If
you're
looking
for
customer
service,
then
look
elsewhere,
because
the
people
who
work
here
have
clearly
phoned
it
in.
They've
probably
found
they
can
keep
their
business
going
with
out
having
to
provide
good
customer
service.
So
why
bother
right?
I
laugh
at
the
other
reviews
in
this
section
claiming
the
staff
are
"friendly".
Clearly
someone
had
their
friend
leave
a
google
review.
My
story
is
that
I
contacted
this
shop
before
hand.
I
explained
to
the
staff
over
the
phone
that
I
have
never
used
a
pawn
shop
before,
it
was
my
first
time,
and
I
asked.
"Is
it
as
simple
as
I
bring
stuff
in
to
sell
and
you
appraise
it
and
buy
it?"
To
which
the
very
lazy
sounding
man
on
the
other
side
of
the
phone
mumbled
out
a
confirmation
that
it
was
that
easy.
At
no
point
did
the
man
bother
telling
me
what
I
can
and
cannot
bring
in.
So
I
lugged
a
bunch
of
stuff
there
only
to
have
him
tell
me.
"We
won't
take
any
of
that."
At
this
point
I
hadn't
even
opened
up
my
backpack
yet
to
show
what
other
things
I
had
brought.
I
explained
what
else
I
had,
but
in
the
end
I
wasn't
able
to
sell
anything.
This
was
a
complete
waste
of
my
time
that
could
have
been
avoided
had
the
staff
made
the
minimum
effort
to
clearly
explain
how
their
shop
functions
over
the
phone.
Honestly
it
sounded
like
it
was
a
chore
for
him
to
be
on
the
phone
at
all.
So
if
you're
reading
this
dude,
I'm
so
"sorry"
I
made
you
have
to
do
your
job.
Life's
hard
eh?
If
you
don't
care
about
garbage
customer
service
and
lazy
staff,
then
go
ahead,
but
don't
expect
these
people
to
put
any
effort
in
to
what
they
do.
