was falling apart. I show the lady hoping to get some of the price reduced and she says we can only do an extra 10% off. But the whole thing was ruined. So I continue to show her the issue and and in a rude harsh tone she says to me “if you don’t want it, then you don’t have to buy it” I found this to be extremely rude and a disrespectful thing to say to a customer. So disappointed with the service here. I won’t be back.

Felt like I was being observed The staff wanted to assist me but it felt more like I was being watched than helped. I decided to make my purchase inline with Amazon for the earrings rather than pay for that experience. I'm sure this location gets a lot of theft but that took away from my experience shopping there and I won't be back. I do not recommend. Insulting.

First time the girl misplaced the piercing and they didn't refund or repierced it when I went again with the issue. They said the earring are white gold but my ears got infected bcz of stocking melting earring. one of the worst and horrible services they provide. They don't cooperate with you if you get any issue. Just money eaters and risk our health.

I bought from this store earrings for children, they said it's safe for kids and it's silver and very good quality, now one of the kids is in the hospital to take the stocking melting earing inside her ear, and the other earrings are broken! This store is garbage, never buy from here! They are liers and risk our children with their garbage earrings.

Rewas is the worst.. When we returned the items she was so furious and eager to push us from the store. Even we brought items.. but she acted with such an attitude 🤮

They advertise from a US website despite this showing on a Canadian location! So my kid was charged $20 more on a pair of ear piercings today. They should say it’s all US dollars and stop the false advertising!! Not shopping here again

The lady who did piercing for our daughter was amazing. She was so kind, patient and professional. I asked her name but I don't know how to spell it. It sounded like Gerlin or something like that. We had a nice experience at this location for piercings of my 4 years old girl.

This Rewis girl is without any doubt, an absolutely greedy pushy and extremely rude. Her sales strategy is a big scam.

went here today with my wife and this girl keep look at me and following me around the store i felt uncomfortable please teach your staff to be respectful my wife and i left didn’t want to buy something where they judge you.

It was written that all things are at discount. Nd there was a offer of buy two nd get two free. I took total 12 small items like studs, and necklaces. From which 6 were free. Then too, the total was around $150.

The piercing experience was quick and not painful at all. Though this is a bit on the pricier side. But still would recommend

My friends and I got our ears pierced by Parveen. She was so welcoming and nice about the entire procedure. Kept the stations well sanitized and kept asking to make sure she was doing things the way we wanted. Very knowledgeable about what she’s doing and an easy going person in general!

Today I visited the store twice. First time I didn’t feel like buying so later I visited again to buy but that time while i was choosing the earrings I felt that the one of the girl in staff was keeping eye on me as if I am thief. I felt that she was calling someone and talking about me. I can understand that there might be some cases of theft there but it doesn’t mean that every customer is like that i mean customer can’t visit twice the store? I felt so bad. At first I thought I should not buy from them who behave like this but then I just bought to prove them that I was actually a customer who wants to buy something. Such a bad experience I will never go their who don’t have faith in their customers.

Today I got ear piercing in the morning and there was too much difference one ear piercing was too close to my previous one and on the right ear it was far ….when I told them they said u have to get new pairs again to get the piercing at correct place. This is too much because of their mistake I am suppose to spend my money again
