Pete and Shon are amazing trainers. Great facility that's clean and well kept. Non intimidating environment lets you focus on yourself and not your surroundings.

This is a very well equipped gym used only by personal trainers and their clients. There is plenty of space, it is very clean, and has a vast assortment of every type of fitness equipment.

Review as an independent trainer. Pete, the owner, runs a tight ship and this place is top-notch. The gym fees are reasonable and they have a great system in place to support the trainers/clients. The equipment is in good condition, the bathroom/gym facility is always clean, has decent parking and great community vibes. If you are looking for a work environment where coaches take their work seriously, this is the place!

I have been training with Renee for more than 2 months, it is absolutely perfect and more than my expectations. Renee set up different plans for my training so I never feel bored and I am surprised with how my body has changed . Besides, the gym is clean and everyone in the gym is super friendly.
