Very convenient location right next to Gilmore skytrain station and very handy to grab a coffee on the go! This Starbucks unfortunately seems to have a limited menu when ordering via the Starbucks app. Staff efficiently make great tasting coffee and you get consistent results. Coffee joint also has outdoor patio seating available which is pretty sweet!

Always got great service here. Great people and convenient location. Can accommodate 20 people easily inside and there are some seating areas outside too. Medium Late with a lemon loaf is my usual order which I enjoy the most. I have tried the chicken pesto sandwich before and it was tasty.

This Starbucks was the worst cafe experience ever. First, my order made wrong even I showed the picture of indigents and kept reminding them only 2 pumps white mocha. Then, I received 3 pumps and the coffee volume is 3/4 of the cup which is less than the amount that I usually ordered in West broadway branch. Finally, I decided to made a complaint and they offered to make me a new one. Unexpectedly, they gave me even less amount than the first one and I was really frustrated. Will never return to this Starbucks again

Pretty decent Starbucks location. Parking is definitely an issue. Being right across from sky train , should not be an issue. Staff was very courteous and quick in their service. WiFi was little slow but the place being packed and everyone on their internet machines, it was understandable. Overall the place was very reasonably clean.

The employee went above and beyond in service. I went to this location at a quiet time and placed a mobile order. The employee came outside to see what I ordered and went inside to grab me my drink because I had my dog and also a baby stroller.

A guy that works there made my order wrong. It’s the same order I’ve ordered at multiple other locations. When I tried to speak up about it. He started telling me he had to add more milk to the beverage because I said light ice. Never has that been the case at other locations. Then they tried to charge me for a remake. Just honestly something I didn’t need in my day. Then he told me to not say light ice for next time, but it’s confusing when I’ve always ordered that way. This is the remake. Which is still wrong 😑 but I didn’t have the heart to say something again. I hate to post about this. I feel it’s a privileged persons problems. However if I pay for something I want it the way I asked.

I stop here almost every morning, it literally is my start to the day and Amanda greets me every morning with a beauty smile and by name and a flawless hot delicious coffee(4 shot blonde w/oat and toasted vanilla) YUM! Amanda and her co workers in the morning are on point and start everyone’s day proper! I recommend a early morning drop in and let them treat you to a delicious hot beverage!

Friendly staff. Nice place to visit with friends. Parking is a bit tricky in busy times.

Tried here for the second time and the cafe latte was tasteless. I added more strength to the coffee by buying more strong coffee at purchase, but no good. Disappointed at spending 7bucks for the latte

Great Starbucks location conveniently located directly across from the Gilmore Skytrain entrance. Friendly staff, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, outlets for charging electronics, and a wide selection of products for sale. There are also heaters above the seating outside. Lovely place to hang out with a book and some pumpkin spice in the fall!

Nice staff orders get done quick, seating is usually full inside but there are seats outside at Gilmore Starbucks.

They have this Nitro Cold brew that richer than normal cold brew the staff is also so incredibly nice and kind. It's a great place to sit and hang out with friends.

I understand when they busy !But no customer in the shop and they forget about you order ! I wait for 15 minutes till I get my Pike No apology no nothing

Awesome customer service. I didn't catch the name of the staff there, but she was so sweet, caring and very attentive. I usually wear a facial mask when I visit the store but somehow she always recognizes me and remembers my drinks. Cheers!

Went in this afternoon around 1230...ordered chai frap with oatmilk and a grande kids temp steamed milk...my son took a big sip thinking the temp would be ok and he burned his tongue the girl said it was regular temp.. I repeated that it was kids temp since she had to make it 2x..also put whip on my non dairy drink as well..so she had to make that 2x as well...they gave me 4$ as compensation...pretty sure my drink wasn't oat based either as I am feeling dizzy and have upset stomach within a half hour due to my chai drink..normally Starbucks is a no brainer..but this particular worker needs some extra training 100%

Starbucks is Starbucks, with a well hired and trained staff. The coffee is always excellent and their distribution center makes okay food. Always a well put together location.

I stop by here occasionally in the morning to pick up my mobile order. There is a girl with a black hair, long pony tail who always greets me with a smile and it makes my day! Thank you for that, besides that the other baristas are meh lol

The staff here are gteat! I usually order ahead of time through the app and it's always ready when I arrive to pick it up. I've only ever had one drink made wrong and the barista made it again for me with a smile on her face...this is hard to come by lately.

I came in to order my son a kids hot chocolate as a treat before his doctors appointment and when I made the order is specifically made a point about asking it to be cooled down when a kids hot chocolate is already supposed to be a lower temperature. It took nearly 10 minutes to receive the order and when my son took a sip it immediately burnt his tongue and lip. I grabbed the cup and could feel it was extremely hot even through the second cup they put on it. Since it took so long and we had to go to the appointment I just asked for a refund and left as we walked out my son was crying from the pain so I quickly went and asked for an ice water and left. All in all not an experience that shouldve ever taken place. It's one thing to always make the kids hot chocolate piping hot all the time and a whole other to continue to do it even when the customer has specifically asked for it to be cooler and lastly for it to take 10 minutes to make a piping hot kids drink 🤦🏽

I often enjoy going to this location. The staff are super friendly and the location itself in general is beautiful. I hate to be the kinda person that gives negative reviews especially because I love this location. However, lately, I’ve had issues with my orders not being made correctly so often. It’s frustrating especially when you leave with something that you didn’t even order and you don’t like it or can’t have it. I hope they’re able to work on this better!

Good location, not too crowded. This location does, however, seem to be louder than other Starbucks' nearby. Not sure why. A bit harder to study in, but still ok.

Wrong order with wrong cup lid. They try to save whipping cream on the holiday. Don’t recommend this place.
